Opus rents event bars across greater Los Angeles — LED bars with color-changing remote control, hardwood and wooden bars, mirrored bars, rustic and vintage builds, white lacquered bars, mobile rolling bars, and back bars. Sizes range from compact 4-foot bars to long straight, L-shape, and curved configurations for larger venues. We also offer custom branding and full-wrap bars for corporate events, product launches, and brand activations. Most bar rentals are paired with additional event lighting and essentials like linens, ice tubs, and trash bins to complete the service area. LED bars share the same battery system as our LED furniture line — 8 to 10 hours per charge, remote color control included, delivered fully charged.

Sizes vary by style — from compact 4-foot bars for intimate events to long straight, L-shape, and curved configurations for larger venues.
Are bartenders or glassware included with the bar rental?
No — bar rentals include the bar (and matching back bar if applicable) only. We do not provide bartenders, glassware, shakers, ice buckets, or other barware. Clients typically supply their own bartender or hire one through a separate catering or staffing service.
Can I add a custom logo or wrap to a rental bar?
Yes — custom branding is one of our most-requested bar services, especially for corporate events, product launches, and brand activations. We can apply custom wraps, logos, and signage to most of our bars so the design matches your event branding. Contact us early in the planning process to allow time for production.
How do LED bars work and how long does the battery last?
LED bars use the same battery system as our LED furniture line. Each bar runs on an internal battery that lasts approximately 8 to 10 hours per charge — long enough for a full event — and comes with a remote control so you can pick or change colors during the night. All LED bars are delivered fully charged.
Is delivery included in the bar rental price?
No — delivery is always charged separately, and a minimum order applies for delivery jobs. We coordinate the exact delivery and pickup window with you before your event. Will-call (customer pickup) is available for select basic items only, including basic folding chairs, basic folding tables, and a few basic bar styles. For most bars and event rentals, we deliver and set up on-site.
Can you build a custom bar for a specific event?
Yes — custom-built bars are part of what we do. If you’re planning a high-profile event, brand activation, or production where a stock bar won’t quite fit the vision, we can design and build something to spec. Lead time on custom builds is longer than stock rentals, so reach out early.
