As you know, our server used to have a season system. However, for quite a long time now we have stopped doing wipes (we do not delete characters anymore). Instead, we periodically introduce new modes.
In practice, the appearance of a new mode works like a wipe, but better: you start from scratch with new characters, you cannot take items from other modes, and you cannot use previously accumulated resources. The game effectively starts from zero and remains fair. At the same time, players who want to continue playing their old characters can do so calmly, at their own pace, without worrying that their progress will be deleted.
