Scompler AI understands your entire communication strategy. The AI works directly in your Scompler setup, uses your goals, topics, personas, and messages, and creates consistent content across all channels and teams. It reduces manual effort, strengthens strategic rather than random storytelling, and is seamlessly integrated into your projects—fully data-compliant and completely secure.
You increase the strategic quality of your content, save time, and ensure consistency across all channels, teams, and formats. AI takes care of routine tasks such as text generation, story briefings, and creating articles in the Scompler project, supports you throughout the entire content cycle, and ensures that your communication always remains on-strategy.
The new AI version (v1.2) will be available to all Pro customers as a paid add-on starting December 10, 2025. All Pro customers will also receive a free trial period from December 10, 2025, to March 31, 2026. Non-Pro customers must upgrade to the Pro plan to use it.
Scompler AI is billed via a transparent credit system that applies to the entire organization. All users have access to a shared monthly credit pool, which is automatically reset at the beginning of the month. The more credits a Scompler customer books, the cheaper the price per credit becomes.
As a guide, we recommend around 100 credits per active user per month. Unused credits expire, overdrafts are excluded: At 90% of consumption, Scompler customers receive a notification, at 100% the system stops automatically. Additional credits can be purchased at any time via the Account Manager.
Generic AI operates without your strategic context: it requires lengthy prompts, often delivers generic results, and necessitates significant manual rework. In addition, it runs independently of your content processes—usually in the form of many individual tools in different departments. Scompler AI, on the other hand, understands your strategy, content, and workflows and delivers transparent and consistent results for everyone—directly in your single source of truth and in a single billing process.
Our AI selects the right model for each task. It uses fundamental LLMs from AWS, specifically the Amazon Nova and Anthropic Claude models.
Scompler AI helps you in all areas of communications work: developing stories and briefings, generating strategically embedded articles, social posts, newsletters, or scripts, optimizing existing content, multi-format generation from a single story (without manual creation), and style and tone adjustments for different channels.
Scompler AI automatically translates your strategy into storylines, article drafts, and publish-ready content. The AI transparently shows why suggestions are strategically appropriate, suggests suitable time frames, and provides immediately usable story briefings. You can incorporate content into your planning with a single click and process it as you wish.
Scompler AI draws on what you have stored in your Scompler: goals, topics, storylines, personas, messages, briefings, metadata and your corporate style. This saves you the hassle of copy-pasting between tools, long prompts and generic content, and instead achieves communication measures that are perfectly aligned with your strategy.
Once you have defined personas in Scompler, the AI automatically uses their motivations, interests and needs. This results in posts that are precisely tailored to your target groups - without lengthy prompting and additional briefing.
The AI shows you which strategic elements it uses and why the AI's suggestions match your objectives or storylines. It also transparently highlights inconsistencies or missing strategic parameters. This keeps you in the leading role at all times and allows you to understand how content was created.
Project administrators must activate AI rights for themselves, agree to the new terms of use, and then activate AI rights for other user groups in the project settings. You can find all the information you need in the Knowledge Base. Your customer and sales managers will provide you with details and offers on how to continue using Scompler AI after the free trial period.
Our AI runs entirely on AWS Bedrock with EU-only inference profiles. All requests are processed exclusively within the EU; customer data does not leave the selected AWS regions. Scompler uses standard models from Bedrock and does not train its own models based on customer content.
Amazon Bedrock does not store or log prompts or outputs, does not use them for training purposes, and does not share them with model providers. Data processed or stored by Scompler is subject to our own security and retention policies.
AWS encrypts all data in transit and at rest and meets extensive compliance standards (including SOC 1/2/3; ISO 9001, 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701; HIPAA; FedRAMP Moderate; CSA STAR Level 2). Amazon Bedrock can be used in full compliance with GDPR.
According to the AWS Shared Responsibility Model, AWS secures the infrastructure, while customers control topics data classification, access, encryption, logging, and retention themselves.
In the first version, Scompler AI cannot read websites or external links, and access to project data is still limited. Some requests may take a little longer. The capabilities are continuously being expanded.
