MJF-PA12, PA11 High detail Parts
At RYSE 3D, our Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) production line delivers high-precision, end-use polymer components using advanced HP additive manufacturing technology. We specialise in producing accurate, repeatable, and production-ready parts directly from the printer—ideal for both prototyping and full-scale production.
We offer HP PA11 and PA12 materials to meet a wide range of functional and industrial applications:
- PA 11 (Bio-Based Nylon 11) – Offers high ductility, excellent impact resistance, and superior fatigue strength. Perfect for automotive interiors, snap-fit parts, protective housings, and flexible clips.
- PA 12 (Nylon 12) – Delivers exceptional dimensional stability, smooth surface finish, and strength under load. Ideal for tooling, enclosures, manifolds, and low-volume production parts.
To ensure every part meets your performance and aesthetic requirements, we provide a full range of in-house finishing services, including bead blasting, dyeing, vapour fusing, machining, and inspection.

Industrial FDM 3D Printing Services for Durable, Functional Parts
At RYSE 3D, our FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printing service uses industrial-grade printers to produce strong, functional parts directly from your CAD data—with no tooling costs or long lead times. This makes FDM ideal for functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, and full-scale production components.
We print using a wide selection of engineering-grade materials, including:
- ABS, ASA, PETG, and Nylon (PA6, PA-CF, PA-GF)
- Polycarbonate and TPU for flexible or impact-resistant applications
- Recycled pellet materials for sustainable, high-volume production
