I have returned. I left Ilia last week but forgot to mention on my journal... I hope you understand. I can never bring myself to update this accordingly, you see.
While I was away, I remembered I was supposed to buy gifts for everyone! I delivered them this morning. Sorry they are so late... it's almost February, isn't it? This year, I will do better at keeping track of everything.
[[Indeed, that morning, Canas left a couple things in teacher mailboxes or the like. lole they are late, they were delivered on the morning of the 22nd for real.]]
Lash: He... really couldn't think of something to get for Lash, so he's grasping here: in Ilia, he got her something he thought she might like. That being, of course... a mine. An old-fashioned mine from Elibe. Totally functional, but it is contained in a glass bottle. What a strange contraption... Well, he remembered you liked explosives! It's the thought that counts, right?
Hawke: A thank you card. For the bonus. Yeah.
Lyn: SO CANAS WAS AT HOME and he found a book that he'd read over a thousand times that he thought Lyn might like, so she received a book about the legendary weapons of Elibe. YEAH.
Rhys: A fancy-looking book from Elibe about the Eight Legends. I think he probably fished it out for him because of what they've talked about and, quite frankly, because he's interested in learning more about Tellius.
Otacon: He remembered Otacon! He met him when he had computer problems and... when their clothes were switched. Whoops. That still doesn't mean he knows much about him. He never found anything back home he thought he would like, so when he got back, he stopped at... some local store. No, he stopped by the store, found nothing, and went into the coffee shop. There, he found one of these. Because Canas has grown fond of coffee himself, and... well, it's great anyways, and that is pretty cool, he thought.
He is a bad gift giver.
