I am still waiting for the key code to be emailed to me. The invoice stated that it would be sent within 12 hours. It has been more than 12 hours by now and I haven't received it yet.
Answer:
Make sure you did not mistype your email address. Check your email spam filter. Check your order status, it must be accepted by the registration company. Send us a request as an email message with the following information:
- The name of the software purchased
- Registration company name
- Order number (not tracking ID)
Question:
If we purchase the CD version, can we use the download version until the CD arrives?
Answer:
After the purchase, you received a registration letter with your license code. You can download the latest version of our software from our website, install it, register it using your code and start it immediately. The code activation will remove all shareware limitations from the demo version of the program.
Question:
A write error occurs while saving the recovered file. The program cannot create a folder (cannot save the file).
Answer:
Before you select the folder for saving the source data, make sure that:
- The specified folder is not a folder on a CD or DVD. I.e. the folder must not be located on a read-only device.
- When saving to network devices, make sure you have the rights to save and modify data on the devices you save the data to.
- When saving to network devices, make sure that you have enough quota to save the recovered data. The available quota must be at least twice as large as the size of the source data.

How to send the original file to application designers for investigation?
Answer:
You can create a multi-volume archive file from the original XXXX file (for example pubs.mdf) using WinRar (www.rarlab.com). It has a free trial version. The size of each volume must be ~30-50MB. Upload all files to the www.dropbox.com service and send
us links to all these files.

When it finishes uploading the file, you will get to the result page. On this page you can register your collector's account and continue uploading to the personal folder of a collector. In this case you can send me only the login and password to your collector's folder (zone) so I will be able to download your files.
Or you can click the link I don't want a collector's account right now. Just give me the download link. at the bottom of the page and you will get the link for downloading the file.
In this case, you should send me each link that you will get.
Question:
I paste the registration key I received into the form and click OK. After the program is restarted, it remains in the DEMO mode. What should I do?
Answer:
This may be caused by an anti-virus tool blocking the saving of the key in the system registry. For instance, WebRoot often blocks all registry-related operations.
Solution:
- Temporarily disable the anti-virus tool during program activation
- Disable registry protection in the settings of your anti-virus tool

How to activate a prolongation code?
Answer:
- Please do not uninstall the program. If it has already been uninstalled, install it again.
- Please check if the primary key is activated. This can be done by selecting the Help | About command, where you will see your registration data and license type. If you are using the DEMO version of the program, activate the main key that you received initially after buying the program by going to Help | Enter Registration code.
- To activate a license extension key, select Help | Enter extended code.
