Authorship Criteria

Robotics Xplore follows internationally accepted standards to define authorship and to ensure transparency and accountability in scholarly publishing. Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work.

To be listed as an author, each contributor should meet all of the following criteria:

  1. Have made a substantial contribution to the conception or design of the work, or to the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data.

  2. Have participated in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content.

  3. Have approved the final version of the manuscript before submission and publication.

  4. Agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work and to address questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work.

Contributors who do not meet all of the above criteria should not be listed as authors. Their contributions may be acknowledged in the acknowledgements section with their permission.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all listed authors meet the authorship criteria, that no qualified contributor has been omitted, and that all authors have agreed to the order of authorship and the final version of the manuscript.

Any changes to authorship (addition, removal, or reordering of authors) after submission must be approved by all authors and must be justified to the editorial office. The journal reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in cases of disputes or misconduct related to authorship.
