Pinnacle's 24-Hour Residential Homes provide comprehensive, individualized support for adults with developmental disabilities. Each home is staffed 24/7 by dedicated Direct Support Professionals, ensuring continuous assistance tailored to each resident's unique needs. Our residential programs typically accommodate up to three individuals, fostering a personalized and community-oriented living environment. We uphold the philosophy that "we work in our client's home; they don't live at our work," respecting each individual's personal space and autonomy.

We help individuals stay connected, engaged, and active in their communities by providing personalized support that fosters independence and meaningful relationships. Our goal is to empower each person to participate fully in daily life while building confidence and essential life skills.

Community Living Supports (CLS) encompass two primary services: Attendant Care and Day Support Activities. Attendant Care provides assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) within the home and in the community, aiming to maintain or enhance independence through personalized support. Pinnacle's Day Support Activities are community-based programs that focus on community integration, discovering new interests, and building life skills through structured, intentional activities. Both services offer one-on-one staffing and are often utilized in conjunction by the individuals we support, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meeting each person's unique needs and aspirations.

Our supported living services provide individuals with the freedom to live independently while ensuring they have the right level of assistance to thrive. Support is tailored to each person’s needs, helping them navigate daily life with confidence.

Supported Living empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently in their chosen residences, with personalized support tailored to their unique needs. Support levels are determined through comprehensive assessments and outlined in Individual Support Plans, ensuring that each person receives the appropriate amount of assistance, which can range up to 24-hour support if necessary. Individuals have the flexibility to live alone or with housemates of their choosing, reflecting their personal preferences and promoting a sense of community and belonging.
