License Grant
Pentito grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the game, subject to compliance with this agreement and our policies.
Ownership
All game content, source code, design, names, trademarks, and assets are the intellectual property of Pentito. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
User Conduct
- Use cheats, bots, exploits, or automated scripts
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with the game
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for any breach of this agreement, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The game is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We make no guarantees about uptime, functionality, or error-free performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, account access loss, or in-game progress.
Changes to Agreement
We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes your acceptance.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Account Inactivity
Inactive accounts may be deleted after prolonged inactivity, with or without notice.
Purchases
Any virtual currency or items purchased in the game are non-refundable and have no real-world value, unless required by applicable law.
