1. Business & Legal Structure
1.1 ReikiDAO is currently run under TechnoRealism, Inc., but may transition to a standalone entity in the future.
1.2 All rights to content, intellectual property, and branding are owned by ReikiDAO and/or its contributors.
1.3 These Terms govern your use of ReikiDAO Services, whether you are a paying member or guest.
2. Membership & Payments
2.1 Memberships are auto-renewing on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
2.2 By subscribing, you authorize ReikiDAO and its payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to charge your selected payment method.
2.3 Memberships may be cancelled at any time, effective end of the current billing cycle.
2.4 No refunds are provided for paid membership fees, except where required by law (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
3. Privacy & Data Use
3.1 ReikiDAO collects personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including name, email, IP address, payment information, and usage data.
3.2 By using ReikiDAO, you consent to our data collection, processing, and storage practices.
3.3 ReikiDAO may use trusted third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Skool, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) to facilitate payments, membership, communications, and analytics.

4.1 ReikiDAO provides educational and spiritual content related to Reiki and energy work.

4.3 ReikiDAO makes no guarantees regarding results or outcomes. Individual results vary.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials, including videos, recordings, PDFs, graphics, and written content, are copyright ReikiDAO℠. See our “Copyright & Intellectual Property Rights“.
5.2 Content is licensed for personal use only; redistribution, resale, copying, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Membership content may be streamed only; downloads are permitted only when explicitly provided (e.g., PDFs).
5.4 Unauthorized use of ReikiDAO trademarks, logos, or branding is prohibited.
6. Community Conduct
6.1 All members must comply with the Community Guidelines, including:
Respectful communication
No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
No spam, self-promotion, or solicitation
Compliance with applicable laws and platform rules (Skool)
6.2 Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban, without entitlement to refunds.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 ReikiDAO provides services “as-is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
7.2 ReikiDAO, its owners, affiliates, or instructors are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your use of Services.
7.3 Testimonials and member experiences do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Arbitration & Governing Law
8.1 Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these Terms or your use of ReikiDAO Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
8.2 Arbitration will take place under the laws of the State of New York, USA, or as otherwise mutually agreed.
8.3 Members waive any right to participate in class action suits against ReikiDAO.
9. Account Responsibility
9.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
9.2 You may not share your membership access with others.
9.3 ReikiDAO may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Terms, community rules, or misconduct.

10.1 ReikiDAO may include links to third-party websites or platforms.
10.2 ReikiDAO is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
