RYSE 3D takes quality seriously. Every part is inspected before dispatch, but because additive manufacturing involves variable geometries and materials, minor deviations may occur.
1. Reporting an Issue
Any concerns regarding your order must be raised within 30 days of tracked delivery. To help us assess quickly, please email [email protected] with your order number, photographs, and a short description of the issue.
2. Assessment Process
Our team will review the evidence and may request that parts be returned for inspection. Where geometry, accuracy, or finish appear outside our published tolerances, we will confirm eligibility for reprint or refund.
3. Returns
If a return is required, please use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of posting. Where a defect is verified, RYSE 3D will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. If the part is found to conform to specification, it will be returned at the customer’s expense.
4. Resolution
Approved reprints or refunds are processed within 10 working days of assessment. RYSE 3D may alternatively offer a partial credit for minor cosmetic or non-functional deviations.
5. Limitations
This policy balances fairness with the practical limits of additive manufacturing while ensuring you receive the highest-quality, production-ready parts from RYSE 3D.
