Streamlined data collection

Secomea’s gateway enables both secure remote access and data collection capabilities on your industrial equipment in a single dedicated hardware device or as software program to accommodate your specific setup. Our Data Collection module supports your equipment’s native protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus TCP, Siemens S7, Ethernet/IP, MQTT, etc.) to capture data from your machines, ensuring a comprehensive overview of your production and performance metrics.

Integration with your existing cloud solution

Your data is sent to the cloud solution of your choice for further analysis and processing. We can send data to Microsoft Azure IoT Hub, Amazon AWS IoT Core, Software AG Cumulocity IoT, Aveva Insight, MQTT data servers, etc. Collected data is also cached in the gateway to limit data loss in case of unstable connection or power loss.

Static tunnel connections

Secure a persistent connection between two separate networks using our gateways at both ends with our LogTunnel feature. After configuring it with a simple drag-and-drop on our server, you can establish static connections from remote equipment to centralized SCADA, MES, ERP, or other data logging systems. No routing, firewall, or tunnel configuration is required. Both Master and Client devices can be installed behind corporate firewalls and can have dynamically assigned IP addresses. LogTunnel supports UDP/TCP, making the connections function like standard VPN connections without the hassle of conflicting or publicly exposed IP addresses, which are common problems with VPN-based solutions.
