Refund Policy
Last updated: 03 November 2025
1. Overview
RankLite Pro and related products (the “Service”) are digital, license-based software sold via Paddle, our payment and billing provider. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.
2. Subscriptions (Solo, Studio, Agency)
When you purchase a RankLite Pro subscription, you receive:
- a license key for use on one or more WordPress sites (depending on your plan), and
- a monthly allocation of AI credits (titles, descriptions, image ALT text, articles, etc.).
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Credit Top-Ups
Credit top-ups (one-time purchases of additional AI credits) are generally non-refundable. If there is a technical problem delivering the credits to your account, please contact us or Paddle’s Order Support and we will work with Paddle to correct the issue, which may include issuing a refund.
4. License Keys and Activation
Your license key and AI credits are managed automatically after purchase. If you request a refund for your first subscription purchase within the 14-day money-back period, the license will be cancelled and any remaining credits associated with that purchase will be removed.
5. No Ranking Guarantee
RankLite Pro helps you generate SEO-friendly content and manage technical SEO settings, but we do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, or revenue. Search engine performance depends on many factors outside our control (competition, content quality, backlinks, site history, algorithm changes, and more).
This disclaimer about SEO performance does not change your refund rights described in this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using the support form or use the details provided in your Paddle receipt. Include:
- your full name
- the email address used for purchase
- your order ID and license key (if available)
- a short explanation of your request
We or Paddle may ask for additional information where needed to process your request and comply with legal or fraud-prevention requirements.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us or Paddle’s Order Support first so we can investigate and resolve the situation. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer may delay resolution and can result in suspension of your license key and access to updates until the dispute is settled.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, pricing, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
