Interlace fingers, point palms out then up
Refinement:
Squeeze in heels, thighs in and down
Kick feet down, engage quads
Pull in belly, extend spine up, hips down
Arms up and back

-This squeezing in of the thighs and drawing in of the belly is applicable in many postures, use knowledge gained in this pose to inform the others.
