• Hey everyone,

Let’s be honest… life is heavy right now.
So many people are tired, carrying silent battles, feeling stretched, anxious, or just plain worn out. If that’s you—you’re not alone. Not even close.

    We’re all walking through something.
But here’s something I’ve learned over the years—don’t stop digging.
I spent many years as an archaeologist in Israel, and if there’s one thing that job teaches you, it’s this: you don’t find treasure on the surface. You dig… and dig… and dig some more.

And sometimes? All you find is dust.

I used to joke that if “professional dirt mover” was a job title, I’d have a PhD in it

    But then—unexpectedly—you uncover something priceless.
Life works the same way. There are seasons where everything feels dry, silent, and buried. But that doesn’t mean there’s nothing there. It just means… keep digging.

For me, when life hit hard and I lost what I thought was everything, I started digging in a different place—God’s Word. And I discovered something powerful: those ancient words are not dead… they are alive, speaking into right now, into real pain, real struggles, real lives.

So wherever you are today—don’t give up.
    Keep showing up.

Keep believing, even if it’s just a little.
Reach out, connect, take one small step forward.
There is still purpose in you. There is still something valuable waiting to be uncovered in your life.

And trust me… the greatest discoveries often come after the hardest digging.

    So take heart.
    You’re not buried.
    You’re being uncovered.

QUE PEUX-TU FAIRE PAR TES EFFORTS? Ep.12

A Dieu.

Par nos propres efforts nous ne pouvons rien. Nos efforts ont une limite. C'est pourquoi nous devons tout abandonner Ă  Dieu, car avec Dieu rien n'est impossible.

Bonne journée et que Dieu vous benisse.
    Merci d’Exister.

  • The Eyes Of YHWH

I want to talk about the eyes of YHWH. Now, don’t get me wrong here I’m not talking about the eyesight of YHWH. I’m talking about what does YHWH see when he looks down on us. Is he pleased with what he sees?

Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of YHWH are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

    We need to be careful…
    1. What we say –
Psalms 19:14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O YHWH, my strength, and my redeemer.

Matthew 12:36-37 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

James 1:19-20 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of YHWH.

    2. What we do – Now what I mean with this is we need to ask ourselves before we do something is what I am about to do pleasing to YHWH?

    3. What we hear – Here I am speaking of idle gossip (talebearers), rude and crude jokes, things that are not pleasing to YHWH.

    4. What we listen to – What kind of music are we listening to?

    5. What we say – What kind of words are coming out of our mouth?

    6. 1 Timothy 1:3-5 As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine, Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than edifying which is in faith: so do. Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:

    7. Where we go

Proverbs 5:21 For the ways of man are before the eyes of YHWH, and he pondereth all his goings.

    8. What we touch
2 Cor 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith YHWH, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

    9. What we see – What are we looking at when we are on the internet.

That reminds me of a children’s song… Oh, be careful little eyes, what you see

** Oh, be careful little eyes, what you see.
** Oh, be careful little eyes, what you see.
There's a Father up above, looking down in tender love,
So be careful little eyes, what you see.
** Be careful little ears what you hear
** Be careful little mouth what you say...
** Be careful little hands, what you touch...
** Be careful little feet, where you go...

Amos 9:8 Behold, the eyes of YHWH Elohim are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith YHWH.

1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of YHWH are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of YHWH is against them that do evil.

2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of YHWH run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.

Psalms 34:15 The eyes of YHWH are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
The Eyes Of YHWH I want to talk about the eyes of YHWH. Now, don’t get me wrong here I’m not talking about the eyesight of YHWH. I’m talking about what does YHWH see when he looks down on us. • Good evening, brethren.

    1. Evening devotion for today.

    i. *DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST*
    (COCIN DEVOTIONAL)

    *DATE:*
SUNDAY 5TH APRIL, 2026 (EASTER SUNDAY).

    *SUB-THEME:*
    THE CROSS: CULMINATION OF GRACE.

    *TOPIC:*
    HE LIVES!

    *TEXT:*
    MARK 16:1-7.
    1. When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus’ body.
    2. Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb
    3. and they asked each other, “Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?”
    4. But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away.
    5. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.
    6. “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid Him.
    7. But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see Him, just as He told you.’ ”

    *TOPIC:*
    HE LIVES!

    *THE MESSAGE:*
Jesus foretold about His trials, death, and resurrection. Today's text recounts His resurrection. A group of women went to the tomb purposely to embalm His body. Amazingly, the tomb was empty, for Jesus had arisen! The message of the angel confirms that God's plan has been fulfilled. This fact converted the women's sorrow and uncertainty into joy and hope. They were the first witnesses to the resurrection of Christ, which reflects the inclusive nature of the gospel message. The resurrection is foundational to the Christian faith, affirming the truth of Jesus' victory over death and the beginning of a new hope for all believers. Indeed, Jesus is alive and lives amongst the faithful. Those who come to Him will receive help and hope, and confidently say, "Because He lives, I too will live."

    *REFLECTION:*
He was dead, but now He lives!

    *PRAYER:*
Lord Jesus, because You live, I can face tomorrow! Amen.

    *MEMORY VERSE FOR THE MONTH:*
    COLOSSIANS 2:15.
"And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross."

    *TODAY'S BIBLE READING PLAN:*
    1 KINGS 15-17.

I set before you the way of life, and the way of death.
    Jeremiah 21:8

    Life and Death

It has been said, “in the midst of life we are in death,” yet for the believer, it is truer to say that, “in the midst of death we are in life.” There is no death in the sphere into which a risen Christ brings His own children – how could it be? Did He not abolish death on the cross? Death is a done deal.

    The Last Enemy

In His wonderful plans the last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 1Cor 15:55 God is love and God is light and God is life, and at rebirth, God breathed into us the breath of His life. On the cross, He forgave our sins and took the punishment in our stead – forgiven. At His resurrection, He broke the power of the last enemy in us – death.

    Our Life in Christ

Satan cannot touch anyone that has a new life in Christ. He cannot touch the SOURCE of our life in Christ, for God is its source. He cannot touch the CHANNEL of life to us, for Christ is our channel of life. He cannot touch the POWER of life in us, for the Holy Spirit is life’s power within. He cannot touch the SPHERE of our life, for heaven is the sphere. He cannot touch the DURATION of our life, for eternity is the duration of our life. Satan cannot touch the source, channel, power, sphere, or duration of our life in Christ.

    Christ’s Own Life

God emptied the scene of death in us and filled it with His life – Christ’s own life. It is not death but glory that lies before the believer – Christ’s own glorious life. If only the believer had the eye of faith, to see it and believe it.

    Abundant Life

Death is forever behind the believer. It is true that many have fallen asleep in Christ – physically died, but to sleep in Him is never death, but life and life more abundantly. Those asleep in Christ for 2000 years of church history, will rise first. Yes, scripture tells us “the dead in Christ will rise first.” 1Thess.4:16 Then those believers in Him that are living – that are still alive, will meet Him in the air: “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air.” 1Thess.4:17

    Living Faith

Enoch, the seventh from Adam beautifully exemplified this living meeting in the air: “By faith, Enoch was translated that he should not see death, and was not found, because God had translated him: but before his translation, he had this testimony, that he pleased God” Heb.11:5

    Origin of Death

Sin entered the world and death entered the world by sin. The origin of death is sin. Sin snapped the link with the source, channel, power, sphere, and duration of life. Sin handed man over to death, with nothing in himself to defeat sin and death. Sin broke all fellowship with the living God. When sin is present, there is no fellowship save in His Life. Light can have no fellowship with darkness, love can have no fellowship with fear and life cannot fellowship with death. 2Cor 6:14

    Man’s Choice

Man has a choice – and that choice is by faith and not by sight or works. Choose life or choose death – there is no middle ground, Man must meet God on a new principle – one decreed by God Himself – a principle we see in Abel, Enoch, Noah, and many others – even faith.

    Law of Faith

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved
” Acts 16:31 Then once saved we are to live by the law of faith, we are to stand by faith; walk by faith; live by faith; pray by faith. For faith secures the believers’ source, channel, power, sphere, and duration of Life: sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof – so live this day by faith.

    2. Evening Prayer for today.

    i. Evening Prayer

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. ⏀ Psalm 4:8

Prayer is not learned in a classroom but in the closet. ⏀ E.M. Bounds

As this Sunday comes to an end, we come to You, God, with our evening prayers. We’re thankful for everything this day has given us—peace, comfort at home, the chance to worship, and opportunities to help others. Bless all these experiences, and may they stay with us throughout the week. Help us to handle our challenges better, do our work with more joy, and face our difficulties with more confidence because of today’s blessings.

We want to grow in grace, learn more about spiritual things, and embrace whatever is good and beautiful. May the rest and teachings of today stay with us—in renewed spiritual energy, in deeper sincerity, and in a stronger desire to do what is right.

May the words we’ve read and heard stick with us, helping us to live better lives. Let them comfort us when we’re sad, strengthen us when we’re weak, deepen our understanding, and guide our steps.

God, we ask You to bless the work done in churches today. Many ministers have shared the gospel; bless every word spoken in love for Jesus. Let none of the truth shared today be lost. May the Holy Spirit use the sermons, lessons, and conversations to bring good into the world.

We also remember our friends and loved ones, and everyone who prays for us. Whatever they need, please bless them.

Now, watch over us as we sleep. Cover us with Your love and keep us safe. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

    Good morning, brethren.

    1. Morning devotion for today.

    i. MORNING TEA
THE WORD FOR TODAY. EASTER SUNDAY, — APRIL 5, 2026.
    "THE WONDER OF EASTER"
    ‘
Like a lamb to the slaughter
’ Isaiah 53:7 NIV

JOURNALIST-MISSIONARY Pierre van Paassen tells how prior to World War II, Nazi soldiers arrested an aging rabbi, stripped him naked, and demanded that he preach the sermon he’d prepared for the following Sabbath. With great dignity the old man asked if he could wear his yarmulke and his captors agreed, thinking it added greatly to the joke. Then, while they jeered and prodded him, the elderly rabbi talked about what it means to walk humbly before God. Phil Yancey writes: ‘When I read of the torture and execution of Jesus, I think of that naked rabbi standing humiliated in a police station. And I can’t fathom the indignity and shame endured by God’s Son
the bullying game of Blind Man’s Bluff in the high priest’s courtyard
the professional thuggery of Pilate’s and Herod’s guards
the catcalls of spectators up the long road to Calvary, and finally the cross itself
I marvel at the self-restraint God showed throughout history, allowing the Genghis Khans, the Hitlers, and the Stalins to have their way. But nothing compares to the self-restraint shown that dark Friday in Jerusalem
Legions of angels awaited His command. One word and the ordeal would end.’ Isaiah said, ‘He was “led like a lamb to the slaughter, and
he did not open his mouth.”’ Jesus could have appealed to His Father, and He would have provided ‘more than 80,000 angels’ (Matthew 26:53 AMP). Instead He chose to endure the cross and its shame to save you. That’s the wonder of Easter!

ii. WINNING SOULS TO THE SAVING OF MANY

"You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." - Genesis 50:20

We often read in the Bible that God works ahead of a situation that is yet to come. Twenty years before a major famine, God put a plan into effect and sent young Joseph to Egypt. For thirteen years, Joseph was taught, tested and isolated by God to carry out His plan.

God prepared him for a time of death and destruction, of chaos and hunger. Joseph did not know about this. However, God had chosen him to save many lives at that time, including those of his own family.

Just as God isolated Joseph for a special task, so is God segregating a group of Christians today. This group is - as in the life of Joseph - also in a time of great testing and struggle, so that they will increasingly get to know the voice of the Good Shepherd.

    A special purpose

If you belong to this group, then like Joseph did not understand, you might also not understand why you have to go through struggles and difficulties. You might wonder why God allows these difficulties in your life. God has already seen that we have set our hearts to follow Jesus Christ in everything. So, God has a special purpose for everything we go through, like He had with Joseph.

The reason why Joseph became a great servant of God was that he passed all the trials. He did not allow hatred, bitterness or a feeling of revenge in his heart because of what his brothers had done to him, but he continued to humbly trust his God.

If we want to belong to this group in these last days, we will have to go through all the tests of our lives like Joseph did.

    2. Morning Prayer for today.

    i. Morning Prayer

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. ⏀ Exodus 20:8

The Sabbath is the link between the paradise which has passed away and the paradise which is yet to come. ⏀ Andrew Murray

Dear God, we start this Sunday with You. It’s Your day, and we want to honor that. You’ve given us this day not as a burden but as a gift. We need the rest to stay healthy, and we need the spiritual refreshment to keep our hearts warm and full of love. Without this day, we might forget to keep You at the center of our lives. So we’re grateful for this day that You’ve set aside for us.

Please make this Sunday a day full of blessings. Help us to focus on You and let go of the world’s distractions. Let us hear Your gentle voice in the quiet moments, reminding us of Your love.

Fill our home with Your peace. Our minds have been stressed and overwhelmed by the week’s demands. Give us Your calm this morning. Take away our worries and anxieties. If the world has taken too much of our focus, let Your grace take over so that You are at the center of our lives again. Strengthen our love for You, so it pushes out any love for things that don’t matter.

Bless everything about this day. As we read Your word, help us understand it and let its teachings guide our lives. As we pray, may we receive the blessings we need: comfort when we’re sad, strength when we’re weak, guidance when we’re unsure, and wisdom when we don’t know what to do.

As we try to be a blessing to others, help us to have the same mindset as Jesus. We ask all this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Jeremiah 21:8 Life and Death It has been said, “in the midst of life we are in death,” yet for the believer, it is truer to say that, “in the midst of death we are in life.” There is no death in the sphere into which a risen Christ brings His own children – how could it be? Did He not abolish death on the cross? Death is a done deal. The Last Enemy In His wonderful plans the last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. Our Life in Christ Satan cannot touch anyone that has a new life in Christ. Christ’s Own Life God emptied the scene of death in us and filled it with His life – Christ’s own life. It is not death but glory that lies before the believer – Christ’s own glorious life. If only the believer had the eye of faith, to see it and believe it. Abundant Life Death is forever behind the believer. It is true that many have fallen asleep in Christ – physically died, but to sleep in Him is never death, but life and life more abundantly. Those asleep in Christ for 2000 years of church history, will rise first. Yes, scripture tells us “the dead in Christ will rise first.” 1Thess.4:16 Then those believers in Him that are living – that are still alive, will meet Him in the air: “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air.” 1Thess.4:17 Living Faith Enoch, the seventh from Adam beautifully exemplified this living meeting in the air: “By faith, Enoch was translated that he should not see death, and was not found, because God had translated him: but before his translation, he had this testimony, that he pleased God” Heb.11:5 Origin of Death Sin entered the world and death entered the world by sin. 2Cor 6:14 Man’s Choice Man has a choice – and that choice is by faith and not by sight or works. Choose life or choose death – there is no middle ground, Man must meet God on a new principle – one decreed by God Himself – a principle we see in Abel, Enoch, Noah, and many others – even faith. Law of Faith “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved
Bounds As this Sunday comes to an end, we come to You, God, with our evening prayers. • My testimony of how I received Jesus’ and His amazing grace.
I was born and raised in a Christian home with both of my parents. When I was around 5 years old my parents went through a divorce. This affected me as I was spending time separately with each of my parents. When I spent time with one of my parents that was still a Christian, we would read the Bible and recite verses we memorized. I also learned to play guitar, sing praise and worship songs, and was disciplined biblically. I was quiet, shy and didn't talk much in those early days of my life.

I ended up spending more time with one of my parents who left the faith and went back into the world and its ways. I was rejected in school, picked on and made fun of because I didn't dress or act like them. I also had bad acne at the time to make matters worse. My parents were not around much as they were working to provide. I was able to live worldly and I was drawn into the world and its ways. I went a few times to some churches but was never caught up in religion neither was I a worldly church goer growing up. I sought to be accepted and fit in with friends or who I thought were my friends.

I was caught up in hanging out with the wrong crowds, going to parties with them, acting worldly, and having a girlfriend at times. Being pressured by friends I tried some drinking and some drugs. I didn't like their effect on me and they didn't do anything for me that I liked.

At one of my jobs working on the third shift late at night I was unloading a semi truck too fast. Something bad happened to my lower back and it made things difficult for me at times. I moved out from living with one of my parents to live with my girlfriend. We had a child together and were married. I thought I was happy but there was still a void in me that wasn’t filled.

At another job my lower back was injured again. Later at another job my lower back started to bother me and my boss at my work, if I remember correctly, said maybe a chiropractor can help. He mentioned who his chiropractor was. I went to his chiropractor and received adjustments and it was slowly helping. The chiropractor would adjust your back, align your hips, legs, and adjust your neck. The chiropractor found one of my vertebrae in my neck was out of alignment, one of my hips was higher than the other (sacroiliac joint was out of alignment), and had scoliosis (my back had a slight curve in it). I was given a lift to put in my shoe to help with one of my hips being higher than the other and it seemed to help some for a while but then caused pain so I removed it.

After many visits my neck started to hurt. I had inflamed discs in my neck that caused severe nerve pain and muscle spasms. It felt like a major pinch and a burning sensation. I had difficulty breathing and taking deep breaths. My elbow and fingers seem numb at times, one or both of my shoulders hurt and I was losing the ability to use my arms. I felt under attack by the devil because of my habitual sinful lifestyle but didn't realize it at the time. I also believe the severe nerve pain on my neck and shoulders could have been caused by the adjustments on my neck that irritated the vertebrae in my neck and now made things worse.

I had x-rays done. Also I went to a Redi-care walk-in clinic. As I remember, I was offered pain medication and muscle relaxers. I lost use of one of my arms and barely could use the other arm. I was told to use just one arm and return to work. I couldn’t really even stand up and it was best I lay down. The pain was extreme and I was not able to perform well at work. The chiropractor tried to help me but couldn’t anymore. The chiropractor told me I needed to get insurance and get an MRI done and find out more about what's going on. My work offered to get me insurance but had to wait for it to process.

My condition worsened so I could not work anymore and asked for time off. I didn't feel like eating much so I was drinking sports drinks and water. This with taking the medication for pain, I laid in bed in severe pain, and I was experiencing fever symptoms at times. Sometimes with my eyes open I was seeing dark skeleton faces and having strange thoughts. I was hearing noises and voices, even gospel-like music, and had bad dreams during what little sleep I could get dozing off for a few seconds or minutes each day. It got to the point where I hadn't slept a full night in like 7 weeks. The pain was so terrible I could not sleep. This dragged out for about a couple months before it got really bad as explained.

I emailed my dad who was a Christian. I mentioned what I was going through. I was facing expensive medical bills and possibly surgery and could even end up even worse from that.
My dad emailed me back saying to do what he does when under attack. First ask God to reveal if you have given access to the devil to attack me. Sins such as occult involvement on television, movies, games, books or rock music playing in videos. Ask God to reveal any unconfessed sin in any area of your life so you can resist an attack effectively by asking forgiveness first. Then use Jesus' name to rebuke pain and tell it to leave your body. Then hold fast no matter how long it takes as sometimes the devil fights hard.

Months back, my dad said, he saw in a dream I was pulling someone on water skis like we did at lake Lansing and he fell in the water. I drove back to pick him up and I heard him crying for help and saw sharks were attacking him in the water. It's clear now it was you. The falling in the water pictures your fall into some type of sin in your life which leads next to Satan attacking with excruciating pain. We need to shut this sin out of your life and pain has to leave! First ask God for forgiveness for not putting Him absolutely first in your life ahead of family and career. He can't rescue you until He has your whole life! All your time and life now is His first, everyone else last.

Next, ask God for wisdom and recall if you have unconfessed sin. If so, confess them as OCCULT SIN and then COMMAND SATAN to release you from all OCCULT oppression as a result of these specific sins. Lastly, say boldly and loudly, I command in the name of Jesus every demon of paralysis, nerve pain, neck and shoulder pain to leave me now as the result of these sins. Keep telling him you belong to Jesus and get his pain off your body. My faith and bold command is joined with you according to Mathew 18:19 where two are agreed it shall be done.

I replied and said I read your email over and over. I said your prayer. I woke up this morning with a lot of the pain gone. I still have some but now it's almost 7pm and most is gone except for some in my arm and elbow. I told my wife, my boss and my wife’s step dad. I texted my boss and he thought it was a joke that I was healed by saying a prayer. He also said, "You really don’t believe that, do you?”. He still wanted me to get looked at.

After I said the prayer to God that my dad gave me to pray, by God’s grace I made a choice to repent and turn from my habitual sinful lifestyle and become a born again Christian. I cried in desperation and wanting change and be set free from this severe nerve pain. I then went to bed and slept the whole night. I woke up in the morning from a full night's sleep and I haven't been able to sleep all night for about seven weeks prior.

When I woke up I was about 99 percent nerve pain free and things became better and better. I felt God’s very strong presence when I woke up and it stayed with me. It felt like waves of liquid love and peace from God flowing through my body. I felt an amazing joy like nothing I ever felt before. I still can not express fully in words what it felt like. (I found out later that what I was feeling was that I had received the baptism of the Holy Spirit from God.) It was a strong anointing of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. I praise and thank God so much for it as I really needed it.

I didn’t know anything about this before and God just sovereignly chose to give it to me. You can not find anything like this in this world or anywhere. It's only found in Jesus Christ. I also felt the weight of sin lifted off of me. I wanted to smile a lot and it seemed to not go away for a few weeks. I think my face muscles hurt from smiling too much and I just had the joy of the Lord. I was water baptized in a lake about a couple months after God rescued me. It was the same lake God gave my dad the dream about me falling into the water. Now it was an act of obedience going under the water to identify with Jesus' death and burial to a new life coming up from the water.

I now had a love for God's Word and found His mercy, grace, and forgiveness. I found myself wanting to learn more about Him. As I read the New Testament in the Bible I didn’t understand it much at first as it was new to me. As I kept reading it the Holy Spirit was opening up the word of God and was now making sense to me. I also was spending time with God alone in prayer in awe of Him as creator of all things. I believed He paid the penalty for my sin, shed His blood and died and rose from the dead three days later.

I know by God’s grace I now have a real deep intimate personal relationship with Jesus. The deep void and emptiness in my life was gone!
I desire to help guide people to Jesus to receive salvation, healing, deliverance, and freedom just like God has given me. By God’s grace I want people to experience what I have: His love, forgiveness, mercy and grace, deep intimate relationship with Jesus where you can ask Him questions and He responds. He guides you in dreams, visions, and speaks to you by the faint still small inner voice of the Holy Spirit and through His word. I have the love of God and peace in my heart from the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ. You can not find this in anyone or anything else.

Everything is vanity compared to Jesus Christ. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
All glory to Jesus alone for His mercy, grace and work in my life. He can do the same for you and more. Amen!.
❀ My testimony of how I received Jesus’ and His amazing grace. Amen!.

Amen.

WINNING SOULS TO THE SAVING OF MANY "You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives." - Genesis 50:20 We often read in the Bible that God works ahead of a situation that is yet to come. A special purpose If you belong to this group, then like Joseph did not understand, you might also not understand why you have to go through struggles and difficulties. If we want to belong to this group in these last days, we will have to go through all the tests of our lives like Joseph did. https://www.theblessingdevotional.com 2. Morning Prayer for today. i. So we’re grateful for this day that You’ve set aside for us. Please make this Sunday a day full of blessings. Help us to focus on You and let go of the world’s distractions.

If we want to belong to this group in these last days, we will have to go through all the tests of our lives like Joseph did. https://www.theblessingdevotional.com 2. Morning Prayer for today. i. Morning Prayer Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. ⏀ Exodus 20:8 The Sabbath is the link between the paradise which has passed away and the paradise which is yet to come. ⏀ Andrew Murray Dear God, we start this Sunday with You. Amen. https://www.youdevotion.com/daily-prayer/miller/00/morning #taptapstudio #youdevotion.

  • THE DAY WE VOTED TO KILL JESUS

It began, as most things do now, online. On a feed.

A man from an obscure northern province had been going viral for weeks — not because he was entertaining, but because he was true. His clips did not promise prosperity or pander to tribalism. He spoke of grace for the poor, accountability for the powerful, and a kingdom not built on the backs of the broken.

The algorithm, designed to reward outrage, did not know what to do with him. But the people did. They shared him anyway.

By the time the religious establishment took notice, he already had thirty million followers.

What finished any chance of peaceful coexistence was what he did at the National Ecumenical Center on a Tuesday morning: live-streamed, unannounced.

He walked into the atrium where prosperity coaches held paid seminars, where VIP prayer packages were sold at tiered rates, and where political endorsements were packaged as anointing. And he overturned the tables. On camera. Without apology.

The clip hit forty million views before sunset.

Behind closed doors that evening, the High Council of Bishops convened an emergency session. The minutes, leaked weeks later, were clinical: he was destabilising revenue streams, challenging theological authority, and, most dangerously, making the masses believe that God did not require middlemen.

He had to be stopped. The only question was how.

His name was Judas. A trusted aide. A man who had believed, once. Genuinely believed. But somewhere in the drift of disappointment, belief had curdled into transaction.

The sum transferred to his account was modest by elite standards. But Judas told himself it was not about the money. It was about pragmatism. About choosing the possible over the perfect. He told himself this until he almost believed it.

He made the call at 11:47PM on a Thursday. Shared location on Google maps.

The security convoy arrived in Gethsemane Park with body cameras deliberately switched off. The suspect was described in the official statement as a person of interest in a matter of public order and religious incitement.

A kiss on his cheek. He did not resist. Witnesses said he was calm; unnervingly calm. One officer, who later gave an anonymous account to a journalist, said: 'He looked at us like he knew. Like he had always known.'

His closest associates scattered within minutes. One, a man named Peter, denied knowing him three times to the same security checkpoint officer; the third denial caught on CCTV, replayed endlessly in the days that followed.

By morning, #JesusArrest was the top trend on all social media platforms in seventeen countries.

The hearing was convened under a procedural clause that bypassed standard judicial review. Governor Pontius, a career bureaucrat with an approval rating of thirty-one percent and a re-election campaign launching in eight weeks, was assigned the case. He reviewed the dossier. He reviewed the polling data. They told different stories.

His private counsel advised him: the charges were thin. Blasphemy was not a criminal offence under current statutes. Disturbing the peace was a misdemeanour at best. But the Council had delivered something more powerful than evidence: they had delivered a crowd.

Cable panels convened at dawn. A retired theologian called him a threat to social cohesion. A political analyst called him a populist agitator. A bishop who had once requested a private meeting with him, who had wept in that meeting, now appeared on camera calling him dangerous. The chyron beneath his face read: EXPERT WARNS OF RADICALISM.

Pontius called for a public vote. It was framed as democratic. It was anything but.

The choice was presented simply: the people could call for the release of a convicted violent criminal, or they could call for the release of the teacher from Galilee.

The Council's digital teams had been working since midnight. Bot accounts seeded the sentiment. Influencers who owed the establishment favours posted. WhatsApp groups in three hundred parishes received coordinated messages framing Jesus as a heretic who had insulted the faith.

By 9AM, seventy-eight percent of respondents in the live online poll voted to free Barabbas. We all voted.

Pontius looked at the numbers for a long time. Then he ordered a basin of water, washed his hands in full view of the cameras, and signed the order.

What followed, the official record would sanitise. The truth was uglier.

Soldiers, bored and brutal in the way that institutionalised violence makes men bored and brutal, mocked him in the holding room. Someone pressed a makeshift crown of thorns onto his head as a joke. Someone filmed it. The clip circulated in private groups with laughing emojis.

He carried the instrument of his own execution through streets where, days before, people had waved and wept with joy to see him. Those same streets were now lined with jeering faces. A few wept quietly at the edges. Most looked away.
He fell. Three times. And each time he rose.

They nailed him to the cross at noon. The sky, eyewitnesses later swore, turned a colour that had no name.

He spoke seven times. The last words were not defiant. They were not bitter. They were "It is finished".

The tomb was sealed. Soldiers were posted. A statement was issued by the Council declaring the matter closed and urging the public to move forward.

Three days later, the tomb was empty.

No forensic explanation satisfied. The guards could not account for it. The stone, estimated at two tonnes, had been moved. Not rolled. Moved. The burial cloths were folded with an unsettling neatness, as if left by someone who was, simply, no longer in a hurry.

He appeared first to a woman, Mary, who had never left. Not to the powerful. Not to the verified accounts. To a woman who had stayed when everyone else had run.

Then to others. Dozens. Then hundreds.
The Council issued a counter-narrative. It trended for six hours. Then it didn't.
Because truth, it turns out, does not require an algorithm. It only requires time.

They did not kill a criminal that day. They killed inconvenient love. They killed truth that refused to flatter power. They killed mercy that would not stay quiet. And love — real love, the kind that carries a cross through jeering streets and still says 'Father, forgive them' — does not die on schedule.

The question that remains, the one that refuses to age, is not whether it happened. It is whether, if it were happening today, in your feed, on your screen, trending in your timeline, you would be in the crowd chanting for Barabbas. Or if you would be standing quietly at the edge, weeping, unwilling to walk away.

    Which would you be?

If this story unfolded today, what moment would have made you pause? The betrayal? The vote? Or the silence?

    HAPPY EASTER!

  • Good evening, brethren.

    1. Evening devotion for today.

    i. *DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST*
    (COCIN DEVOTIONAL)

    *DATE:*
    THURSDAY 2ND APRIL, 2026.

    *SUB-THEME:*
    THE CROSS: CULMINATION OF GRACE.

    *TOPIC:*
    CHRIST: THE GIFT OF GOD.

    *TEXT:*
    JOHN 3:16-18.
    16. For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
    17. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
    18. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

    *TOPIC:*
    CHRIST: THE GIFT OF GOD.

    *THE MESSAGE:*
Gifts should be received and treated with honour. The gift of God to humanity is His Son, Jesus Christ. This text makes it clear that God demonstrated His love to the world by offering His only Son to be sacrificed to take away her sin. He gives an invitation to every individual to access this salvation. The one who believes is justified and receives eternal life, but the one who does not believe is condemned already, even while he lives. Have you responded to this invitation by accepting the gift of God? Be encouraged because no human effort is needed. The gift of God is free! Paul clarifies that with the heart, one believes and is justified, and with the mouth, one confesses and is saved (Rom. 10:9-10). Take the right action today!

    *REFLECTION:*
Accept God's gift and be saved.

    *PRAYER:*
Father, thank You for the gift of Your Son. Amen.

    *MEMORY VERSE FOR THE MONTH:*
    COLOSSIANS 2:15.
"And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross."

    *TODAY'S BIBLE READING PLAN:*
    1 KINGS 5-8.

    Old Self Life

Do you often ask for God’s help? “Help ME do this God” and “help ME do that Lord” or “Help ME change myself
” “Help ME stop being like this Father,” and “help ME start being like that?” Think! God is never going to change the old YOU – the old self-life!

    Christ’s Life

When God saved you, He did not plan to help you live YOUR life. God purposed that HE would live Christ’s life in you!! Immaturity sees the Lord Jesus as helper in MY Christian life. Maturity knows the Lord as the very LIFE itself, within my new man.

    J.E. Conant:-

J.E. Conant wisely wrote the following:- “Christian living is not our living with Christ’s help, it is Christ living His life in us. Therefore, that portion of our lives that is not His living is not Christian living; and that portion of our service that is not His doing is not service; for all such life and service have but a human and natural source, but Christian life and service have a supernatural and spiritual source.” That supernatural, spiritual source – is the Spirit of Christ in you. As Paul wrote ‘For me to live is Christ.’ It is not God helping the old man to live. God will not help your old man, your old ‘self’ to live!!! “God works (in your new man) both to will and to do for His good pleasure.” Phil.2:13

    William R. Newell:-

William R. Newell puts it this way:- “Satan’s great device is to drive earnest souls back to beseeching God for what God says has already been done! You are a new creation in Christ – so the old self must be done away with. The old self must remain on the cross – while the new self is Christ in you. God did not help the sinner to be born again
He gave him a new life in Christ. And God won’t help the old you. He’ll conform the new “You-Life” into “Christ-life”. “For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily and you are complete in Him.”

    Old and New Man

You are not trusting or honouring God when you ask Him to help YOU. You.. the Old “I” must remain on the cross/ The old man must be crucified. The new man in Christ alone is the one that God lives in and works through. Don’t ask him to help you control your temper or your greed.. your lust or pride. These are works of the flesh that must be nailed to the cross and remain there. The Spirit of God lives in the spirit of man, the new man in Christ, which cannot sin, as John told us. “Whoever has been born of God (the new man in Christ) does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God”.

    Sinless Perfection??

Does that make you sinless or me? NO !!!! What a joke! Remember
. Last week
.. last month

.. last year! Remember the many times you have fallen into sin? I certainly can, and it’s painful. But if we confess our sins, to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1John 1:9

    Carnal or Spiritual

Your Soul that has the capacity to sin, and will continue to until we are with Him. Your old soul-life is the old man in Adam, the carnal self that can work for ill. Your new soul-life is the new man in Christ, the spiritual man that works for good. Your soul can submit to the leading and guiding of the Spirit within your spirit – or your soul can grieve and quench the Spirit of God with rebellious acts. Your soul can rebel. Your soul can allow the sinful flesh to raise its ugly head and rule your life. Never ask God to help your soul yield to His Life working in your new life.

    F. J. Huegel:-

    F. J. Huegel declares: “When a Christian’s prayer life springs from a right position (a thorough adjustment to Christ in His death and resurrection), a vast change in procedure follows: Much of our begging fails to register in heaven because it fails to spring from right relations with the Father in union with Christ in death and resurrection: in which position one simply appropriates what is already his. ‘All things,’ says the Apostle Paul, ‘are yours, and ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s’ 1Corinthians 3:21; 23

    His Will

We’re not to approach God’s throne asking Him to help us and bless our plans. We are to seek Him to do His work in us – His will, His plans. We are to seek His will in our life, to live and do to His good pleasure. We are to trust His will, in all the decisions we make and the problems we face.

    F. J. Huegel

When we ask God to help us, we are not trusting Him but rather ourselves! Don’t ask God to help you in this or to help you sort that out, for He won’t – but when you come to Him in humility and helplessness, He’ll move heaven for you. When you cease from your own strivings and say, Thy Will Be Done In My Life
He will move the greatest mountain, that you’ve struggled with for years.

    Stamford:-

Stamford writes the following:- “If only I were stronger,’ we say, ’I could overcome my violent outbursts of temper, ’and so we plead with the Lord to strengthen us. We plead with Him to help us exercise more self-control. But this is altogether wrong
This is not Christianity. God’s means of delivering us from sin isn’t by making us stronger and stronger but by making us weaker and weaker. “This is surely a peculiar way of victory”, you say; but it is the divine way. God sets us free from the dominion of sin, not by strengthening our old man but by crucifying him; not by helping him to do anything but by removing him
.by removing him from the scene of action.”

    Lifetime Learning

Oh, what a wonderful joy it is to realise that the pressure is not on ME to act. Does it concern you that you have not seen this before? Well quit your disquiet!! Rejoice that He is opening up His truths to your heart today. God delights to take 20, 30, 50, 80 years to bring His saints to such understanding. He has been unfolding such truths to godly men down through the centuries, and I suspect that we all have much more to learn, in His time and His way.

    Greater Helplessness

It is not that we should be asking the Lord to help US, we should be seeking a greater capacity to helplessness. We should be relying on Him and on His strength, and Him alone. “When I am Weak,” wrote that great soldier of the Lord’s army, the apostle Paul
“When I am Weak, then I am Strong.” 2Cor.12:10 Don’t beg the Lord for help. Appropriate that which is already yours in Christ:-

    The Godly Life

The just shall live by faith.

The JUST shall live by faith.
    (Romans 1:17)

The just shall LIVE by faith.
    (Galatians 3:11)

The just shall live by FAITH.
    (Hebrews 10:38)

Yes – The Just shall Live by Faith In HIM And Not Faith In Self. For ME – to Live IS Christ.

    2. Evening Prayer for today.

    i. Evening Prayer

Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. ⏀ Mark 10:15

Rest in His arms with childlike faith, and peace will fill your heart. ⏀ Corrie Ten Boom

Our Father in Heaven, we come to You tonight with the confidence of children, calling You “Abba, Father.” Teach us to love You and trust You more deeply. Fill our hearts with the spirit of adoption.

We thank You for the privileges we enjoy as Your children. Help us to fully understand and appreciate them. Reveal Your love to us more and more. Though we cannot see You, and sometimes we struggle to believe in Your love, make this precious truth known to us, and may Your love be poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.

We are grateful for all the blessings You have given us—for the good things of Your providence and the even greater things of Your grace. We thank You for our home and its warm affection. We thank You for our friends and all the blessings of friendship. We thank You for our children and their sweetness and beauty. We thank You for schools, books, and teachers. We thank You for Your church, with its sacraments, fellowship, and the many ways it helps us.

As another day comes to an end, we ask for Your blessing. Accept all the work we’ve done today and bless it. Forgive us our sins, and strengthen us so that we may not sin against You so easily. Help us live in this world as pilgrims, just passing through on our way to our heavenly home. Yet, while we are here, help us live well, using the world but not abusing it, leaving a blessing behind us.

Lead us onward, and when life’s last day comes, bring us to the end in peace and into the eternal life of Heaven, through Jesus Christ our Redeemer. Amen.

But if we confess our sins, to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1John 1:9 Carnal or Spiritual Your Soul that has the capacity to sin, and will continue to until we are with Him. F. J. Huegel:- F. ‘All things,’ says the Apostle Paul, ‘are yours, and ye are Christ’s; and Christ is God’s’ 1Corinthians 3:21; 23 His Will We’re not to approach God’s throne asking Him to help us and bless our plans. We are to seek Him to do His work in us – His will, His plans. We are to seek His will in our life, to live and do to His good pleasure. We are to trust His will, in all the decisions we make and the problems we face. F. J. Huegel When we ask God to help us, we are not trusting Him but rather ourselves!
Stamford:- Stamford writes the following:- “If only I were stronger,’ we say, ’I could overcome my violent outbursts of temper, ’and so we plead with the Lord to strengthen us.
God sets us free from the dominion of sin, not by strengthening our old man but by crucifying him; not by helping him to do anything but by removing him
.by removing him from the scene of action.” Lifetime Learning Oh, what a wonderful joy it is to realise that the pressure is not on ME to act. Greater Helplessness It is not that we should be asking the Lord to help US, we should be seeking a greater capacity to helplessness. We should be relying on Him and on His strength, and Him alone. “When I am Weak,” wrote that great soldier of the Lord’s army, the apostle Paul
“When I am Weak, then I am Strong.” 2Cor.12:10 Don’t beg the Lord for help. Appropriate that which is already yours in Christ:- The Godly Life The just shall live by faith. The JUST shall live by faith. (Romans 1:17) The just shall LIVE by faith. (Galatians 3:11) The just shall live by FAITH. (Hebrews 10:38) Yes – The Just shall Live by Faith In HIM And Not Faith In Self. For ME – to Live IS Christ. Post navigation Previous Post Previous Self-Idolatry Proudly powered by WordPress. 2. Evening Prayer for today. i. Evening Prayer Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. ⏀ Mark 10:15 Rest in His arms with childlike faith, and peace will fill your heart. ⏀ Corrie Ten Boom Our Father in Heaven, we come to You tonight with the confidence of children, calling You “Abba, Father.” Teach us to love You and trust You more deeply. Amen. https://www.youdevotion.com/daily-prayer/miller/88/evening #taptapstudio #youdevotion.
