Satarla was originally founded in both South Africa and the UK.  We have therefore always worked remotely, testing and making use of a wide variety of systems and software.  It is this drive to optimise remote working that has allowed us to undertake some of our most exciting projects across all corners of our wonderful globe. 

We pride ourselves in having a very flexible working environment in which our Associates work along side our inhouse team members.  Each project will consist of a mix of Associates and inhouse team, allowing for it to be run with the professionalism and passion of a team that enjoys working together and learning from one another.

Associates typically run their own companies and bring a unique depth of experience unparallelled in any other consultancy.  We greatly enjoy building our businesses together, leveraging synergies and partnerships where possible.
