We want every Represent piece you order to be exactly right for you. If for any reason it is not — wrong size, changed your mind, or anything else — we make returning or exchanging it as easy as possible. Read everything below before getting in touch.
Our Return Promise
At representwear.com, we offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy on all eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date, you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange it for a different size or colourway — whichever you prefer.
We understand that buying premium clothing online involves a degree of uncertainty. Our return policy is designed to remove that uncertainty entirely, so you can shop Represent with complete confidence every time.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Returned within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown in your tracking information.
- Unworn — items must not have been worn beyond briefly trying them on for size.
- Unwashed and unaltered — items must be in their original, unmodified condition.
- All original tags and packaging intact — do not remove or cut any tags until you are certain you are keeping the item.
- Returned in original packaging — garment bags, tissue paper, and any branded packaging included with your order should be included.
- Free from any odours, stains, marks, cosmetics, deodorant residue, pet hair, or signs of wear.
Please note: Items that do not meet these eligibility conditions cannot be accepted for return. They will be sent back to you at your cost and no refund will be issued. We inspect all returns carefully on arrival.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned more than 7 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with removed, cut, damaged, or missing original tags.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase.
- Customised or personalised items.
- Items showing signs of damage caused by the customer through misuse or improper care.
- Items purchased through third-party resellers — these must be returned directly to the original point of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Our return process is simple and straightforward:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@representwear.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return — this helps us process your request faster and improve our products.
- Our customer care team will respond within 24 business hours with your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and clear return packaging and postage instructions.
- Pack your item securely in appropriate packaging, include your RMA number clearly inside or on the outside of the package, and send it to the return address provided.
- Once we receive your return and inspect it — typically within 3–5 business days of receipt — we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange immediately.
- You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is issued or your exchange has been dispatched, along with a new tracking number for exchange orders.

For returns where Represent is at fault, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours of your request. For customer-initiated returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage — we cannot accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit before reaching us.
Refunds — How and When
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved:
- Inspection period: 3–5 business days from the date we receive your return.
- Refund method: Returned to your original payment method — credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or any other method used at checkout.
- Processing time: Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we issue it, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email the moment your refund is processed — check your inbox and spam folder.
If your refund has not appeared within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please contact your bank first as processing times vary by institution. If you still have not received it after that, email support@representwear.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colourway, subject to availability at the time of your request. Email support@representwear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size or colourway you would like. We will hold your preferred replacement item while your original item travels back to us wherever possible. If your requested exchange item is unavailable when your return arrives, we will issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Represent order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing fault, or significantly different from what was shown and described on our site, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@representwear.com. Include your order number, a clear written description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the damage or defect. We will arrange a free return and offer you either a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice, no questions asked, no delays.
