How to Donate Gifts of Securities

Through our trusted partner, CanadaHelps, who will process the donation of your security on our behalf.

Option 2

Directly through our broker:

1. Download and Review Right to Learn Afghanistan’s Securities Policy.
2. Complete the Transfer Form: Fill out our Securities Donation Form with your financial advisor or brokerage. This form provides the information needed for a smooth transfer. Click here for CAD transfers or Click here for US transfers.

4. Transfer the Securities: Your financial institution will initiate the transfer of securities directly to Right to Learn Afghanistan’s charitable account. Once received, we will issue a tax receipt for the fair market value on the day the securities are received.
