How do I place an order at representwear.com?

Find the item you want, choose your size, and click ‘Add to Cart.’ When you are ready, head to your cart and select ‘Checkout.’ Enter your delivery address and payment details, review your order carefully, and click ‘Place Order.’ You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes confirming all the details.
What payment methods does Represent accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for eligible orders. Any additional payment options will be shown at checkout based on your location. Every payment is processed through fully encrypted, secure payment gateways.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process and dispatch orders quickly to minimise delivery times. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@representwear.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do everything we can to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has entered our fulfilment process or been collected by our carrier.
I have not received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first — automated order confirmation emails occasionally get filtered. If it is not there, the email address entered at checkout may have contained a typo. Contact us at support@representwear.com with your name and the details of your order and we will locate it and send a fresh confirmation immediately.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on representwear.com?

Shipping & Delivery
How long does Represent delivery take?
UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Tracked 48-hour shipping takes 2–3 business days, and express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Does Represent offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on UK orders that meet our qualifying order value threshold. The threshold is displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders below the threshold incur a flat-rate shipping fee, also shown at checkout. No hidden charges.
Does Represent ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, and many other countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–10 business days for Europe, 7–12 days for the US, and up to 25 days for more distant locations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my Represent order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel. You can also track manually on the carrier’s website using your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for live tracking information to appear.
My order shows as delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
First check with everyone in your household, look in any secure drop locations your carrier uses, and check with any building reception or concierge. If you still cannot locate your parcel after checking all of these, contact us at support@representwear.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
What is Represent’s return policy?
We offer hassle-free 7-day returns on all eligible Represent items. Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To begin a return, email support@representwear.com with your order number. Full details are available on our Return Policy page.
How long does a Represent refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item — within 3–5 business days of receiving it — we process your refund the same day. Allow a further 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is issued.
Can I exchange for a different size or colourway?
Yes. We offer size and colourway exchanges on all eligible items, subject to availability. Email support@representwear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size or colourway you would like. If the item is in stock, we will hold it while your return is on its way back to us. If it is sold out, we will issue a full refund instead.
My Represent item arrived damaged. What happens?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email support@representwear.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a free return and offer you either a full replacement or a complete refund — your choice, no debate, no delay.
