Terms of Service

1) Agreement
By installing or using RankLite or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.
2) The Service
- Free features: titles/meta, XML sitemaps, schema basics.
- Pro: prepaid AI credits for actions (Title = 1, Description = 2, ALT = 1, Article = 20).
- Roll-over cap: up to 3× your plan’s monthly drip.
- Hard stop at 0: Pro actions won’t run when balance is 0.
3) Accounts & Purchases
Plans, top-ups, and payments are in USD via third-party processors. Taxes may apply.
4) Licenses
Plugin license: non-exclusive, non-transferable, for sites you own or manage. You retain rights in your content; you grant us a license to process it to provide the Service.
5) Acceptable Use
No illegal content; no abuse, reverse engineering, or scraping of non-public endpoints.
6) AI & Third Parties
Pro features may send prompts/content to sub-processors (AI providers). See Privacy and DPA.
7) Refunds
See Refunds & Returns. Generally refundable within 14 days if usage < 50 credits (or as required by law).
8) Disclaimers
Service provided “as is”; no guarantee of ranking results.
9) Limitation of Liability
No indirect/consequential damages; direct liability capped at the lesser of $100 or amounts paid in last 3 months.
10) Termination
We may suspend/terminate for breach or legal risk. You may stop using anytime.
11) Changes
We may update Terms; we’ll post the new effective date.
12) Governing Law
Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Tirana, Albania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
