At Osprey Initiative, we believe that small actions – when multiplied – can change the course of our rivers, our communities, and our planet. That belief fuels our “Give Five” program, a promise to invest 5% of our gross revenue into projects through our team’s time, energy, and expertise.

Give Five is how we stay connected to the places we serve and the people who share our passion for cleaner waterways and stronger communities. Through this program, Osprey team members roll up their sleeves alongside local partners, volunteers, and residents to turn shared values into visible results.

Here’s a look at how we’re making an impact, one project at a time:

Alabama Coastal Cleanup – Alabama Gulf Coast

Alabama Coastal Cleanup

Every fall, our crew joins thousands of volunteers for the largest cleanup event in the state. Osprey helps coordinate volunteers and manage recycling collection, ensuring that tons of waste are properly sorted and kept out of landfills. What starts as a morning on the beach ends with a cleaner coastline and a community united by purpose.

Earth Day Activations

Each Earth Day, we bring environmental education to life—partnering with nonprofits and area municipalities to host hands-on activities. From litter pickups along neighborhood creeks to recycling demonstrations at local parks, these events inspire action and build momentum for a cleaner future.

Education & Outreach at Schools

One of our favorite Give Five efforts happens in classrooms. Our team visits schools to spark curiosity and conversation about litter prevention and recycling. Students learn how small choices, like picking up a bottle or sorting their recyclables, connect to the health of their own local waterways.
