The Gateway Pundit dug through Joe Kent’s entire X history on Iran, and the flip-flopping is staggering.
TGP examination of Joe Kent X-Tweet history for me is an illustration that at best Kent is liar and at worst was an anti-Israel (probably Antisemite) backstabbing mole for a crowd (so-called Conservative) Antisemites throwing hate-Israel mud on the wall hoping it will stick. Sadly, Tucker Carlson is emerging is a leader of this group of Antisemites. Carlson conducted a post-resignation interview with Kent which highlighter much of the lies and half-truths Carlson promotes these days. (My Mom used to tell me a half-truth is also a half-lie. Two halves that negate each other is unsupportable and therefore cancels out any positive.)
Joe Kent is being investigated as a Classified Leaker by the FBI even before his hypocritical resignation. One has to wonder if Carlson was fed/leaked some of that Classified information.
I have noticed the MSM that is infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is promoting Kent’s lies as facts. So let’s look at some dots that paint a different picture. First from 3/18/26:

Report: FBI investigating fmr Nat’l Counterterrorism Director Joe Kent, citing classified leaks prior to resignation

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reportedly been investigating former National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent — who recently resigned “in protest” of the United States’ ongoing conflict with Iran — citing alleged leaks of classified information, according to multiple sources familiar with the case.
The FBI investigation into Kent predates his resignation. According to sources cited by Semafor and CBS News, the probe has been active for months, and it did not start as a sudden reaction to his resignation letter.
Administration officials told Axios that Kent had been labeled a “known leaker” well before his departure. This reputation was reportedly why he had already been barred from certain high-level presidential briefings and excluded from key discussions regarding Iran.
On Tuesday, Kent resigned as the director of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), claiming that he stepped down in protest of the ongoing U.S.-Israeli military campaign against Iran. Kent emphasized in his resignation letter that he “cannot in good conscience” support the conflict, suggesting that this was the reason for his departure.
He also boldly claimed that Iran poses “no imminent threat” while alleging that the U.S. was pressured by Israel into joining the military effort.
“After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today,” Kent wrote on X. “I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran”

Trump administration officials have quickly dismissed Kent’s claim that the “imminent threat” from Iran was a manufactured fiction, maintaining that his allegations carry no weight since he was long excluded from high-level Iran intelligence briefings.
Nonetheless, Kent has countered that as the NCTC director, his agency should have been the primary body tracking the tactical details of any potential strike; and because his “analysts” found no such evidence, he concluded the conflict’s justification was merely a “misinformation campaign” fueled by Israeli influence and outside lobbyists. Kent also argues that his exclusion from these briefings was a calculated move to “freeze out” any possible dissenting voices.
However, the White House responded back by explaining that Kent was purposely kept in the dark solely due to an ongoing FBI investigation into his alleged government leaks, asserting that the intelligence was so sensitive it remained on a “need-to-know” basis that Kent — deemed untrustworthy and “weak on security” — no longer met.
Another source confirmed to NewsNation on Wednesday that the investigation into Kent was already well underway by the time he left his post. Officials reiterated that he had been “a known leaker” and was thus left out of briefings with the president. [Blog Editor Bold Text Emphasis.]
“He left quite an online paper trail, and he has been monitored for months,” a source familiar with the investigation told Axios. “He’s going to try to say this was in retaliation for his resignation, but it’s the other way around: He quit because he’s under investigation and he knew it.”
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt also recently stated in a press briefing that Kent’s resignation letter had contained a slew of “false claims,” emphasizing that Kent’s theory that Trump was convinced by a foreign country to incite the conflict was both false, “insulting” and “laughable.”
Kent “was not involved in any of the discussions” before or during Operation Epic Fury, and had not had a role in drawing up the president’s intelligence briefings in “a while,” she told Fox News during an interview on Wednesday.
Later on Wednesday, Kent also appeared in a two-hour interview with podcaster Tucker Carlson, a fellow critic of the administration’s support for Israel who has since utilized his platform to attract the anti-Israel conservative base. During the sit-down, Kent pushed back against Leavitt’s assertions.
“I’m sure the administration will come out and say, ‘No, you just weren’t invited,’ but I’ve got a pretty good idea of how those meetings look, and even if I wasn’t invited, I at least would’ve known that they took place,” he confidently told Carlson.
However, as of now, Kent has not provided any direct physical evidence to substantiate his claims. Rather, his “evidence” consists of his own personal theories and a series of circumstantial “data points” that he shared during his recent interview with Carlson. In the discussion, Kent also claimed that Iran’s late Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was killed in the initial strikes, had actually been “moderating” the nuclear program in order to avoid a full-scale war, Military.com reported.
“Joe Kent was right. Therefore, Joe Kent must be destroyed,” Carlson said rhetorically, attempting to position Kent as a sort of martyr. “And there is, of course, this ongoing effort to do that, to dismiss Joe Kent as a tool of the Islamists, or a leaker.”
Responding to the resignation, President Trump remarked that Kent’s departure actually turned out to be a positive development, noting, “When I read his statement, I realized it’s a good thing that he’s out, because he said Iran is not a threat.”
“Every country realized what a threat Iran was,” Trump added, referencing the numerous nations who have since come out in support of the United States and Israel’s military campaign to topple the Islamic regime.
While the United Kingdom (UK) and Spain initially withheld consent for the use of their bases, the UK reversed its stance following Iranian strikes on a British air base in Cyprus, granting the U.S. permission to use RAF Fairford and Diego Garcia to “destroy missiles at the source.”
Muslims make up approximately 6.7% of the total population of England, and London has the highest concentration, with approximately 15% of the city’s residents identifying as Muslim. According to some analysts, this demographic makeup likely made UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer initially cautious about supporting Operation Epic Fury.
Meanwhile, regionally, Jordan has also emerged as a vital operational hub amid the conflict, hosting U.S. F-16CJ fighter jets redeployed from Italy to conduct suppression of enemy air defense missions. Additionally, Gulf nations like the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain have focused on providing defensive participation, utilizing U.S.-integrated air defense systems to maintain high interception rates against Iranian drone and missile salvos.
Furthermore, logistical and intelligence support remains bolstered by the Five Eyes alliance and key European hubs like Ramstein Air Base in Germany.

I saved an interesting PDF to my Telegram folder entitled, “History of the Kidnapping of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich”. It is a 10-page PDF that I originally found at Telegram Reiner Fuellmich (https://t.me/ReinerFuellmichEnglish). It was posted there on 2/24/26. It was forwarded to the Reiner Fuellmich channel from Telegram user andreas pelzer who has designated his Telegram as hidden.
I have no idea when the actual PDF was created but I am guessing circa December 2025. The guess is based on a DuckDuckGo search in an attempt to glean some details. Which is I found a similar post to the PDF with the same title but organized a little differently than the PDF.

Here I have once again put together the story of my kidnapping from Mexico in the context that is relevant from my point of view, so that anyone who has already heard a little about the case – “embezzlement, he screwed everyone over, but somehow something is really fishy” – can immediately see that this is certainly not a criminal case being pursued, but rather a political case that has been fabricated.
I have divided the kidnapping into four parts.
1. Background
At the end of 2022 I was still in the United States, Inka was in Germany, where she was discussing the strategy for damages lawsuits and class actions for those economically and/or health-wise harmed by the pandemic with a number of colleagues – naturally with American colleagues. In early or mid-December2022 I flew from Reno (USA) to England to film an interview there with the microwave radiation expert (5G, 3G, 4G – all dangerous, he said, and explained why), Barrie Trower. He is the former MI5 and MI6 agent who has degrees in medicine, physics and biology. A really, really smart man and extremely likeable. Even though he is over 80, he is the real James Bond. You have to see it that way – he has lived through and done some tough stuff. From there, after three days in England to do this interview, I flew to Bucharest, Romania, to film an interview over Christmas with the former high-ranking UN official Călin Georgescu about the United Nations that had been taken over by Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum. He also lashed out at the people who had already reported on the Limits to Growth in the 1970s. All fake, he said – a superb interview. David Sorensen later edited it brilliantly. In Bucharest I also met Inka, who had flown in from Germany. We spent a lot of time with the Georgescu couple – his wife used to be Vice President of Citibank in Romania. I helped Călin Georgescupresent his own book, with which he then launched his ultimately successful (but later annulled by the EU) presidential candidacy in Romania. We presented the book together with the Romanian translation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s book “The Real Anthony Fauci”. Over a really lovely joint dinner, Inka and I convinced ourselves that Călin and his wife were not only clever, educated and worldly, but above all authentic and genuinely concerned about the well-being of the citizens of their country, Romania. They had two sons, 13 and 15 at the time, who were very important to them. They said: if everything here goes down the drain, they’ll take all our money. They realized much earlier than I did what was going wrong. I only really realized it through Corona; before that I knew there was a lot of corruption, especially in the judiciary, but I had no idea it was that bad.
After that we flew back to Germany to organize the law office that had just moved into a rented house, because we had sold the office building (actually two buildings) in October 2022. Then, in mid-January 2023 Inka and I flew to Peru to meet the Canadian colleague Michael Swinwood in the Sacred Valley near Machu Picchu (he has a house there) to discuss the class action. We discussed in detail how to proceed with the class action on different levels/in different countries. I also did an interview with Michael Swinwood and a shaman named Corianca (which especially interested Inka). When we wanted to leave Peru at the end of January, Inka flew to friends of ours in Mexico who had sold everything in Germany. A former very successful event manager from Munich and his girlfriend from near Göttingen – they knew everything was collapsing, the economy. I knew that too, that’s why we all sold our houses. They now live down there in southern Baja California (the peninsula is 1,800 km long, the extension of California into Mexico). There is a whole colony of Americans, Canadians and a few Europeans who left their countries because of Corona, sold everything – some very wealthy people – and are now living there waiting to see what happens next.
Inka flew back; I wanted to fly from Lima back to the ranch because our dogs were still there in the meantime. I wanted to pick them up and then meet Inka down there. But I could no longer enter the country; entry was denied to me at the airport in Lima on 28 or 29 January – completely unexpectedly. Inka had already flown towards Baja, and at the very moment I wanted to board I was told: “No, we have no entry permit for you, or rather it has been withdrawn.” What? I fly back and forth all the time. Nope, it’s gone. I quickly called a friend in the USA, but it was immediately clear – at that time still the Biden administration – that they wanted to bar me for national security reasons because of my Corona (or plandemic) enlightenment work. Because I had said we would also do it from the USA. I had previously completed the Crimes Against Humanity tour through nine US cities together with the excellent scientist and friend Patrick Wood and Dr Judy Mikovits and another doctor. It was successful, but I repeatedly emphasized that the facts uncovered in this enlightenment work and the people who had served as partners would serve as evidence for the subsequent lawsuits. So I couldn’t get back in. I could have given some lawyer 30,000 dollars, but he would only have received the curt answer “national security” – nothing you can do about it. I said: before you throw the money away here, I’ll just fly to where Inka already is, and a day later I also flew to our friends and to Inka in southern Baja California.
2.
In March 2023 – we had both been there again since the end of January – the patron and protector of the three “Hafenanwälte” (port lawyers), Prof. Dr. Martin Schwab, suddenly contacted me to ask for money for a friend, whether he could simply pick it up from Marcel Templin (who had just stolen more than one million euros from me plus around 400,000 euros of client money). I almost exploded with anger and pointed out to Martin that the very fact he was calling me showed that he knew the money with Templin was mine. I told him again: finally take your head out of the sand, it’s my money, we can gladly talk about me helping your friend (the operator of a karaoke bar) once the money is returned by your thieves, but first I want my money back and the 400,000 euros in client funds too. After I explained everything to Martin in detail (he knows exactly what’s going on but doesn’t want to face reality because then he would suddenly have no friends left). He is a brilliant lawyer, but only a system lawyer walking the beaten path, and you never win that way. Then on 21 or 24 March he sent me an email (which is also in the court file) informing me that he did not want to participate in any “embezzlement” of “your” (i.e. my) money. Embezzlement concerns client money, the rest is my money. So, he had paid for his friend himself, and he had discussed everything with Marcel and Justus. So, he knows the whole context exactly. I thought, okay. Shortly afterwards he contacted me again, this time to tell me that his three protégés and Viviane Fischer had instructed him to conduct settlement talks with me to resolve the problem. The problem was the money stolen from me. On the other hand, the four of them wanted access to the gold.
That is what the four actually wanted (I’m not sure whether Viviane was even involved at that point or whether the other three and he only pretended she was on board – I think they tried to screw her over too). The gold had been bought for the Corona Committee and was deposited with DEGUSSA in Berlin under my and Viviane’s names. Of course, we had bought it for the Committee, but we had deposited it under our two names because the other two had long since left, and the third, Marcel Templin, had only ever tried to worm his way in, always saying “Justus is completely crazy, you know that yourselves, take me instead”. That’s why we had done it only for Viviane and me – not for us personally, but so that we could retrieve it for the Committee, because the others had not been part of it since August 2021. Only the two of us could collect it together.
I then explained that I would now be doing my own version of the Corona Committee and that the other four could fight over the gold as soon as I got the stolen money back. Then, as my settlement proposal (which is also in the file), as soon as the stolen money was on Inka’s account (it should have been transferred to her account from the house sale straight away), I would give Martin an okay and a power of attorney for that purpose. Only two people can access it: Viviane and I. Since I wanted to stay in Mexico and not expose myself to any trouble in Germany, I said Martin would get a power of attorney from me. He did get it – more on that later.
In July, while these settlement talks were dragging on (we now know why – the whole thing was a fake designed only to get me arrested; both Antonia Fischer and Justus Hoffmann testified in court to that effect), our passports suddenly disappeared. I called the German embassy in Mexico City and reported the disappearance. They said we had to apply for new ones and fill out forms at the consulate in Tijuana (there is only one embassy, but about 13 consulates; the nearest for us was in Tijuana, on the US border). We could fly there even without passports because when we noticed the disappearance, we had reported it to the police to stay clean. We explained the situation – passports gone, either stolen or lost (I think they were briefly stolen and then reappeared). The police gave us a document with which we could travel in Mexico until we got new passports, provided we had a photo ID. I had my California driver’s license, Inka had her German ID card, so we could fly and apply for new passports. We flew to Tijuana, met the honorary consul Carlos Enkerlin at the airport (the consulate was being renovated) and filled out the forms for new passports right there at the airport. He also asked me for advice because he didn’t think much of the vaccination either. I told him there were doctors who could get the junk out of you again. While filling out the forms for the new passports we also had the power of attorney (that I needed for the settlement negotiations with Martin Schwab) notarized and I sent it to Germany to one of my colleagues, Cathrin Behn, who kept it. I said: you can give it to Martin as soon as we have concluded the settlement here; then he can collect the gold together with Viviane and the others can bash each other’s heads in.
A few weeks later the passports turned up again completely unexpectedly. I informed the embassy that we no longer needed the new passports. Strangely, the woman I spoke to suddenly asked whether I had not been arrested. I said that must be a joke. The woman laughed too. I thought it was a joke because I had no idea what was going on (I later learned this from the file). She then told me that I would have to discuss the further procedure with Carlos Enkerlin, the honorary consul in Tijuana, with whom we had filled out the forms and powers of attorney. I chatted with him on WhatsApp (I think Roger has all the messages) and explained that I no longer needed the passports. He then told us – all lies – that unfortunately the old passports had already been cancelled, and that Inka and I absolutely had to come to Tijuana to collect the new ones; they could not be sent by post. After some back and forth, in August 2023 Martin Schwab suddenly and completely unexpectedly informed us that – although he had thought the power of attorney and the settlement idea great – he no longer wanted to use the power of attorney to collect the gold (which I had given him on condition that the stolen money was returned by the port lawyers). That was strange. In hindsight and with knowledge of the file, I believe it was no coincidence; he was part of the plan and knew it, at least by that time. His explanation for not wanting to use the power of attorney was completely absurd – he had no professional liability insurance, he wasn’t a lawyer, etc. Yet he appears as a lawyer, for example in the Leipzig soldiers’ trial or now with Johanna Findeisen. I told him: that’s not legal work at all – you would simply act as a private person via the power of attorney so that the others can get the gold. But he insisted it was too dangerous for him.
Just like the story with the supposedly cancelled passports (they were never cancelled, they are still valid) that suddenly seemed to require a flight to Tijuana to collect the new ones – all lies and part of the kidnapping plan that had meanwhile been spun by the BKA together with the domestic intelligence service (Verfassungsschutz) – everything is evident from the file, not only from the dossier but from the actual court file.
To make absolutely sure that we would fly to Tijuana (I had said in between that I wasn’t sure whether we should fly there if they couldn’t send them – screw it, we’ll just carry on with what we have for now and get new passports later), Martin Schwab’s sudden refusal came in very handy. And as I can see from the file – and Katja too – State Prosecutor John (who had been transferred from Hanover to Göttingen so that the previous senior prosecutor Reinecke, who had wanted to drop the whole thing, could not do so again) had agreed with the port lawyers that I should issue and have notarized a new power of attorney because Martin suddenly no longer wanted to use his. So that gave us two reasons to fly: the alleged passport problems and the need to issue a new power of attorney for collecting the gold so that we could get back our money stolen by the port lawyers and the Göttingen public prosecutor’s office.
In Mexico City a Götz Knobloch and a Monika Vazquez from the BKA Germany were active. I believe Knobloch is clean; he pointed out several times by email that I could not simply be arrested in Mexico – that would only be possible on the basis of a Mexican arrest warrant, which in turn would only be possible if I had committed a crime there or entered illegally, neither of which was the case. Those are also the only grounds for deportation under §144 of the Mexican migration law. Therefore, he suggested several times, a formal extradition procedure should be initiated instead. Not Mexico throwing me out (which wasn’t possible, there was no basis for it), but Germany requesting me because of an allegedly serious crime committed in Germany. Lars Roggatz from the LKA Lower Saxony, who coordinated my kidnapping, insisted at all costs on avoiding that, because in a formal extradition procedure I would immediately have been granted a hearing and it would have become clear that both the German and European arrest warrant existing since 15 March 2023 and the criminal complaint of the port lawyers dated 2 September 2022 (on which the arrest warrant was based) were completely false. The warrant had simply been filled in on a form by John without any investigation and blindly signed by a judge like an autopen. So Roggatz insisted that the kidnapping absolutely had to be disguised as a deportation, otherwise everything would come out.
3. The core of the matter
When Inka and I flew to Tijuana on 11 October 2023 to meet honorary consul Carlos Enkerlin at the airport, collect the passports and have a new power of attorney for the gold notarized (Martin out, Dagmar Schön – a colleague from Munich – in; she had agreed to do it), we were informally detained at the airport itself by five or six plain-clothes officers from the Mexican migration authority and asked to come with them to the migration office – they pushed us back and forth, you couldn’t get away. Of course, I could have resorted to old tricks from my army days, but I don’t think that would have gone down well.
They drove us with blue lights and sirens to the migration office 20 minutes away. They spoke neither German nor English and tried with broken words to explain that they didn’t know what it was about – they would find out at the migration office. The entrance hall there was extremely busy, lots of ragged people who were really going to be deported were waiting. The head of the migration authority came up to us – we clearly stood out from the others – very politely. It was embarrassing for him. Since our Spanish simply wasn’t enough, he got an interpreter and we spoke English through him. He kept looking down apologetically – a big man – and explained that he didn’t know what it was about, he was only following instructions apparently from the German embassy, but he had no idea. So I called the embassy in Mexico City and reached a female employee. The phone was on speaker so Inka could hear everything.
The woman wriggled like an eel, you could almost see her trying to disappear into a waste-paper basket, explaining that she didn’t know what was going on and unfortunately couldn’t help us no matter how often we asked. She couldn’t do anything and – oh man – we should contact the honorary consul in Tijuana. That’s exactly what I wanted to do anyway, that’s why we were there. So I called Carlos Enkerlin, who also answered, and he wriggled just like the embassy employee before: “I don’t know what it’s about either. I’m only carrying out orders, presumably from the embassy. Unfortunately I can’t tell you anything more.” At my request, however, he did explain to the head of the migration authority (in Spanish, but I understood that) that, as we had arranged, he had new passports for us with him. I thought that would settle it, because I thought that was the actual problem – someone had tricked us, but it wasn’t. The head of the migration authority continued to wriggle and tried to gain time, sent us to the authority’s doctor who measured pulse and blood pressure and declared us healthy. Okay, I had more or less assumed that.
When we returned to the hall, the countless people to be deported were just being loaded into a huge bus outside the door. The head of the authority apologized to me again, said again that he didn’t know what was going on, shook my hand and wished me good luck. At that point I knew something serious was happening. But he would make sure I didn’t have to get on that huge bus. He had two staff members who would take me to the airport in a small bus.
I said: what for? He said he didn’t know. My wife could stay; she would be able to fly back to the dogs and our friends straight away. She started crying, and after I hugged her I told her I would do everything I could to get her out or to get back as soon as possible. But there was nothing more I could do at that moment. Yes, if I could have, but that probably wouldn’t have been a good idea either.
I then drove back to the airport with the two migration officers. A few hours later we flew to Mexico City, where I spent a night in a kind of rubbish cellar without showers with countless completely down-and-out poor devils. The next afternoon the two migration guys pushed me back and forth in front of the waiting passengers of a Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt so that everyone would really notice that a dangerous criminal was being escorted here. Then in the filthy wooden class – really bad. Not that we haven’t flown economy before, we always have, but in that state it was simply the worst.
When we arrived in Frankfurt, at the rear of the plane a door was specially opened and a staircase brought up just for my arrest. A police officer came, explained my arrest and served me the arrest warrant of 15 March 2023. Then I was taken to the airport police, where very friendly officers explained that unfortunately I had to stay the night; there was a holding cell with nothing in it, just a concrete slab, but they gave me a blanket. And because they forgot to take my mobile phones, I was able to send a few messages to friends I thought might still be able to fix something. A female officer also asked me to sign the arrest protocol she had drawn up. On four pages the pre-printed columns contained data that were irrelevant to me – I said you can sign that. But below the line for my signature she had typed an extra line “Special remarks” noting that I was an escorted extradition accompanied by two Mexican migration officers. I told her that was wrong. Good that it was under my signature. I said: that’s wrong, no extradition took place here. I looked at the top – S. Lamshöft, Sabine Lamshöft was the policewoman – she said yes, something is wrong here. She had been told it was an extradition, but there were no papers for it. She then explained that she also realized something was definitely wrong, but precisely for that reason she had written it as a special remark so that nothing would fall on her feet. I told her I would certainly need her as a witness in court soon, and she said half-jokingly: “No problem, I’ll gladly do it for you.”
Judge Schindler later claimed in the hearing that it had been a simple deportation. We explained to him in detail that it was a fake and that the deportation order he referred to was a fake. Moreover, since it was only in Spanish, he would have to have it translated into German immediately because the language of the court is German. And how did he even know it was a deportation order if he doesn’t speak Spanish? Very strange. He refused to have it translated and also declared – after we had explained to him using the emails from the BKA and LKA officers Knobloch and Roggatz that it was a pure fake and that the deportation order had been commissioned by the BKA – that he didn’t care. We proved point by point that even if he had it in German he would immediately see that the only relevant §144 for deportation did not apply because we had neither entered the country illegally nor committed any crime there. He didn’t care about any of it. Interestingly, the deportation order (if it had existed) should have been dated after my arrest warrant of 15 March 2023 or in August or whenever, in any case before they put me in the migration office in Tijuana – but if you look, the date on it is 11 October 2023. That means they only fudged it together during or after my arrest so that it would at least half-look genuine.

The meticulously researching journalist Roger Bittel was sent back and forth by the German embassy to the consulate and the migration authority and finally ended up at the Foreign Office. Katja Wörmer (armed with my power of attorney as my lawyer) also tried to find out what was going on. After countless phone calls, sometimes with friendly people, she was told that there was a file on me, Dr Fuellmich. She requested it, but it was repeatedly refused until finally she was told there was no file at all. Strange.
This is important: the Foreign Office was only involved because my case had a foreign dimension – I was not in Germany – but it was not the authority responsible for my kidnapping, that is obvious. The responsible authority or ministry can only be either the Ministry of Justice (if everything runs normally) or the Ministry of the Interior (if it is a fake/political show).
Normally, in the case of criminal offences, it would of course be the Ministry of Justice that says: Foreign Office, we need your help, someone has to be extradited or deported because of such and such offences – fraud, embezzlement, murder, manslaughter, whatever. That would be the normal procedure, and such a file would be handed over to Katja immediately.
The fact that they refuse to do so indicates – and the court file makes it certain – that in reality it was the Ministry of the Interior. And that makes it a political matter, not a legal one. It is not about a crime (we know that anyway); it is only about taking me out of circulation because of my Corona enlightenment work as an international lawyer. Not only the dossier but everything in the file speaks for the fact that the domestic intelligence service (Verfassungsschutz) initiated everything from the beginning until senior prosecutor Reinecke said “I’m not letting you tell me what to do”, and that the BKA was the executing agency. To whom are both the Verfassungsschutz and the BKA subordinate? Of course, to the Ministry of the Interior (Nancy Faeser). That is also why Holger Münch (whom, piquant detail, my father trained when he was still a policeman before he became corrupt) always sat together with her at press conferences.
The refusal to hand over these documents that do exist about me at the Foreign Office shows that this is exactly what happened – that it is not about a crime but a political case. It is about switching off the Corona-enlightening international lawyer, and that has to be concealed from the public at all costs, otherwise everything will blow up in their faces – now even more than before. If they had simply eliminated me earlier – shot me or something – it would have been a tragic accident. But now, after all the effort they have gone to, if it comes out, everyone will realize that very big things are at stake – namely Pandora’s box that we opened with Corona.
That is the story of the kidnapping. I hope it has become clear in the overall context. This is the core of our approach.

I used to be a huge fan of Tucker Carlson. I considered him a MAGA hero, a supporter of President Trump and a bastion defender of Conservative Journalism. THEN … Something odd began to change with Tucker Carlson. Antisemitism seems to have engrafted so much into his thought process that he is not just critical of Israel premier Intel agency MOSSAD (well deserving of criticism [SEE HERE & HERE] as is the American CIA, NSA & other Intel Alphabets), but is critical of Israel as a whole. WORSE … Tucker seems to be embracing Muslim nations who are so dedicated to Islamic revered writings (Quran, Hadith, Sira, Sunnah, etc.) that a Christian can be killed for believing Jesus is the Risen Son of God and Jews can be killed because the Islamic revered writings endorse Jew-Hatred. Nearly three years ago, Fox News shocked nearly everyone by firing prime-time host Tucker Carlson. It was a stunning move given that Carlson was arguably the face of the most-watched cable news channel. His recent antics in Israel may give some indication of the reason.
Speculation about the firing swirled for months, with neither side offering much explanation for the parting. Despite the suddenness of Carlson’s exit, there was little acrimony expressed from either party.
Still, Carlson took full advantage of the opportunity, launching his own media brand and YouTube channel and quickly becoming one of the leading podcasters. While he claimed that no one at Fox News ever prevented him from reporting on topics that interested him, as evidenced by his repeated fascination with UFOs, his focus since leaving has many wondering if that claim is not entirely true.
One of the most popular speculations about Carlson’s exit was that Fox News was concerned that his reporting on the 2020 election, particularly his coverage of election fraud claims, had cost the company millions. The thought was that fear of future instances in which Carlson might entertain controversial claims could cost the company not just financially but also in terms of credibility.
The actual reason may never be known. That said, Carlson’s increasingly negative anti-Israel views, combined with increasingly positive claims regarding Islamic countries like Qatar, make Fox’s decision to dump him look wise.
Over the past two years, Carlson has lost credibility due to whom he has chosen to interview and the way he has conducted those interviews. He has platformed a number of individuals who have pushed factually false and historically dubious claims. Furthermore, instead of pressing them on their erroneous assertions, Carlson has at best failed to challenge them and at worst embraced them. Elevating the bigoted Nick Fuentes was a prime example.
Oddly, Carlson has become almost obsessively antagonistic toward Israel and seemingly anyone who would defend its right to exist. The reason for this animosity is not entirely clear. It would be tempting to pin it on antisemitism, and that may be the case. But it seems to be something else.
Of course, Carlson chalks it up to him being all about America First, as he finds it frustrating that Israel receives, in his view, outsized help from the U.S. Taking this view, he has not only criticized U.S. support for Israel, but he has also taken to claiming that Qatar is freer and safer for Christians than Israel. Qatar just happens to be substantially increasing its own influence operation in the States.
In an apparent effort to reinforce his negative framing of Israel, Carlson claimed that he took a brief trip to Israel last week in order to interview U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee. Apparently, Huckabee invited Carlson to come to Israel in an effort at détente, to set the record straight.
For unclear reasons, Carlson flew into Ben Gurion Airport near Tel Aviv, conducted the interview with Huckabee at the airport, and then flew out. Maybe he was too busy to spend any time in Israel.
However, following the interview, Carlson claimed that he was detained by Israeli authorities in the airport. As he put it, “Men who identified themselves as airport security took our passports, hauled our executive producer into a side room, and then demanded to know what we spoke to Ambassador Huckabee about. It was bizarre. We’re now out of the country.”
Indeed, given how negatively Carlson has portrayed Israel over the last couple of years, Israel had considered denying him entry but thought better of it after speaking to Huckabee.
Israeli authorities denied Carlson’s claims, stating, “Contrary to the reports, Tucker Carlson and his entourage were not detained, delayed, or interrogated. Mr. Carlson and his party were politely asked a few routine questions, in accordance with standard procedures applied to many travelers. The conversation took place in a separate room within the VIP lounge solely to protect their privacy and to avoid conducting such a discussion in public.”
Israel also released video footage of Carlson’s interactions with Israeli airport security, exposing his negative framing of the situation as anything but truthful or accurate.
Far from being “dragged” into some “interrogation” room, the video shows Carlson in a friendly situation, being brought into a VIP room, where he is seen talking and laughing with security, at one point even getting his picture taken with one of the security members.
Huckabee also denied Carlson’s negative framing, posting on X, “EVERYONE who comes in/out of Israel (every country for that matter) has passports checked & routinely asked security questions. Even ME going in/out with Diplomatic Passport & Diplomatic Visa.”
If Carlson’s not careful, he and his wild accusations may soon be giving Candace Owens a run for her money.

As an award winning filmmaker who has fought for children’s rights in the legal sphere for many years, I’m appalled by Tucker Carlson’s disgusting and disingenuous use of child soldiers to score political points. As if it wasn’t bad enough that he fabricated being “interrogated” by the Israeli airport, and publicly defamed Israeli president Herzog, falsely accusing him of having association with Epstein, but he also exploits the devastating trend of Hamas recruiting children — not to condemn Hamas, but to somehow smear Israel for not allowing teenage jihadis to murder and maim Israeli civilians.
The entire reason that this is even a discussion point is because jihadist terror groups like Hamas actively recruit children as young as five years old to join the jihad and sacrifice their lives for martyrdom. I have witnessed this firsthand when I filmed my award-winning film, The Making of a Martyr. Hamas, Al Aqsa, Islamic Jihad etc. all have recruitment sessions at schools, summer camps for small children, and they recruit them to the movement as early as five years old. The reason this is a tragedy and a crime against humanity is because it destroys the children and their future as well as the future of that society. Tragically, Gaza isn’t a civilized society.
When I sat down to film my movie, I remember I filmed two IDF soldiers, who were brothers. I asked them if a terrorist was running at you holding a child as a human shield and shooting at you, what would you do? One of the brothers said that he could not shoot and would rather die, the other brother said, of course he would shoot because the terrorist is responsible. This is the split-second decision making that you cannot afford on the battlefield. This is why they use children, to play in the most disgusting way on the humanity of soldiers of civilized nations.
The legal onus is not on Israel or the United States or any other group that is fighting against jihadist terror, the onus is on the jihadist organisations that put weapons in their hands, because the alternative means the deaths of more civilians, including by the way, other children as we saw on October 7th.
The person who puts a child in harms way knowingly, is 100% legally responsible for the foreseeable result. If you use children as human shields, as child soldiers, and as child suicide-homicide bombers, you are committing a crime against those children. The reason why terrorist organizations use children is so they can engage in a lawfare attack against the states that are combating them on an asymmetric battlefield. It is the sickest and most disgusting form of terrorism. Tucker and his narrative are fueling the use of children by justifying it and playing into the hands of the terrorist groups who want you to believe in their twisted legal arguments that they are able to recruit children and when they die, it’s somehow not their fault.
As an attorney I can assure you that an under-age member of a terrorist organisation who is actively engaged in combat is (tragically) a legal target when that child has been sent to kill others and is putting others in imminent danger. The party legally responsible for the child’s death is the terrorist group that recruited him/her. Tucker Carlson of course knows this, but he wants YOU to believe otherwise because that benefits his ulterior motives and his whitewashing of Islamist terror and supremacy.
I applaud Ambassador Huckabee for his steadfast composure in the face of such utterly clownish bigotry and dishonesty.

Tariffs are not going anywhere. If anything, the fight has only just begun, and the ruling has made President Trump more determined to do what he needs to do to continue to Make America Great Again
The Supreme Court’s recent decision striking down President Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose his Liberation Day tariffs has triggered a wave of confusion, celebration, and among Trump’s opponents premature victory laps. The ruling is far narrower than the headlines suggest. Tariffs are not going away. In fact, the Court may have unintentionally strengthened the legal foundation for Trump’s broader trade strategy.
Trump retains multiple statutory avenues for imposing tariffs
In a 6–3 decision led by Chief Justice John Roberts, the Court held that the Constitution assigns tariff authority to Congress, and that the IEEPA, which was designed for national emergencies, was never intended to give presidents unilateral power to levy taxes on imports. As the majority wrote, “Had Congress intended to convey the distinct and extraordinary power to impose tariffs, it would have done so expressly.”
But the Court’s decision applies only to the IEEPA. It does not invalidate Trump’s tariffs themselves, nor does it prevent him from imposing new ones under other laws Congress has already enacted. Roberts’ opinion rested partly on the idea that the IEEPA is a wartime statute, and “we are not at war with every nation in the world.”
The Trade Expansion Act of 1962 (Section 232), which allows tariffs on imports that threaten national security.
The Trade Act of 1974, which gives presidents broad authority to respond to unfair foreign trade practices.
The Tariff Act of 1930 (Smoot-Hawley), still on the books, allowing product‑specific tariffs when imports are subsidized.
The Fordney‑McCumber Act of 1922, largely superseded but historically relevant to presidential tariff authority.
In other words, the ruling changes the legal pathway, not the policy outcome
Justice Kavanaugh’s dissent underscored this point directly: “The decision might not substantially constrain a President’s ability to order tariffs going forward… numerous other federal statutes authorize the President to impose tariffs and might justify most (if not all) of the tariffs at issue.”
Justice Clarence Thomas went further, arguing that the IEEPA itself did authorize Trump’s actions and that the majority misapplied both statutory text and constitutional history. His dissent emphasized that Congress has long delegated tariff‑related powers to the executive, especially in foreign affairs.
One major question remains unresolved: the billions of dollars in tariff revenue collected under the IEEPA framework. The Court offered no guidance on refunds, leaving the issue to the U.S. Court of International Trade. Hundreds of refund lawsuits are already pending.

As I have written before, Trump’s tariffs have been remarkably effective and constitutional. The U.S. trade deficit has fallen to nearly half of what it was when the Liberation Day tariffs were announced in March. Manufacturing is returning to American soil as companies relocate production to avoid tariff penalties. That means more jobs, higher GDP, and lower long‑term costs of doing business.
With the midterms approaching, affordability is central to voters. People vote with their wallets. Democrats know this, and their opposition to Trump’s tariff strategy reflects a political calculation as much as an economic one.
The Supreme Court did not kill tariffs. It merely closed one door while leaving several others wide open. Trump has already walked through them.
The administration is moving “full‑steam ahead,” armed with statutes Congress itself enacted.
The only thing the Court’s ruling accomplished was accelerating the pace.
Tariffs are not going anywhere. If anything, the fight has only just begun, and the ruling has made President Trump more determined to do what he needs to do to continue to Make America Great Again.

On January 19 I ran into a post at Telegram PU Chat (which apparently is private because I can’t locate the channel link) about “Myths” associated with Greenland. It was forwarded from Telegram ICONS (apparently another private and hidden channel) by user Brendan Burke. The Telegram PU Chat link: https://t.me/c/1284454471/250967.
The post has zero sourcing info. Each “Myth” has a one sentence description. Some I’ve heard of and some not.
President Trump’s interest in Greenland is probably the purpose behind the post.
I embarked on writing this post on 1/21/26. As of today (1/23/26) I’ve Search Engined the Myths from the Telegram PU Chat post. I assumed initially the Myths all had some kind association with President Trump’s National Security desire to acquire Greenland for the USA. I discovered most of those Myths on the list had zero to do with Greenland – a few in a stretch did have a Greenland Association.
The Myths piqued my interest because of teenage and early 20’s fascination with all things science fiction and fantasy genre (today I’m 69). As I went through these Myths I began to recall the Darkness I escaped related to New Age Thought and Occultism when I became a Born Again Christian in 1978. As I go over those Myths, you’ll notice my disdain in my bracketed commentary. It is my opinion based on the Bible that New Age Thought and particularly Occultic belief systems are ungodly and antichrist-spirit practices Christians should shun.
6 And He [further] said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I [Myself] will give water without price from the fountain (springs) of the water of Life.

AND SO, I used to love this kind of stuff in my pre-Christian days. BUT let’s be clear about “Myth”. Dictionary.com has five definitions as follow:
1. a traditional or legendary story, usually concerning some being or hero or event, with or without a determinable basis of fact or a natural explanation, especially one that is concerned with deities or demigods and explains some practice, rite, or phenomenon of nature.
2. stories or matter of this kind.
realm of myth.
3. any invented story, idea, or concept.
His account of the event is pure myth.
4. an imaginary or fictitious thing or person.
5. an unproved or false collective belief that is used to justify a social institution.
I’ve heard people say myths are based on fact. But really with no substantiation of facts one has to conclude a myth is an imaginary tale.
The whole Greenland “Myth” thing is fascinating to me. Thus, I’m going beyond the one sentence description and after doing a Search Engine look, I’ll add a paragraph or two with a link or links plural for further reading if one so chooses.

2. Atlantean Refuge Under Greenland
After Atlantis fell, survivors allegedly fled to the Arctic and built subterranean crystal-powered cities beneath Greenland’s ice.
[I probably asked the wrong search question, but I could not find anything to do with Atlantean “survivors” building underground cities in Greenland. What I did run into in relation to Atlantis and Greenland:
Greenland is said to house one of the main entrances to the Inner Earth network, ruled by advanced beings who preserved ancient knowledge.
[I couldn’t find anything that connected Greenland to the Hollow Earth New Age-Hindu-Buddhist-Theosophy cults on Agartha/Shambhala. There is plenty of information but nothing connecting Greenland. The stuff is so anti-Christian that I’m not sharing it.]
4. Hollow Earth Gateways
Huge cavern openings beneath the ice supposedly lead to a sun-lit interior world with its own oceans, continents, and civilizations.
[Sigh! A lot of the same stuff as Agartha/Shambala. So, I’ll share a skeptics link and a somewhat neutral link, yet NONE connects Greenland:
A dark, pyramid-shaped structure allegedly detected by radar beneath the ice—claimed to be Atlantean, pre-human, or extraterrestrial.
[I searched “Black Pyramid of Greenland” with most citations going to the Black Pyramid of Alaska which of course has huge conspiracies of government coverups – SEE HERE, HERE & HERE (among many citations).
However I did find a citation for a “giant pyramid-like” structure in Greenland dated 9/12/25:

10. The World Tree (Axis Mundi)
The North Pole as the spiritual center of Earth, connecting physical and higher-dimensional realms.
[The World Tree – Axis Mundi, is examined by New Agers and Occultists who like to include the Biblical Tree of Life as one of many ancient myths that connect Heaven to earth. I’m a Christian so I’ll stick with the Tree of Life Biblical interpretation.

The Never-Trumpers, Dem-Marxists, RINOs and anti-Neocons in general; have been criticizing the Maduro-and-wife arrest-invasion of Venezuela as Trump imperialism for a regime change and an effort to steal Venezuela oil.
As to the oil accusation. I’ve come across some very valid opinions related to Venezuelan oil. President Trump’s interest in Managing Venezuelan oil is NOT to ship the oil to the USA!
RATHER the aim is keep the oil from America’s enemies. The big dog enemy is Chinese Communist Party (CCP) controlled China. The other Maduro allies interested in Venezuela oil are Russia and Iran. Not that Russia and Iran are in need of oil, but they are major partners with CCP China.
I am not a Russophile which is sure to tick off Americans who consider Putin the paradigm of Anti-Globalism. Which is interesting since Russia is tapped to a friendship with Globalist-hegemon wannabe CCP China. I am convinced Russia is more interested in maintaining regional power dominance than the old Soviet worldview of global domination. That does not excuse Russia’s geopolitical love affair with CCP China.
AND why in the world would Putin keep giving crazy-Islam Iran weapons and Nuke-Tech while trying to portray an image as the defender of Russian Eastern Orthodox Christianity? Iran’s goal of existence (so-far) is to spread Twelver-Shi’ite Islam and kill Jews and Americans. I placed “so-far” in parentheses because Iran is experiencing internal social strife under its Ayatollah led government. It is possible another Iranian Revolution is in the future. Islam’s revered writings condemn the centrality of Jesus as the Son of God. That would include Russia’s Eastern Orthodox Church. The ONLY reason Putin would have in investing in Iran would be to rub the USA the wrong way.
So where does Venezuela figure in this trio of evil toward American interests? OIL! CCP China receives its oil needs (and that is huge) from Iran and Russia. CCP China was in the process of making Venezuela another oil conduit perhaps to offset its huge dependence on Iran and Russia (So much for Climate Change hypocrisy).
Trump whisking away Maduro has placed a huge damper of oil trade between CCP China and Venezuela.

Glenn Beck argued that recent U.S. actions involving Venezuela are not about securing oil for Americans, but about strategically cutting off China’s access to energy and weakening adversarial powers across the globe.
In detailed remarks, Beck laid out what he described as an interconnected strategy involving Venezuela, China, Iran, and global energy dominance.
“Okay, so I want to go over. I put a chalkboard up. And if you’re watching us at Glenn, beck.com you’ll see Venezuela, China, Iran. They’re all connected. All of these things are connected,” Beck said.
He acknowledged that oil is central to the issue, but said the public debate often misses the real point.
“And if one, if somebody tells you this is all about the oil, listen to them, because it is. But I don’t know if they understand what they’re even saying about that.”
Beck explained that while oil, drugs, terrorism, and military concerns are all factors, they must be separated to understand the broader strategy.
“If they’re saying, well, it’s about drugs, okay? This about terror, this about the hemisphere, this about the US military in the war machine, yes to all of those things,” he said.
He emphasized Venezuela’s resource wealth, noting, “Right, now, Venezuela has the largest proven oil reserves on Earth, 303 billion barrels. That’s 17 plus trillion dollars at the current market value.” Beck also referenced gold reserves, saying Venezuela “claim about 8,000 to 10,000 tons of gold that is still in ground.”
However, Beck argued the United States does not need Venezuelan oil.
“Now here’s the part you’re not being told. With all of that oil, we don’t need the oil. Have you noticed the gas prices? They keep coming down. We don’t need the oil,” he said.
Beck stated that U.S. domestic production and refining have reduced reliance on foreign sources.
“We need to pull the oil out of the ground ourselves. Which we are. We need to refine it ourselves. Which we are.”
According to Beck, China is the true target of the strategy. “China needs the oil,” he said.
“China buys 60 to 90% of all of Venezuela’s crude exports.”
He added that China also purchases “85 to 90% of all of the oil from Iran” and “nearly half of all Russian oil.”
Beck said recent developments have disrupted those supply lines.
“What’s happening right now? Well, 60 to 90% of all of the exports from Venezuela now not going to China,” he said.
He questioned how China could sustain its energy needs without Venezuelan oil.
“How is China going to be able to power all of their electricity needs? How are they going to do that if they don’t get oil from Venezuela.”
He also pointed to instability involving Iran.
“Oh, and what else has been destabilized this weekend, Iran,” Beck said, reiterating China’s dependence on Iranian oil.
He framed the debate over oil as misunderstood.
“No, it’s not about oil. We don’t need it. No, it absolutely is about oil, but not for us,” he said.
Beck described the strategy as part of what he called a long-term approach by President Trump.
“This is about Donald Trump again, playing to win the long game,” he said.
Beck argued that denying adversaries access to Western Hemisphere energy would limit their military and technological ambitions.
“We need the energy. The West needs the energy, and you’re not pulling it out of our hemisphere.”
He warned of major consequences for China if Venezuela and Iran were both cut off. “Okay, if Iran and Venezuela fall at the same time, China loses 70% of its non US regulated oil supply, 70%,” Beck said.
He linked that loss to broader strategic outcomes.
“Well, you can’t go into Taiwan. You certainly can’t have a war with Taiwan. You can’t have AI dominance. There’s no BRICS reserve currency.”
Beck dismissed claims that the strategy is about corporate profit.
“No, because if you shut down the oil, know what? War in Taiwan, because they don’t have the energy to do it,” he said.
“No. AI dominance, because they won’t have the energy to do it. And no BRICS currency. Game over for now.”
Beck referenced comments from Senator Marco Rubio supporting the position.
“Here’s what Marco Rubio said over the weekend, we don’t need Venezuelans oil,” Beck said, adding that Rubio emphasized preventing adversaries from controlling energy in the hemisphere.
He acknowledged debate over the legality of President Trump’s actions.
“We can argue about the constitutionality of what Donald Trump did. Does he have the right to do it? Well, I don’t know,” Beck said.
While noting disagreements among constitutional scholars, Beck concluded the policy aligns with an America-first approach.
“What you cannot argue about is if you say you’re America first. This isn’t America first. This is absolutely America first.”
Beck closed by arguing that the strategy extends beyond confrontation.
“Notice another thing, Trump is not just confronting our enemies. He’s stealing alliances,” he said, pointing to diplomatic outreach in the Middle East.
“Because power flows through relationships, not just weapons. This is all about blocking Iran, China and Russia.”

Unfortunately the list of Senators being circulated on various Social Media appears fraudulent. The actual letter from Hugo Carvajal has no Senator List. Rather the Carvajal letter to President Trump according to The Dallas Express bullet points exported the Marxist corruption abroad:

Dear Mr. President Trump and The People of the United States,
My name is Hugo Carvajal Barrios. For many years, I was a high-ranking member of the Venezuelan regime. I was a three-star general trusted by both Hugo Chávez and Nicolás Maduro and served as Director of Military Intelligence and a Deputy in the National Assembly. Today, I sit in an American prison because I voluntarily plead guilty to the crimes charged against me: a narco-terrorism conspiracy. I write to atone by telling the full truth so that the United States can protect itself from the dangers I witnessed for so many years.
I publicly broke with the Maduro regime in 2017 and fled my country, knowing that I face criminal charges in the United States. In doing so, I became their enemy. 1. Narco-Terrorism
I personally witnessed how Hugo Chavez’s government became a criminal organization that is now run by Nicolás Maduro, Diosdado Cabello, and other senior regime officials.
The purpose of this organization, now known as the Cartel of the Suns is to weaponize drugs against the United States. The drugs that reached your cities through new routes were not accidents of corruption nor just the work of independent traffickers; they were deliberate policies coordinated by the Venezuelan regime against the United States.
This plan was suggested by the Cuban regime to Chávez in the mid-2000s and has been successfully executed with help from FARC, ELN, Cuban operatives, and Hezbollah. The regime has provided weapons, passports, and impunity for these terrorist organizations to operate freely from Venezuela against the United States.
2. Tren de Aragua
I was present when decisions were made to organize and weaponize criminal gangs across Venezuela to protect the regime—among them the group known as Tren de Aragua. Chávez ordered the recruitment of criminal leaders inside and outside prisons to defend “the revolution” in exchange for impunity. After Chávez died, Maduro expanded this strategy by exporting criminality and chaos abroad to target Venezuelan political exiles and artificially reduce crime statistics within Venezuela. Gang leaders were instructed to send thousands of members out of the country. This was coordinated through the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Prisons, the National Guard, and national police forces. Tren de Aragua became the most effective and fastest growing.
When the Biden–Harris open-border policy became widely known, they seized the opportunity to send these operatives into the United States. They now have obedient, armed personnel on American soil. To finance their operations, they were explicitly instructed to continue kidnapping, extorting, and killing. Every crime they commit on your soil is an act ordered by the regime.
3. Counterintelligence and Espionage Against the United States
I was present when Russian intelligence came to Caracas to propose to Hugo Chávez the tapping of submarine internet cables that connect most of South America and the Caribbean islands with the United States for the purpose of penetrating United States Government communications.
In 2015, I warned Maduro that allowing Russian intelligence to build and run a secret listening post on La Orchila Island would one day invite American bombs. He ignored me.
For twenty years, the Venezuelan regime sent spies into your country—many are still there, some disguised as members of the Venezuelan opposition. Cuban intelligence showed me their networks inside your naval bases on the East Coast. They bragged about having sent thousands of spies over decades, some now career politicians. U.S. diplomats and CIA officers were paid to assist Chávez and Maduro in remaining in power. These Americans acted as spies for Cuba and Venezuela, and some remain active to this day.
4. Smartmatic and Your Elections
Smartmatic was born as an electoral tool of the Venezuelan regime but soon derived into a tool to help keep the regime stay in power forever. I know this because I placed the head of IT of the National Electoral Council (CNE) in his position, and he reported directly to me. The Smartmatic system can be altered—this is a fact.This technology was later exported abroad, including to the United States. Regime operatives maintain relationships with election officials and voting-machine companies inside your country. I do not claim that every election is stolen, but I state with certainty that elections can be rigged with the software – and has been used to do so.
People of the United States, make no mistake about the threat posed by allowing a narco-terrorist organization to roam freely in the Caribbean and throughout Latin America, doing everything possible to harm the American people—to finance anti-Americanism across the continent, and to facilitate the operations of other terrorist organizations and enemies of the United States within Venezuela and now within your borders.
The regime I served is not merely hostile—it is at war with you, using drugs, gangs, espionage, and even your own democratic processes as weapons. President Trump’s policies against the Maduro criminal regime are not just justified, but necessary and proportionate to the threat. He may even be underestimating what the regime is prepared to do to hold onto power. They have contingency plans for every extreme scenario to ensure they never relinquish control.
