Mt. Cuba Center practices a digital-first approach to our membership cards and member benefits. To access these online, you can login here if you already set up a username and password. If not, navigate here and select the button with your membership level on it. From there, press the “Create Account” button. To set up your account, you will need your 18-digit membership number found in the email you received when purchasing your membership. If you’re the secondary or joint member on your membership, navigate to the bottom of this page for instructions on how to set up your Member Portal, because it works slightly differently and requires the primary member to set up their account first.
If you’re not sure of your membership level or membership number, check the email you received when purchasing your membership. For any questions or to have a team member set up your account for you, contact us at membership@mtcubacenter.org or 302.660.0531 EXT 225. Physical cards are still available for anyone who wants them. They can be picked up at the front desk in the Copeland House during your next visit.
Absolutely! Just ask at Ticketing or the front desk in the Copeland House during your next visit.
Your expiration date can be found in your welcome letter that you received in the mail after purchasing your membership or by logging into your Member Portal. If it’s nearly time to renew, you may renew your membership right in the portal as well. This option only becomes available 60 days prior to your expiration date in your portal.
You may renew your membership on-site, by calling our front desk, or by logging into your Member Portal here.
Yes, gift memberships may be purchased at any time of year. Please click here to give the gift of membership online or give us a call at 302.239.4244.
If you have a joint member on your membership, they are also able to create their own Member Portal login. Be sure to set up your own account first in order to provide them with the necessary permissions, otherwise they will not be able to set up their account.
Follow these steps:
- Log into your Membership Portal. If you’re not sure how to do this, check higher up in this FAQ for step-by-step instructions.
- Once in the portal, click the “Configure Members” button.
- Choose “Primary Member Privileges” from the dropdown menu for the secondary member.
- Click the “Save Configuration” button.
Once you’ve saved the configuration, please pass the following information along to your joint member and they can use the same link to register. They will need to do the following when setting up their account:
- Click “Create Account” on the Account Login Page.
- When prompted to enter their membership information, joint members must use the last name of the primary member of the account and their own Membership ID number which can be found in the confirmation email generated immediately upon purchasing your membership.
- If successful, your joint member will be able to access their digital membership card and use their own Membership Portal going forward.
- For any questions or to have a team member set up your account for you, contact us at membership@mtcubacenter.org or 302.660.0531 EXT 225. If pursuing this option, note that if the primary member has already set up their own member portal but not set up “Primary Member Privileges” a member of our team will need to reset their password to do this for them.
We’re happy to answer them! Our Membership Specialist can be reached directly at membership@mtcubacenter.org or 302.660.0531 EXT 225.
