I want a bag. An all-purpose, take-anywhere sort of bag. Ideally, it would be one big enough that I could put a laptop in it, but I don't necessarily need it to be a "laptop bag" since you can get protective pouches for laptops. I want to be able to use it for holding papers and books when we go on Girl Scout trips, holding all sorts of things for a day out with the kids (crayons and paper, et cetera), and just generally be very very versatile.

So, I've gone looking on the Lands End website, the National Geographic store website, the LLBean website, the Eddie Bauer website, a whole bunch of other websites, and I've found a few possibilities. Still nothing that is just perfect.

Suggest a bag or a place to find a bag.
