Frequently Asked Questions:

Where are your offices located?

Our offices are located in Poland (Cracow, Warsaw), Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt am Main), the United Kingdom (Altrincham, Silverstone), the United States (Summerville), and Australia (Broadway).

Do you offer hybrid work options and flexible working hours?

Yes, for most roles you can work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work. You also have flexibility in setting your daily schedule within our core working hours.

How does your recruitment process work and where do interviews take place?

After you apply, our recruitment team – not an automated algorithm – reviews your CV and, if there is a match, invites you to an initial phone call. Next stages usually include an online meeting with the hiring manager and, for some roles, a short task; most interviews take place online, with occasional on-site meetings in our office.

How long does the recruitment process usually take?

We respect your time, so we keep our recruitment process as efficient as possible. It usually takes around two to four weeks from the moment you apply until the final decision, depending on the role and number of stages. We keep you updated throughout and let you know if the timeline changes.

What are the next steps after receiving a job offer?

Once you accept the offer, we confirm your start date, prepare your contract, and share all practical details. Before your first day, we stay in touch about onboarding, tools, and meetings, so you know what to expect when you join.
