Shipping Policy

We manufacture our products in Finland and distribute them worldwide, excluding the European Union.
EU customers are directed to our sister site: zewer-tools.com.

  • Orders are processed on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (GMT+2). Couriers typically collect orders by 2:00 PM. In rare cases where stock is unavailable, we manufacture it the same day and ship the next business morning. If delays exceed one business day, we will contact you via email with an updated shipping timeline and the option to cancel.
  • Packages generally reach the destination country within 3 business days. Delivery is usually completed within 4–10 business days, depending on customs processing and local delivery networks.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • If your order value is under your country’s customs threshold, it will usually clear immediately. Higher-value orders may require you to provide additional documentation. Prompt action is required to prevent delays.

    Check your inbox and spam folders regularly for courier or customs notifications. Ensure the phone number you provide is accurate and reachable.

    When we deliver products outside of the EU, we are obliged to send the goods without taxes. When your package arrives, the courier will clear the package with customs, and charge the appropriate taxes. In most cases this fee is VAT (Which is refundable when you submit your VAT return.)

    Until recently, the de minimis rule applied in the USA for products originating from the EU. Under that rule, products purchased for less than $800 were generally exempt from taxes. In Australia, duty and taxes apply to purchases over AUD 1,000.

    However, as of 29 August 2025, the USA has abandoned the de minimis rule. Consequently, all imports are now subject to applicable duties, taxes, and fees, and must undergo formal or informal customs entry procedures. We are actively monitoring these developments and will keep you informed of any further changes or updates.

    In addition to this, the customs department charges a nominal tax. Please check the tax rate to be sure. (HTS codes 8207.90 and 8483.10)
    We strongly recommend getting in touch with your local customs authorities regarding duties and taxes before placing an order.

  • If you fail to provide required documentation or pay applicable duties/taxes, the package will be returned. We will refund your order minus:

    • Original and return shipping costs
    • Customs and reimport fees
  • We use third-party couriers and are not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed to the courier.

  • Some couriers may charge a fee for presenting documents to customs, especially in countries like Israel or Serbia. These are not included in your shipping cost and must be paid directly to the courier if applicable.

  • Remote or rural addresses may incur additional charges or longer delivery times. We will contact you before shipping if surcharges apply.

  • The fee includes packaging, international shipping, and final-mile delivery. It does not cover import duties, taxes, or any destination-country-specific fees.
