Chapter 19
I am 27 years old, and I tend to ramble on about absolutely nothing or important things as well as literature. I am a fiction MFA at a Western University and greatly enjoy it.
Friending Policy: Due to my abhorrence for friends cuts and the large nature of my f-list, I add only those who comment and let me know that they have added me or have commented in my journal before. Most of my entries from this point on will be public, so you shouldn't be missing anything. :)
General Journal Policy: While there are many institutionalized "ism"s, from racism to sexism to internalized-homophobia, I do my best to try to work out of those spheres and internalized beliefs. If you see me doing something that falls under those headings, I greatly apologize and do appreciate being called out in a respectful manner. The only way to correct such behavior is to be made aware of it.
Likewise, if you do something that I find offensive in my journal, I will also call you out.
I am also very interested in Catholicism and the history thereof. I am not a practicing Catholic, though I do come from a Catholic family. If I were not against many of their stances (women as priests, abortion, gay rights, trans rights, etc.) and an atheist, I probably would be Catholic.
