- 6 “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’
7 “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’
9 “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both us and you. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’
10 “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. The virgins who were ready went in with him to the wedding banquet. And the door was shut.
11 “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’
12 “But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
13 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.

Question for the day. Do you think your virginity and lamp enough criteria for the groom feast?
What does the Oil represent in a life and how much of this oil is enough?
Selah, from your personal asessment is your oil enough to light your path till the groom appear?
Is it right for you to rely on someone oil for the journey and is it out of place to be refused oil by your own comrade who both of you are in the same quest together?
What are your thought on the scripture above

I owe this birth date to the mercies of Jesus my Saviour.
Not in the mortuary
Not in the hospital
Not in prison
No broken bones
Not in police wahala.
Not in kidnappers den
My eyes can see
My ear can hear
I can breathe with my nostrils
My mouth is not sealed
My lungs and chest are not attached to tube for support.
If there are enemies conspiring and saying thier own against my hurt, my Jesus is doing for me what i cannot or could have done by myself or for myself
Jesus your mercies has been constant as a shield.
Moniepoint nor ful still i am most grateful
If you are looking for the most grateful person alive today. Look no further . It is me
My pocket fit no full like dangote but i am most grateful.
Many may not have been mindful about me but you see Jesus, my Jesus he has been so good .
Like David Jesse would say , who am i that you are mindful of.
Me i am saying,"Jesus Thank you for been mindful of me, even when i am frail, faulty and unfaithful in my assignment .

By upgrading a spiritual novice into leadership, you've distorted his growth process. It's only a matter of time for the 'old man' to show up!
Have you noticed malice, grudge, backbiting, irresponsibility, high handedness, carefree nature, lack of commitment, easily offended, complains, intolerance, impatience, quick to jump ship etc among spiritual leaders???
They are all signs of DISCIPLESHIP FAILURE.
Discipleship is God's system for training believers from babyhood to maturity.
Irrespective of Spiritual gifting, an UNDISCIPLED fellow has nothing to do with leadership.

- One life truth that's quite basic but somehow has evaded the wisdom of many is simply this:
"Stop running after the validation of anyone. For everyone who invalidates your work, there's probably 10, 20, 50 or even 100 persons that approves of it".
Haven't you heard some really weird songs that you've called trash, but then there's a hundred persons enjoying it?
Or maybe you've wondered how some people sit comfortably listening and nodding to certain sermons you could beat your chest and call it 'madness'.
Even persons you've tagged failed comedians have some persons laughing at their dry jokes!
You see.... Whatever you have to sell, there's always a buyer!
Love yourself the way God loves you.
Be your first and strongest fan
Believe in yourself.
Ignore haters
Do what you're called for
Make progress!
There will always be a Judas, A Sanballat and Tobiah, but there will always be a RUTH!
You're special!
I hope this meet you well

- Most times, people wait for the ‘big’ sins like murder, adultery, fornication, etc to happen before sitting up. Whereas, they may be living comfortably with hot or bad temper, bitterness, malice, evil thoughts, slander and backbiting, envying others, even in ministry. Sometimes people live with pride all their lives - preach out of a desire to impress or be regarded, etc, but they won’t tend to all these until these same habits snowball into the ‘bigger sins’ by their own classifications. The person walking in hatred and offence is a murderer at heart; he just doesn’t have the opportunity to literally off someone.
What about taking a second look??? Or thinking unholy thoughts towards the opposite sex? People live with this habit without thinking it’s a big deal but this is what eventually leads to all kinds of sexual perversions and immorality.
It’s the little sparks that result in a wild fire. Don’t practice selective holiness or feel you’re better than others when you’re simply sinning differently and making light of your own flaws and weaknesses. God judges all the intents, motives, and the tiny acts. Go for wholesome sanctified living.
A genuine passion for a walk in holiness will make you attend to your own heart and acts first, and not turn you into someone who spares the log or plank in his own eyes and seeks to remove the ones in the eyes of his neighbor. As a matter of fact, those who have been genuinely transformed do not go about shaming and condemning those who are yet falling; they seek to help them stand. Even with the rebellious, if they eventually yield and come around, you receive them and help them become better.
This is the way of Christ!

- One part of the scriptures that often gets me into deep thoughts is Gen.18:17-19.
The confidence that God had in a man was captured In vs 19: "For I know him, that he will command his children... after him and they shall keep the way of the Lord"
As mortal and fallible as man is, the expression of God's confidence in the good that Mortal Abraham was capable of doing, is nothing short of admirable.
Looking deeper into that verse, it revealed God's confidence on how Abraham would handle his children... Children that he hadn't gotten yet, God knew that those children would be safe in Abraham's custody.
It's easy to say Lord I'll do this and that if you bless me... but you see, GOD KNOWS!
HE knows what we are capable of doing, irrespective of the show of emotional commitment we display when we ask of him certain things.
He knows that gifts in a man's hand can unveil his canality, redirect his loyalty and water down commitments.
Before he commits certain things to your hands, He must have tested your capacity to be faithful. He would pass you through the Quality Assurance tests of Heaven before you'll be approved.
If that opportunity, child, expectation etc comes, would you still be faithful?

Such confidence!
Unperturbed!
You can profess your confidence in God all you like, but situations like this have a way of proving your faith life!
You can't fake it if you don't have it!
Let the storms roar... but there's a calm assurance. A peace deep within that isn't regulated by external turbulence.
In FAITH we experience PEACE.

Do you know that even the persons you percieve as enemies, reflects God's design.
That person who wronged you? They were still handcrafted by the same God who made you.
That Coworker?
That Stranger?
That boss /enemy?
God see His image in them too.
Seeing people in God's eyes especially those who dont tickle your fancies does comes easy, but this is the beginning of compassion, Healing to your mind, and forgiveness melt away the sickness of bitterness i must say., real leadership begins when you see people in God's eyes.
You can start were it is harsh and hardest. and dear friend it will amaze you ,how things will start turning out beautifully on thier own accord

If we don't place value on this sacred relationship, it becomes of no effect when confronted with life!

- GOD'S BRUTAL LOVE
Maybe we should examine God's kind of love from this perspective:
He that has, MORE shall be given, and to him that doesn't have, even that which he has shall be taken away! Mrk4:25
growing up as a young teenage christain, i did believe that God would take away from those who had more and distrubute them to those who didn't!
Well, that's was my emotions and what i perceived speaking!
The worker who has more skills will be sent for further trainings!
The student with more prospect will be given more academic attention... and favour's! Infact his errors can be overlooked.
Whoever has more to offer would be given premium attention.
God will invest more in those who are of benefit to the kingdom, and not those always crying for help!
That's BRUTAL LOVE!
Yes, God loves you the way you are... but he can't use you the way you are!
That cliche that gets you excited, "God isn't looking for golden vessels, but available vessels"... is something that has deceived you long enough
Didn't the bible tell you that in a great house there are all manner of vessels? Gold, silver, clay, plastic etc... he said, some were to honor and the others dishonor!
Wisdom tells you they were all available! But the golden and silver vessels, were unto honor!
Until you become valuable in that team, you won't be missed.
Until you have something to contribute... You're obviously still good, but then it's for nothing!
Up your game.
Think deeper, study harder, pray more, take some calculated risk... your beauty will emerge from your pain!
Emerge!
I hope this meet you well

Tip To Success for the Week
One strange thing I've noticed in leadership is that people love hanging around leaders who are sympathetic to their weaknesses and excuses!!
That's laughable!
They always want to be understood.
They want to be told God understands.
They always want to hear "It's alright.. it takes time"
Everytime their weakness is confronted squarely, they take it personal or you're perceived and insensitive.
We are in a generation where straight up correction is coined being coined judgemental!
You see... if you're in this category, you're plainly foolish! That's not an abuse... it's a state of your reality presently!
You must develop capacity to hear truth without dragging your emotions into it and feeling insulted.
If you feel insulted, your fragile ego is being challenged because it seeks relevance while it is failing miserably!
You must develop your capacity to be disciplined without taking it personal.
Jesus came straight... if your right eye causes you to sin, what do you do? Sympathies with it? Get an eye drop? Get a sunglass?
No... he simply said, CUT IT OFF!
We've been so pampered that truth has become an insult!
Oga... You're Lazy! Take it and work on it.
You're full of excuses... accept it and stop.making more.
You lack result! Yes it hurts... it should hurt if you're sensible. Accept that and seek to change it.
That others have your version of weakness doesn't make it the standard. Aren't there others who have overcome it?
You see that nature of looking for your 'co-failures' to feel comfortable failing? STOP IT!
Hiding under that cliche "BY THE GRACE OF GOD" won't help you.
You say Amen to the prayer of Harvest when you've not sown... sorry is your name!
When truth confronts error/lies, it surely would hurt!
Pamper your weakness at your detriment and find your name washed out from the sands of relevance.
Kill your excuses.
Be wise to separate jealous corrections from constructive corrections.
Not everybody's opinion matters to you, but wisdom should tell you the one that counts..
May your day be blessed!
I hope you are instructed

WE NEED A REVIVAL!!!!
At these times when the church has become a ground for entertainment, we need revival.
At these times, when a music minister competes and compares himself with secular musician, we need revival.
At these times, when the altar of God is used for comedy, we need revival.
At these times, when a successful minister of the Gospel is measured by how rich he is and not how much impact he is making for God's kingdom, we need a revival.
At these times, when passion for souls have been replaced with fashion parade in the church, we need a revival.
At a time when motivational speaking has replaced biblical preaching, we need a revival.
At these times, when we really cannot differentiate between a daughter of Zion and an harlot, we need a revival.
At these times, when pastors kill each other for post and higher position, we need a revival.
At these times, when modern preachers now tell us that Jesus is not coming soon, we need a revival.
At these times, when packaging and special effect has replaced the beauty of God's glory, we need a revival.
At these time when sexual sin is referred to as weakness and the grace of God is taken for granted, we need a fresh revival.
At these time when we hear prophets prophesies by divination and profits from false prophecy, we need a revival.
At these time when the church does not know the difference between witchcraft spirit and the Holy Spirit, we need a revival.
At these time when filling the seats in our place of worship has become a priority than raising disciples of Jesus, we need revival.
At this time when sinners feel comfortable in our churches and saints feel no sense of urgency to preach the good news to the lost, we need revival.
At these time when pastors are more concerned about how much money members give than how much the members truly love the Lord, we need revival.
At these time when the word of God is scarce and the fire on the altar is going out, and the priests have become blind, the watchmen sleeping, and holiness is no longer our standard, we need a revival.
We need revival not Jamboree lllprogramme.
We need a reawakening of our souls and a new awareness of the power of God.
We do not need another jamboree but true repentance coupled with a changed life.
We do not need another noise, we need a shaking and a mighty rushing wind.
We do not need another movement, we need a reformation.
We need the Lord to come again and restore us unto himself. We need the Lord to open our eyes again that we may see Him.
We want to see His Holiness again that we may see our depravity.
We need a genuine outpouring of the Holy Spirit, WE ARE TIRED OF SPEAKING IN TONGUES AND NOT LIVING CHRIST-LIKE. There is no other desire that we have than to hear again the same voice that spoke in the valley of dry bones to BRING US BACK TO LIFE. Our nations are in darkness, yet we are the light. We cannot pretend anymore, Jesus come again in your power and reawaken us.

WE NEED A REVIVAL!!!0 Comments 0 Shares 19 Views - Dear Friend, just so you know.
