[[The feed flickers on to show Canas wrapped in a bundle of towels. His hair is dripping wet. He flashes a sheepish smile to the lens.]] Hello everyone! It certainly has been nice, has it not? This vacation. It is just the relaxation I needed to get into the epic of Lord Enhmor of Endchaia. He seems to be a fantastic man, with the intelligence of a god and the skill of the finest swordsman--

I digress. Um... I seem to have a problem, and who better to ask than the people of this school? [[For being cursed, Canas sure is peppy.]] For some reason, after I went into the hot springs, I cannot dry off. I sat outside for approximately an hour and a half, and here I am... still as wet as can be. I seek a solution, but I can't imagine where to find one. Here I am, getting the floor all wet, and my computer does not seem to appreciate this treatment... Oh, the floor! I should probably get going... Someone is sure to be upset with me.

Say... I was revisiting old entries of mine the other day, and I came to this realization: since becoming a librarian, I haven't been having much trouble with turning in books! This may be because I frequent the library more than I do my own room... That aside, I have got only $43 left to pay in overdue fines! No, let me check... $44.01, my mistake. I find that to be quite the accomplishment.

Splendid news, everyone! Well... that is, it is unfortunate that our two librarians prior to this week are no longer in position, but...

I was requested to be the librarian from here on out. I am beyond thrilled, but there is no doubt in my mind that I have much to learn. If you ever need tutoring or assistance in the library, I will be more that pleased to help you out.

Um... I apologize for not updating my account as often as the rest of you. I have yet to become fully accustomed to keeping this as a reliable journal, but I find paper to be more convenient most of the time. Even then, though... I never write down my day.

I fell incredibly sick due to malnourishment a few weeks back. I heard there was a scare of some sort and before I knew it, I woke up about a week and a half later with no recollection of the days previous. I still don't understand what happened, but I'm better now... with, ah, a few exceptions.

Hahaha, I guess I am still a little out of the loop in this school, aren't I? I can really tell from this chat room... I hardly know anybody. How long have I been here, anyways...?

[Somebody's door is left open, and inside the room is a pale, lifeless Canas. His eyes are soulless and he keeps muttering something, though he is completely immobile.

I have returned. I left Ilia last week but forgot to mention on my journal... I hope you understand. I can never bring myself to update this accordingly, you see.

While I was away, I remembered I was supposed to buy gifts for everyone! I delivered them this morning. Sorry they are so late... it's almost February, isn't it? This year, I will do better at keeping track of everything.

[[Indeed, that morning, Canas left a couple things in teacher mailboxes or the like. lole they are late, they were delivered on the morning of the 22nd for real.]]

Oh! I suppose the holidays just passed me by. I am terribly sorry, everyone: I only just remembered. However, I need to hurry on home to be with my family for New Years. It's beautiful there in Ilia, and they would be very disappointed if I forgot.

Thank you very much for the gifts, everyone. It's very thoughtful of you. Anyways, I'll be off! I believe I will be back by the 3rd of the new year.

Um... would anyone kindly confess to chewing up a book called Cyclostratigraphy: Approaches and Case Histories? I know it's not an easy thing to do, but I've got to pay back for it soon, or Ocelot will have me, I'm sure. I can't let him know what happened, but I haven't any money left after paying for even half of those fines...

Halloween was a fun time. Well, that is to say... I actually didn't do anything on the 31st, but going to the cafe was nice!

You know how everyone was given a costume once they entered? I noticed a couple people didn't like that, but... to be honest, I grew quite fond of mine. I don't even know what it was, but it sure was something. I was sad to see it go.

By the by... has anyone seen a book lying around? It's called, Cyclostratigraphy: Approaches and Case Histories. I seem to have misplaced it, and it's not in my room... and it's a bit overdue. If anyone's seen it, I would sure appreciate if you could let me know.
