At plumber-tools.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day return policy makes it easy to get things resolved.
The email address and contact number you provide must be one you use and monitor everyday, because the courier may need to contact you to obtain proof of Identity or any other requirements by the customs department of your country. In the event that the courier is not able to contact you in time to get the documents in time for customs clearance, then you will be liable for the return shipping costs and the cost to ship your package a second time.
In the event of such a scenario, we will also ask the courier to provide us with proof that these documents are required.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
The tools must be unused and in the same condition as they were when delivered.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately at office@plumber-tools.com, and we’ll fix it quickly.
If something is missing:
If we confirm it’s missing or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll send a replacement right away at no additional cost to you.
If our records show it shipped correctly and no manufacturing defect is found, we’ll help you file a claim with the courier.
We cannot accept returns for used items, except for manufacturing defects like:
Blocked set screw threads
Loose welds on chain hubs or metal tips
Missing hard metal tips
Not considered defects:
Normal shaft shrinkage during first use
Damaged sleeves (unless unused and defective)
Kinked shafts from torque limiter failure
Need a different item? Email us at office@plumber-tools.com. We’ll provide a return label and arrange pickup. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the correct one.
Exchange conditions:
The tools must be unused and undamaged.
The customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and the cost to send out the replacement item.
The only exception is if the product is damaged or missing due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, in which case all shipping costs will be covered by us.
Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
If the new tools cost more, we will send a payment link. If they cost less, we will issue a refund or create a coupon code for the difference.
Note: Return shipping may cost more due to courier collection fees. Whenever possible, we recommend dropping off the package at your nearest FedEx location.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
