I just put up Flare's permission post as a pinned post which i should have seriously done earlier oh god, so I have a request! If you have the time to, please fill this out so I can know to what extent Flare should go? Fire magic is pretty destructive, after all, at least compared to some other things. This is also important to mention that Flare can get violent with people she really hates, so... aha. %D;
