Phase 1

Initial Conversation & Fit Call

Not a sales pitch. A real conversation about fit.

Every project starts with an honest, high-level discussion. We want to understand you and your project before we talk about anything else. The goal is alignment — not a signature.

Phase 2

Project Development Agreement

Where planning replaces guessing.

The PDA phase is the foundation of every successful project. This is where we invest the time and effort needed to plan thoroughly and intelligently — before a single shovel hits the ground.

Once the PDA is signed, we schedule at least one coordinated on-site meeting — bringing key subcontractors and vendors to your project together.

Construction Proposal & Buildertrend Setup

Every decision confirmed before work begins.

Once the PDA phase is complete and scope is fully aligned, we assemble a detailed construction proposal — with allowances and alternates clearly defined.

Fully Built Out in Buildertrend

Your project lives in our project management platform — contracts, approvals, and change orders signed digitally. Schedules, selections, daily logs, progress photos, and all communication in one transparent place.

Phase 4

Construction

Planning complete. Build with clarity.

 

With thorough planning behind us, construction begins with everyone on the same page — clear schedules, accountable trades, and full visibility throughout.

How We Run the Build

Once finishes are finalized, we post a jobsite finish board with QR codes — so homeowners, trades, and vendors can instantly reference approved selections, reducing mistakes and delays.

Project Close-Out

Closed cleanly, professionally, completely.
