SINGU is expanding its unified property operations platform through strategic acquisitions across Europe. In 2025, the company joined forces with Micad, a UK leader in space, asset, and compliance management solutions.
This was followed by the acquisition of net-haus GmbH, a German provider with more than 25 years of experience and over 600 clients, and the addition of Synbiotix, a UK-based provider of facilities and compliance software widely used in healthcare environments.
