Student Ladership

Student leaders are actively involved in school and community activities. Student Council also participates in many projects such as collecting books for homeless shelters, and many other service projects.

The media center, located at the front entrance, is the glue that holds Ellen Ochoa together, promoting books and reading skills that will help students thrive in their education.

Union Finance Awarded Certificate of Achievement for Excellence In Financial Reporting By GFOA

For the 34th year in a row, Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) has awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting to Union Public Schools for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025.

Early Childhood

Union provides a full-day, year-round program for eligible 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds and kindergarteners. Students learn language, fine arts, problem-solving and more.

STEM

Union offers a wide range of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math opportunities. Union was the 1st in Oklahoma, & among only a handful of districts nationwide, to offer STEM to students Pre-K through 12th grade.
