Daria Zaremba
Daria is a science writer, physics teacher and a co-founder and coordinator of Ukrainian platform for researchers “Locus”. She writes popular science articles devoted to space studies (astrophysics, cosmonautics, space law) for various popular science magazines and portals. She participated in the Erice International School of Science Journalism (Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture, Sicily, Italy). And she is also a graduate of an International Research Europlanet Summer School (Moletai Astronomical Observatory, Lithuania) where she studied and worked on her astrophysics research. Daria has also an experience of working as a chief communications officer in the international – startup “Clean Universe” which is aimed at reducing space debris in a cost-effective way.

Francesco Murdaca
Francesco is a Space Engineer with passion for Space, Software and Artificial Intelligence. He received both his Bachelor and Master from Politecnico di Milano in Aerospace Engineering. He worked for a space company based in Madrid, Deimos Space, to develop a software for the preliminary design of one subsystem of a satellite, to be used in a Concurrent Design Facility (CDF). After that, he traveled for a while as travel coordinator before starting a PhD at Strathclyde University in Glasgow in January 2018. He joined SGAC last year during the 3rd ESGW in Bucharest. He also attended the SGF2.0 in Vienna.

Daniel Wischert
Daniel Wischert is an Aerospace Engineer from Stuttgart (Germany) specialized in space flight technology, space exploration and early phase feasibility analysis. He is very passionate about pushing the development of human space flight and deep-space exploration activities and has worked on different projects and mission studies for DLR, ESA, NASA and JAXA. Moreover, Daniel is a member of the German Society for Aeronautics and Astronautics (DGLR) and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC). Currently, Daniel is working in the field of space robotics at the Institute of Space Systems (IRS) in Stuttgart on the DRL/JAXA deep-space probe DESTINY+, launching in 2022 to asteroid Phaethon.

David Gooding
Dave is an Optical Systems Engineer at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd. (SSTL) where he is involved in the design, build and test of a number of SSTL’s optical payloads for earth observation (EO). He has been at SSTL for over two years, during which time he has also contributed to mission concept studies, proposals and bids, and been active in outreach events across the UK. Prior to SSTL, Dave completed the YGT scheme at ESA/ESTEC, where he was a detector scientist for future ESA astronomy missions. Dave has an MSc in Space Science and Engineering from UCL and a BSc in Astrophysics from Cardiff University.
Mohammad Iranmanesh
Mohammad is a Spacecraft Systems Engineer with a very strong scientific education, a passion for space and a will do attitude. He is a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) and a Certified STK Master. His dual engineering profile allows him to have a broad knowledge of various sciences (B.Sc. in Applied Sciences and M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from UCLouvain in Belgium) as well as in-depth knowledge of Space Systems and specific constraints of the space environment (2nd Master’s Degree from ISAE-SUPAERO in France). He completed his technical education with a certificate in Management of Innovation in aerospace from HEC Paris. As part of the Systems Engineering group at RAL Space, Mohammad has been supporting ESA projects, providing System Engineering input to a range of projects involving space hardware at all stages of the project lifecycle.
Romain Esteve
Romain has worked since January 2018 in the sector of space economics at London Economics Ltd. The team is leading diverse economic consultancy projects such as market assessments, benefit cost analysis, due diligences and many more on behalf of private and public customers. Recently, Romain contributed to a project mandated by the Luxembourg government and the European Space Agency, in collaboration with PwC France in which he consortium had the task to assess the potential socio-economic benefits from Space Resources Utilisations. Prior to that, he was economist intern at ESA, with the Clean Space initiative where he worked on the assessment of a methodology to integrate economic and environmental parameters in space debris index. Romain holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics.

Alex Longman
As someone who has a passion for space, Alex has actively contributed to SGAC through the Strategic Partnerships Team, the Commercial Space Project Group and now on the Programme Team for the 4th European Space Generation Workshop. He has recently participated in several space conferences in the UK and US including the International Space Station Research and Development (ISS R&D) 2017 Conference. He graduated from the University of Leicester with a MPhys Physics with Astrophysics in 2015 and is currently a Scientist in the UK Ministry of Defence.
Eleonora Lombardi
Eleonora is a Technology Transfer Officer at the Research Consortium Hypatia, a SME working inside the Italian Space Agency, where she is part of the European Space Agency’s Ambassador Platform for Italy and project manager for the Horizon 2020 programme SpaceUp. She is in charge of defining cross fertilisation activities, scouting new and innovative funding opportunities and supporting the quality of projects by Italian companies applying to the programmes in the frame of the New Space Economy. Graduated in International Relations, with a specialisation in International Space Law and Policy, she also holds a second Master’s Degree of Economic Intelligence. Eleonora collaborated with the University of Edinburgh and the University of Paris Sud following the award of scholarships. In Paris, she joined the Strategy Department of the European Space Agency and Eurisy, a non-profit association of European space agencies to support satellite applications’ end users.
Jenna Tiwana

Scott Fisher
Scott is an Opto-Mechanical Engineer currently working at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL), UK, where he develops optical payloads for Earth Observation Satellites. He previously worked as a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineer at Insitu Pacific Ltd, Australia, where he designed payloads and platforms for Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). Scott graduated with an Honours Degree from The University of Queensland, Australia, and has completed the International Space University’s Southern Hemisphere Summer Space Program. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). Outside of work, he is an active proponent for Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM) education and outreach, and frequently volunteers his time with the IMechE and the UK Space Design Competition.
