"Having been in the field for 10+ years, I've been part of a few different companies, and I have seen a lot of varieties of management. Pinnacle Developmental Care is miles ahead for many reasons. First being, after prioritizing the residents first and foremost, Pinnacle really values and prioritizes their staff.
