I grew up in Eastern Washington State (to distinguish from the uber-Left West of the Cascades side). I graduated from High School in 1975. Sowed a bit of wild oats. Became a Christian. Graduated from my hometown College (CWU) in 1981 (BA-History). I became motivated to go to Bible School. Packed the family (at time – wife & two small kids) and moved to Oklahoma to attend Bible School between 1982-84. The school was called RHEMA Bible Training Center in those day and was a one year program with an optional second year. Now days the institution is an accredited college called RHEMA Bible Training College (ABOUT).
Between 1982 and 1997 I moved back and between Oklahoma and Washington State. It was actually a rough period of time because I experienced divorce. The GOOD NEWS is I found the love of my life in 1990 and remarried my Oklahoma Cherokee princess (well…princess to me). In 1997 we moved back to Oklahoma for my honey to attend RHEMA. We have lived continuously in Oklahoma since 1997.
So, why the background?
I’ve lived so long in Oklahoma that my oldest Washington-born daughter told me once I have an Okie accent. Frankly, I’ve resisted becoming an Okie transplant for a long time.
You may not believe this now, but most of my growing up years, Washington State a Republican Governor who after several terms on Office became a Republican Senator (Dan Evans). I mention this because Washington has not always been a Left-Wing Nut State.
Since living in Oklahoma and listening to updates from daughter who remains in Washington, my home State seems committed to compete with Commufornia as the most Leftist State on the West Coast.
And so for my now fellow Okies, you are probably aware that Markwayne Mullin is now the former Senator of Oklahoma and now is Secretary of the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS).
Now that I live in a dedicated Conservative State, and realizing the GOP majority is slim, I became concerned about the process to replace Mullin as Senator in Oklahoma.
On March 24 I ran into a news article from One America News that explains that Office replacement process in the State of Oklahoma. Okies in particular should be interested. AND Conservatives in general concerned about Dem-Marxists regaing political power should be interested. It turns out OK Governor Stitt has appointed Alan Armstrong to temporarily hold the Office of Senator pending the November 2026 Election. As you will read in the OAN article, appointed Office replacements are temporary in Oklahoma and prohibited from running in the next general election by Oklahoma law.

Tulsa energy exec Alan Armstrong sworn in to replace Sen. Mullin

Oklahoma GOP Governor Kevin Stitt announced that he has appointed energy executive Alan Armstrong to the United States Senate, filling the vacancy created by Markwayne Mullin’s recent confirmation as the new secretary of Homeland Security.
The appointment, announced during a morning press conference at the State Capitol, places the former CEO of Williams Companies in the upper chamber at a pivotal moment for federal energy policy.
Armstrong was sworn in Tuesday afternoon by Senate President Pro Tempore Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), ensuring Oklahoma maintains its full representation as the Senate moves forward with a packed spring legislative calendar.
He will serve alongside Oklahoma Senator James Lankford as an interim appointee. Under Oklahoma law, he will serve until the results of the November 3, 2026, general election are certified, which is expected to happen by late November or early December.
Armstrong is also legally barred from running for the seat himself in that election.
Governor Stitt emphasized that Armstrong’s selection was driven by a need for a conservative business leader who could hit the ground running on infrastructure and regulatory reform.
“Alan’s story, as you guys get to know him, reflects the very best of Oklahoma,” he said. “Our values, our work ethic, and our pursuit of the American dream that is alive and well in the state of Oklahoma.”
Armstrong, 63, spent nearly four decades at Williams Companies, a Fortune 500 natural gas giant headquartered in Tulsa. He served as the company’s president and CEO for 14 years before transitioning to executive chairman in 2025.
According to surfacing reports, Armstrong’s primary focus during his tenure will be permitting reform. Both Stitt and Armstrong noted that they had consulted with President Donald Trump and Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) regarding the appointment.
All parties purportedly agreed that the Senate needs a technical expert to help break the long-standing deadlock over streamlining federal approvals for large-scale energy projects.
“The truth is, it’s gotten very, very hard to build large-scale infrastructure, and it is so critical to our country’s competitiveness in the long term,” Armstrong told reporters. He also noted that his background in the energy industry provides a unique perspective on the regulatory hurdles facing the U.S., adding that his primary focus in the Senate will be securing permitting reform to bolster national interests.
“This was definitely a tough decision on one hand,” Armstrong continued at the Tuesday press conference. “But on the other hand, it was kind of a no-brainer, because I really wouldn’t want to be sitting around in my retirement thinking, ‘gosh, I could’ve contributed and done something.’”
Duration
Armstrong will serve as an interim senator until the results of the November 3, 2026, general election are officially certified. Under Oklahoma’s 2021 vacancy law, the interim term concludes once a permanent successor is elected and sworn in, which is expected to occur in January 2027.
Party Alignment
Per Senate Bill 959, any interim appointee must have been a member of the same political party as the departing senator — in this case, the Republican Party — for at least five years immediately preceding the appointment.
Additionally, the appointee must sign a legally binding public oath or affidavit with the Secretary of State affirming they will not seek the office in the upcoming election, a measure designed to prevent them from having an “incumbency advantage.”
Succession
Republican Representative Kevin Hern of Oklahoma’s 1st District [Blog Editor: This is this Editor’s Voting District] has solidified his position as the leading candidate for the permanent seat. Recently, his campaign gained significant momentum after receiving an early endorsement from President Donald Trump, who praised Hern as a “warrior” for the America First agenda.
With fellow Representative Stephanie Bice opting to run for re-election to the House instead of challenging him, Hern enters the June primary as the clear favorite.
The seat became vacant after Mullin was confirmed by the Senate in a 54-45 vote on Monday night to lead the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Mullin succeeds Kristi Noem, who was recently removed from the post by the Trump administration. Mullin, a member of the Cherokee Nation and a former MMA fighter, had served in the Senate since 2023.
Meanwhile, Armstrong’s arrival in Washington does not change the balance of power in the Senate, where Republicans currently hold a 53-47 majority. Once the public see the Dems are cheating in elections, accountability will be substantially easier for the public to swallow.
Once we prove to the public that the Dems are using illegals to cheat in elections, then all the sudden, the rest of their crimes seem much more believable. The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility(SAVE) Act stands as a beacon of common-sense election integrity, mandating proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration and requiring a photo ID to cast a ballot. This straightforward legislation aims to close loopholes that allow non-citizens to dilute the sacred votes of American citizens. Yet, Democrats in Congress are mounting a fierce, disingenuous resistance, peddling baseless fears and distortions to protect a system ripe for exploitation. Their arguments crumble under scrutiny, revealing not just flawed logic but a deliberate effort to undermine trust in our democracy.
Consider the Democrats’ shrill demand to prohibit Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents from polling places on Election Day.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has railed against the mere presence of ICE agents, labeling them “thugs” and insisting there’s “no evidence of voter fraud.” He and his party are pushing for reforms that explicitly bar ICE from areas like schools, churches, and—crucially—polling sites. This isn’t about protecting voters; it’s a tacit admission of guilt.
If illegal immigrants aren’t voting in federal elections, why the panic over enforcement officials nearby? Their insistence on shielding polling places from ICE screams that they know non-citizens are participating—and they want to keep it that way. It’s a self-declaration that their electoral strategy relies on votes from those who have no legal right to cast them, all while they claim to champion “democracy.” This hypocrisy exposes a party more interested in power than principle.
The disconnect between Democrats in Washington and the American people couldn’t be starker.
Polling reveals overwhelming support for voter ID requirements, soaring into the 80th percentile across the board. A Pew Research Center survey shows 83% of Americans favor requiring government-issued photo ID to vote, including 95% of Republicans and 71% of Democrats. Gallup echoes this, with 84% overall support, breaking down to 98% among Republicans, 84% among independents, and 67% among Democrats.
Even more telling, supermajorities in minority communities back it: 85% of white Americans, 82% of Latinos, and 76% of Black Americans endorse voter ID. These numbers aren’t anomalies; they’ve held steady for decades, with support never dipping below 77% in recent years. Yet, elected Democrats ignore this consensus, opposing measures like the SAVE Act that align perfectly with the public will.
This illustrates a profound betrayal: the Democrat elite represents their own radical agenda, not their constituents. While everyday Democrats, Blacks, and Latinos demand secure elections, party leaders prioritize open borders and lax rules, proving they’re out of touch and self-serving.
Democrats’ fearmongering about the SAVE Act’s impact on women is particularly egregious, a cynical ploy to exploit gender for political gain.
Rep. Jamie Raskin has absurdly claimed the bill could violate the 19th Amendment, arguing it creates a “bureaucratic nightmare” for married women whose names have changed, as their IDs might not match birth certificates. Hillary Clinton amplified this nonsense, warning that nearly 70 million women could be affected. This is opportunistic gaslighting at its worst.
The SAVE Act offers flexible alternatives: a valid driver’s license indicating citizenship, a U.S. passport, military ID, or any government-issued photo ID showing U.S. birthplace suffices. A birth certificate is needed only as a last resort, paired with a photo ID. For name discrepancies from marriage, divorce, or adoption, states must provide a simple fallback—an affidavit attesting to citizenship, plus “other evidence” like records explaining the change.
A University of Maryland study confirms that only 2% of eligible voters lack proof of citizenship entirely, and 7% have it but do not have immediate access—hardly the mass disenfranchisement Raskin peddles. Raskin and his allies know this; they’re manufacturing outrage to scare women voters, betting on emotion over facts. It’s a shameful tactic that insults women’s intelligence and erodes faith in elections.
Equally offensive is Democrats’ baseless charge that the SAVE Act discriminates against minorities, dubbing it “Jim Crow 2.0.” Schumer has warned it would disenfranchise “millions of Black voters,” invoking the specter of historical racism to smear a bill that does no such thing. This is the epitome of racism itself—exploiting the painful legacy of Jim Crow to shield their own failures.
Evidence demolishes their narrative: Georgia’s 2021 Election Integrity Act, with similar ID rules, spurred record turnout in 2022, including a 212% surge in early primary voting and Black voters making up 35% of early turnout on day one. No suppression occurred; participation soared across demographics.
Even in African nations like Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa, strict ID mandates ensure fair elections without claims of racism. Democrats’ hysteria ignores these realities, using race-baiting to divide Americans and distract from the real threat: non-citizen voting. It’s not just hypocritical; it’s a racist ploy that assumes minorities can’t obtain ID, perpetuating harmful stereotypes for political points.
The SAVE Act isn’t radical—it’s essential to restoring confidence in our elections. Democrats’ debunked arguments reveal a party desperate to maintain vulnerabilities that serve their interests: the acquisition of power. Americans deserve better: secure borders, honest votes, and representatives who heed the people’s voice.
It’s time to be relentless. Flood Senate offices with calls demanding they pass the SAVE Act and honor the overwhelming will of the American people.

1. Only 16 tabulators out of an expected much larger number were used to generate closing data for about 315,000 ballots across 138 provided poll tapes. This extreme concentration improperly funneled through a small set of machines, breaking chain-of-custody rules and making it easier to alter election results
2. Review of machine logs indicated that memory cards were likely removed from their original tabulators and inserted into different ones to produce or recreate closing poll tapes. This indicated tampering or fabrication of records to cover up discrepancies, as it allows data to be manipulated OUTSIDE the standard process.
3. Many closing poll tapes—essential documents that verify end-of-day vote totals from each polling site—were entirely MISSING from the records provided. Without these, there’s no way to confirm that votes weren’t added, removed, or changed post-election. FRAUD.
4. It was discovered that the Tabulator’s data appeared to cover ballots from several different polling sites, which shouldn’t happen under normal procedures. This suggests intentional mixing of data streams, which leads to DUPLICATE votes, misplaced ballots, or hidden errors across precincts.
5. Tabulators showed mismatched or anomalous timestamps in their logs, such as dates and times that didn’t align with actual election events. This could indicate backdating, editing, or unauthorized access AFTER polls closed, further hinting at possible manipulation to make records appear consistent.
6. Auditors assisting in the Risk Limiting Audit reported counting purported absentee ballots that had never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope requiring the voter’s signature for authentication.
The FBI has “substantiated” some major irregularities in how votes were counted in Georgia’s largest urban area in the aftermath of the 2020 election and is probing whether those failures were intentional efforts to violate federal election law, according to a bombshell affidavit unsealed by a federal court on Tuesday.
FBI Special Agent Hugh Raymond Evans first filed the affidavit last month to establish probable cause for a raid that seized about 700 boxes of Georgia 2020 elections ballots from a storage warehouse in the Atlanta area, after getting a referral from Trump White House election integrity czar Kurt Olsen.
The affidavit included information gleaned from FBI interviews with about a dozen unnamed witnesses recounting various allegations that dated back to the disputed 2020 election in Georgia in which Joe Biden was narrowly declared the winner over Donald Trump.
“Some of those allegations have been disproven while some of those allegations have been substantiated, including through admissions by Fulton County,” Evans wrote. “This warrant application is part of an FBI criminal investigation into whether any of the improprieties were intentional acts that violated federal criminal laws.”
Many of the substantiated allegations were previously reported by Just the News over the last five years based on its review of ballot records.
Evans’ affidavit, dated Jan. 28, cited five major areas of irregularities under investigation, including that:
Fulton County has admitted that it does not have scanned images of all the 528,777 ballots counted during the Original Count or the 527,925 ballots counted during the state’s first recount, a major loss of evidence.
Fulton County has confirmed that during the Recount of votes, some ballots were scanned multiple times. “Ballot images made available in response to public record requests show ballots with unique markings duplicated within the ballot images,” the affidavit said.
During the Risk Limiting Audit, auditors counting the votes by hand reported vote tallies for batches inconsistent with the actual votes within the batch. “The State’s Performance Review Board reported that Secretary of State investigators confirmed inaccurate batch tallies from the Risk Limiting Audit,” the affidavit said.
Auditors assisting in the Risk Limiting Audit reported counting purported absentee ballots that had “never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope requiring the voter’s signature for authentication.”
On the day of the deadline to report the Recount results, Fulton County reported a recount totaling 511,343 ballots, 17,434 ballots fewer than the original count. “The following day, Fulton County then reported a total of 527,925 ballots counted,” the affidavit noted.
Just the News reported in 2021 that a contractor sent to Fulton County to observe voting on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had chronicled widespread confusion, mistakes and irregularities in the vote count, a fact the affidavit cited. Gov. Brian Kemp also referred Fulton County for investigation for miscounting ballots based on information from Just the News.
Despite the concerns, Raffensperger insisted none of the problems affected the outcome of Biden defeating Trump in the state.
But one of the witnesses in the FBI affidavit, identified as Witness 4, was a top lieutenant to Raffensperger and acknowledged to the FBI he was unaware of some [of] the corroborated irregularities and admitted they were possibly problematic.
“The Director of Elections for the Georgia Secretary of State in 2020, was not aware of physical ballots not matching the number of ballot images. Wit. 4 said a discrepancy like that would be problematic but did not know if anyone went back and checked that,” the affidavit said.
“Wit. 4 said during the hand count, they did not audit for issues like image discrepancies. He said the images are just duplicates. It would be more concerning if there was discrepancies between physical ballots and voter count. The concern is less about the images and more about the ballots and voter count,” it added.

A firm believer in individual rights and free choice, I’ve got no problem with young people who think they might like to become card-carrying Democrats.
As a public service, then, let me educate potential Democrats on what will be necessary for them to fit in with their fellow donkeys. The following are things you must believe in and loudly advocate for, lest your fellow Dems suddenly turn on you and visit, bearing torches and pitchforks:
Killing People
Dems just love to kill people, especially unborn babies. Doesn’t matter how far along in gestation an unborn human is; Democrats are always ready to off him or her. Or zem. Whatever…
Dems are also fond of killing the elderly, as long as there’s some sort of half-assed justification: terminal disease, oppressive mental illness, or merely attending a rowdy rally on January 6.
If Democrats somehow regain power in my lifetime, I fully expect them to institute government health care and the same kind of active “assistance in dying” so popular in Canada.
Hating Whitey
These days, Democrats reduce everyone to white and non-white, a characteristic that, except for Michael Jackson, is unalterable. And they’ve decided that in every sordid tale, the “person of color” is the victim, and whitey’s the perp.
George Floyd was a vicious career criminal, chock-full of fentanyl and violently resisting arrest, when he died while being restrained by a Caucasian cop in a Democrat-run city.
Who went to jail? The cop doing his duty.
Who was ordained an American hero? The black felon.
Hating Masculinity
These days, Democrats are the party that openly discriminates against men, putting absolute dumbbells like Kamala Harris, Ketanji Brown Jackson, and Karen Bass in positions of power regardless of their inability to speak or write coherently, much less do their jobs. They have ovaries and XX chromosomes, and to Dems, that’s all that matters — although it helps if they possess a certain level of skin pigmentation (see Whitey, Hating).
Allowing Men to Play Women’s Sports
If a man truly wants to appeal to Democrats, it greatly helps if he slips on a dress, shaves his chest hair, and applies makeup and mascara. Then it’s quite acceptable for him to set NCAA women’s swimming records, stand on the podium as a ladies’ cycling champion, or beat the snot out of a female boxer in the Olympics. Although donkeys find big, masculine men toxic, paradoxically, when it comes to athletic competition, they clearly believe that folks born with penises and testicles make better women.
Loving Criminals
I’ve circled the sun almost seventy-three times, and all while living and working in the belly of the Democrat beast: New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
And during that time, I’ve read — and become enraged by — countless stories of innocents murdered by criminals with rap sheets almost as long as the alphabet. Who hates America more than Democrats? Nobody. China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea can’t hold a candle to what Dems are doing to destroy our historically great country. During the recent reign of pudding-brained puppet president Joe Biden, Dems purposely opened the floodgates for millions of unvetted criminals, drug-dealers, child-traffickers, mental patients, and welfare queens from all over the world. If you were trying to rapidly take down our country, what would you do differently?
Electoral Cheating
Let’s face it: If Democrats don’t lie about what they truly believe and plan to do, why, they’d never win another election. So, while pretending to care about the citizenry, they come up with every cockamamie scheme in the world to cheat during elections: early voting, late voting, absentee voting, cured voting, harvested voting, and my personal favorite: no-ID-required voting.
If the spineless GOP-majority Congress that President Trump is desperately trying to herd like a bunch of truculent cats in suits ever passed a law requiring photo ID to vote, the Democrat party would implode in a cloud of smoke.
When it comes to elections, donkeys just gotta cheat.
Lie, Lie, Lie
If a Democrat thought leader’s lips are moving, he’s lying. Run for office on affordability, get elected, and immediately raise taxes. Tell the public the vegetable Biden’s sharp as a tack, watch him totally phase out during the presidential debate, and then claim you somehow didn’t notice his abject senility. Tell the world Trump’s a Russian stooge, accept Pulitzer Prizes for your blatant falsehoods, and cry crocodile tears when you most deservedly get laid off.
How ’bout Tampon Tim (D-Mini-Somalia)? Telling us he’s a gun-toting soldier, an avid hunter, an accomplished football coach, and simply a man’s man, who had no idea that all the illegal aliens he warmly welcomed here were ripping off America to the tune of billions of dollars?
In order of appearance, no, nope, nein, not even close, and r-i-g-h-t!
In conclusion, if you’re young and anxious to join the political fray as a Democrat, you must be ready to
kill people, especially unborn babies and the elderly;
hate all white people;
hate men, especially masculine men;
let males dominate women in sports;
love criminals, perverts, and evildoers generally;
despise your country and its founding;
cheat like hell electorally; and above all,
lie, lie, lie!

In Somali fraud scandal, Republicans probe evidence of a blue state election scheme
Republicans are now on the investigative prowl and sounding increasingly confident they can find and prove there was an intentional strategy by Democrats to hijack elections and manipulate apportionment in deep blue states like Minnesota.
As the magnitude and complexity of Minnesota’s Somali immigrant welfare fraud scandal come into clearer focus, Republicans in Congress are more boldly talking about it being part of a larger scheme by Democrats to use illegal immigrants and purported refugees to hijack federal elections and manipulate apportionment that determines Americans’ congressional representation and federal funding.
The Republicans’ argument goes like this: Democrats reversed Donald Trump’s related first-term executive orders and ensured that noncitizens, including illegal immigrants, were counted into 2020 U.S. Census. Then-President Biden opened the southern border so that millions of illegals could flood the country in just a few years.
Next, liberal nonprofits helped move those migrants from the southern border red states, where they were not particularly welcome, to “sanctuary cities” in Democratic-run cities in the election battleground states and helped them enroll in welfare at the taxpayers’ expense.
And finally, Democratic leaders, like failed vice-presidential candidate Minnesota Gov. Tom Walz, they say, failed to act — or even worse, looked the other way — when evidence emerged that non-citizens were defrauding those safety net programs by the tune of billions of dollars. And liberal judges blocked efforts to stop or punish the fraud.
Comer: “A coordinated effort”
But Republicans are now on the investigative prowl and sounding increasingly confident they can find and prove it was an intentional strategy.
“No question. One hundred percent, this was a coordinated effort to get more Democrat voters into these states,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., who is taking the lead in his panel investigating the fraud scheme, told the Just the News, No Noise television show this month.
Comer rattled off statistics his committee has already dug up to make the case in Minnesota, where Democrats have now won most of the statewide offices for more than a continuous decade. Prosecutors now estimate half of the $18 billion in federally funded welfare in that state was lost to fraud over the last few years.
86% of Somali immigrants on Medicaid, food stamps and other entitlements, Comer says
“In Minnesota, 86% of the Somalis are on Medicaid,” he said. “That is free healthcare. You don’t pay one penny into it like we pay into Medicare. All that Medicaid is free healthcare. So 86% of the Somali population of Minnesota gets full free healthcare, in addition to food stamps, housing and transportation and obviously daycare and things like that. So this is completely an effort to create a huge voting bloc.
Democrats’ success in the state is “because of this Somali population,” Comer added. “Not only do they vote, they now contribute a lot of money to Democratic candidates. And I think a source of this money is probably a lot of these fraudulent schemes taking place.”
Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., the Senate Homeland Security Committee chairman, is taking the lead in the senior legislative chamber, investigating blue state fraud and its ties to Democratic political strategy. He too, sees strong early evidence of a concerted effort to use illegal immigrants and refugees to hijack elections and federal funding, and has just introduced legislation to outlaw welfare to refugees.
“It’s not just welfare dependency. It’s actually a scam, and they’re stealing the money,” Paul told Just the News.
Public charities shirking responsibility part of the problem, Paul says
Paul is focused on the role that liberal-leaning nonprofits played in securing billions in taxpayer money from the Biden administration to help move illegals from the southern border to blue sanctuary cities in the battleground. Paul hopes his legislation will shift the burden of supporting those non-citizens back to the charities who helped create the crisis.
The Center for Renewing America, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on “America First” research and policy development, reports that some of those non-profits include the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Catholic Relief Services, the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, the Central American Resource Center and the International Organization for Migration, a UN-backed NGO with the stated goal of “facilitating pathways for regular migration,” among others.
“People say, ‘Well, gosh, these poor people come from war-torn areas. How will they survive?’ Well, they will survive the way we traditionally did when we admitted people. If you sponsor them, they’re your responsibility,” Paul said. “So you have many of these church charities involved with bringing people here, and then the church charity thinks that charity involves signing them up for welfare. If your charity brings them here, and they can’t, they aren’t working enough to have food you feed them. It’s charitable to give your own money. It’s not charitable to take someone else’s money.”
“If you look at the overall scheme of things, we’re $2 trillion in the hole. We can’t take care of our own, much less admitting hundreds of thousands of new people,” he added.
A plan, not an accident, and casting critics as bigots
Conservatives are also taking the lead in narrative building, more aggressively educating voters that the open border policies and fraud schemes were not an accident but rather Democrat intentions that stretch far beyond Minnesota.
The widely-read conservative publication The Federalistrecently ran a headline saying “It’s Not A Minnesota Problem, It’s A Blue State Problem” that laid out some of the arguments and declared there was a “deeper, darker truth lurking beneath” the scandal that has dogged Walz’s state and abruptly ended his ambitions to run for re-election in 2026.
“Democrats and regime media have been gaslighting the country, casting critics as bigots, and shooting the messengers who sent the long-neglected story viral — and why, now, state and local leaders are trying to turn Minneapolis into a powder keg,” the publication wrote.
“These dodges and diversions distract from the fact that the fraud is a feature of what we might call The Blue Model of government. Fueled by the welfare state and increasingly open borders, it is at core about political patronage, profiteering, and plunder,” it added.
House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, R-Minn., agrees with that assessment,
“You know, Minnesota is an interesting place. It’s a microcosm of the Biden administration that turned itself into a weapon against Donald J. Trump, that Minnesota thuggery from Tim Walz and (Minnesota Attorney General) Keith Ellison. These guys are crooks,” he told the John Solomon Reports podcast.
State workers prepared to testify that Walz and Ellison ignored warnings
Emmer dropped a bombshell last week that is poised to advance the GOP investigations in Congress. He confirmed to Just the News that investigators have secured affidavits from Minnesota state workers alleging they told Walz and Ellison about the fraud and nothing happened.
“The whole thing is a powder keg that has been allowed to exist for years by Democrats, who benefit off of corruption,” Emmer said.
Walz and Ellison deny wrongdoing and insist they did not turn a blind eye to the fraud. Hundreds of FBI and Homeland Security Investigation agents are scouring Minnesota for evidence right now to see whether the whistleblowers or Walz’s defenses turn out to be more accurate.
Probes into “high risk” for fraud expanding beyond Minnesota
Meanwhile, the investigations in Congress and the FBI are poised to expand to bigger states. President Trump just ordered his agencies to open a probe in California and congressional committees are also eyeing New York and Illinois, all states with much larger taxpayer subsidies, illegal immigrant populations and often, red flags of fraud.
“California, under Governor Gavin Newscum, is more corrupt than Minnesota, if that’s possible??? The Fraud Investigation of California has begun,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social account earlier this month,
The California state auditor last month issued a report that lends credence to Trump’s concerns, flagging eight major agencies as “high risk” for fraud and risk. The report specifically flagged a food welfare program called CalFresh that may soon need $2.5 billion a year in state funds to replace federal funds because it has such a high fraud errant payment rate.
“We conclude that the California Department of Social Services met our criteria to be designated as a high-risk agency, and we are adding it to the high-risk list,” the report warned in December. “Because of recent changes to federal law, the State will soon be required to pay a portion of its CalFresh benefits. This cost, which could be as much as $2.5 billion in federal fiscal year 2028, is based on California’s payment error rate, which measures the accuracy of the State’s eligibility and benefit determinations.”
As Congress and the FBI probe, some blue states are about to see a major reduction in federal welfare funds.
Trump’s Department of Health and Human Services, for instance, is freezing $10 billion in federal funds over concerns about child care programming. The U.S. Department of Agriculture is considering a similar cutoff over food stamp fraud, though a Democrat-appointed lower court judge blocked an effort to cut off funding to Minnesota’s food stamp program, eliciting an angry response from Secretary Brooke Rollins.
“This isn’t about helping those in need. It’s about liberal judges protecting fraud and refusing transparency,” she wrote on Thursday.

“The same SMARTMATIC executive who fled the Philippines as a fugitive for bribery and election fraud, came to the U.S. in Tarrant County, Texas, convinced the county to use the same corrupted, internet ready, foreign server tied, voting machines, and flipped the county blue.
In 2016 Philippine elections, Smartmatic won $199M contract through bribery, overcharging machines to fund kickbacks to COMELEC chairman Juan Andres Bautista.
Indictments were ordered on Smartmatic executives, like Roger Piñate, for a $1M slush fund via inflated costs on over 90,000 voting machines. Bribes laundered via fake contracts, offshore accounts, and cash, violating FCPA. Exit poll discrepancies show election manipulation, similar to Venezuelan software issues enabling alterations.
Bautista resigned in 2017 amid unexplained $20M wealth, fleeing to U.S. as a fugitive. Smartmatic owners evaded Philippine justice from Florida. Fraud extended to the U.S., with 2020 vote-switching and other massive allegations and other proven methods in Georgia, Michigan, etc., tied to Dominion.
In Texas, the same Smartmatic exec that fled from the Philippines, flipped Tarrant County blue using fraud-prone “new” machines in 2020/2024, citing glitches, weak audits, foreign servers, and adjudication flaws. Ongoing lawsuits demand paper ballots to combat interference, or we will lose this country, and once the U.S. falls, the rest of the world will follow.”

The regime-controlled National Electoral Council (CNE) announced Maduro’s electoral victory on the evening of July 28 after hours of uncertainty and an interruption in data processing. Two days later, the regime has not yet provided evidence to support their electoral claims.
Meanwhile, the opposition campaign led by presidential candidate Edmundo González Urrutia and María Corina Machado organized a well-coordinated effort to collect all voting backup information to sustain the official result of the presidential election. With 81.21% of the official ballot tally sheets collected and made public on two websites — one where the world can see the latest numbers and another where Venezuelans can verify their actual votes — the opposition has credibly shown its wide-margin victory with 67% of the national vote versus Maduro’s 30%.

Since the fraud was obvious, how were the votes tallied? Venezuela had been using voting machines since 2004. Smartmatic claims to have pulled out do to voting manipulation, but SURPRISE – Smartmatic software was still used:

Unfortunately the list of Senators being circulated on various Social Media appears fraudulent. The actual letter from Hugo Carvajal has no Senator List. Rather the Carvajal letter to President Trump according to The Dallas Express bullet points exported the Marxist corruption abroad:

I personally witnessed how Hugo Chavez’s government became a criminal organization that is now run by Nicolás Maduro, Diosdado Cabello, and other senior regime officials.
The purpose of this organization, now known as the Cartel of the Suns is to weaponize drugs against the United States. The drugs that reached your cities through new routes were not accidents of corruption nor just the work of independent traffickers; they were deliberate policies coordinated by the Venezuelan regime against the United States.
This plan was suggested by the Cuban regime to Chávez in the mid-2000s and has been successfully executed with help from FARC, ELN, Cuban operatives, and Hezbollah. The regime has provided weapons, passports, and impunity for these terrorist organizations to operate freely from Venezuela against the United States.
2. Tren de Aragua
I was present when decisions were made to organize and weaponize criminal gangs across Venezuela to protect the regime—among them the group known as Tren de Aragua. Chávez ordered the recruitment of criminal leaders inside and outside prisons to defend “the revolution” in exchange for impunity. After Chávez died, Maduro expanded this strategy by exporting criminality and chaos abroad to target Venezuelan political exiles and artificially reduce crime statistics within Venezuela. Gang leaders were instructed to send thousands of members out of the country. This was coordinated through the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Prisons, the National Guard, and national police forces. Tren de Aragua became the most effective and fastest growing.
When the Biden–Harris open-border policy became widely known, they seized the opportunity to send these operatives into the United States. They now have obedient, armed personnel on American soil. To finance their operations, they were explicitly instructed to continue kidnapping, extorting, and killing. Every crime they commit on your soil is an act ordered by the regime.
3. Counterintelligence and Espionage Against the United States
I was present when Russian intelligence came to Caracas to propose to Hugo Chávez the tapping of submarine internet cables that connect most of South America and the Caribbean islands with the United States for the purpose of penetrating United States Government communications.
In 2015, I warned Maduro that allowing Russian intelligence to build and run a secret listening post on La Orchila Island would one day invite American bombs. He ignored me.
For twenty years, the Venezuelan regime sent spies into your country—many are still there, some disguised as members of the Venezuelan opposition. Cuban intelligence showed me their networks inside your naval bases on the East Coast. They bragged about having sent thousands of spies over decades, some now career politicians. U.S. diplomats and CIA officers were paid to assist Chávez and Maduro in remaining in power. These Americans acted as spies for Cuba and Venezuela, and some remain active to this day.
4. Smartmatic and Your Elections
Smartmatic was born as an electoral tool of the Venezuelan regime but soon derived into a tool to help keep the regime stay in power forever. I know this because I placed the head of IT of the National Electoral Council (CNE) in his position, and he reported directly to me. The Smartmatic system can be altered—this is a fact.This technology was later exported abroad, including to the United States. Regime operatives maintain relationships with election officials and voting-machine companies inside your country. I do not claim that every election is stolen, but I state with certainty that elections can be rigged with the software – and has been used to do so.
People of the United States, make no mistake about the threat posed by allowing a narco-terrorist organization to roam freely in the Caribbean and throughout Latin America, doing everything possible to harm the American people—to finance anti-Americanism across the continent, and to facilitate the operations of other terrorist organizations and enemies of the United States within Venezuela and now within your borders.
The regime I served is not merely hostile—it is at war with you, using drugs, gangs, espionage, and even your own democratic processes as weapons. President Trump’s policies against the Maduro criminal regime are not just justified, but necessary and proportionate to the threat. He may even be underestimating what the regime is prepared to do to hold onto power. They have contingency plans for every extreme scenario to ensure they never relinquish control. Sadly, I do not see that happening in my lifetime. OR if it begins in my lifetime, I suspect my survival through such turmoil might be short lived depending in what part of the nation I reside in. Even strong Conservative (Red) States have large Dem-Marxist (Blue) enclaves. Such a civil struggle will be a new kind of turmoil quite unlike America’s history has experienced.
