The dead were judged according to their actions, as recorded in the books._ _13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and all were judged according to their actions._ _14 Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. (This is the second death—the lake of fire.)_ _15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake._ *Deads Were Gathered Before The Throne For Judgment* John saw the dead, important and unimportant, standing in front of the Throne. Great people were before the Throne of the Master. Head of states, billionaires, millionaires, poor people, beautiful ones, handsome, ugly, tall, short, fat, slim, were all before the Master for judgment. Meaning no one will escape. These are yet to happen. No matter how smart you are, how crafty, how intelligent, you won't escape this judgment. Your arrogance will only destroy you but nothing else. And I wrapped you in fine linen, and I covered you with silk._ *God Washes The Sins of His Children – Verses 9-10.* Let's consider the phrases used in the passage. The last phrase to consider is: *Fine linen and silk: Righteousness, purity, and luxury.* Every Christian must live the life of purity. You can't sell purity and righteousness for dirt or filthy. In this passage, God is highlighting His loving care and provision for Israel, transforming her from a state of impurity and shame to one of beauty and honour. This is a powerful picture of God's redemptive work in our lives, cleansing us from sin and clothing us with His righteousness. God expects His church to be righteous, pure and loaded with kingdom supportive wealth. Purity living is not an option, it is a necessity. Every Christian must live a pure life, to please our heavenly father. The Church is in the community, hence we must live differently to challenge the community. Luxury here means: 1. Very wealthy and comfortable surroundings; the state of being that they create. 2. Something desirable but expensive and that one can live without. 3. Something that is pleasant and desirable but not necessary in life. The Church needs resources to do the kingdom's work, without which the kingdom's work will suffer unnecessarily. No one should be deceived that luxury in the church is waste or it's not necessary. The church must be empowered with kingdom supportive wealth to run the church and do outreach programmes with pure and righteous living. ...to be continued... *Meditation* *"I also clothed you with embroidered work, and I shod you with dugong sandals. God assures us in Psalms 91:3-8 on His protection: [1] The one who lives under the protection of the Most High dwells in the shadow of the Almighty.  [2] I will say  concerning the  Lord, who is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust:  [3] He himself will rescue you from the bird trap,  from the destructive plague. The sun will set on the prophets, and the day will darken for them._ _7 Those who see visions will be put to shame, and the diviners will be disgraced—every one of them— they will cover their faces, because there will be no answer from God.’”_ _8 “As for me, I am truly filled with power by the Spirit of the LORD, filled with judgment and power to announce to Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin._ _9 Please listen to this, you leaders of the house of Jacob, you officials of the house of Israel, you who hate administering justice, who pervert the very meaning of equity,_ _10 who are building up Zion by means of bloodshed, and Jerusalem by means of iniquity._ *False Prophets* False prophesies did not start today. Stomach prophets came a long way, in the days of Micah 710 BC. Jeremiah the prophet also complained of similar behaviour (Lamentation 2:14). They proclaim peace; that God will never be angry with humanity, no Lake of Fire, and no judgment of God, just to satisfy themselves and their listeners. The true preacher as in verse 8 denounces sin and announces the judgment of God. The false preachers preach for their tommy. They say things to please their listeners and not God. They turn the truth upside down. They are using magical powers, diviners' techniques as well as soothsaying practices. Some of them have never encountered the power of God in their lifetime. Micah gave three areas a true prophet must possess: 1. Full of power by the Spirit. 2. Correct judgment of the Word of God. 3. And of might, which refers to the anointing of the Holy Spirit, who helped him to deliver the message. These are the three areas a true prophet must have. *Mr Prophet, are you possessing these?* God's judgment is coming on such false prophets. Their prophesies will cease and light will turn to darkness on their path. It is just the matter of time. Amend your ways honourable Prophet. https://chat.whatsapp.com/EaJNPF8lxvzG3IHmDqvZut _*Morning Dew*_ *Date: Friday, October 10, 2025* *Theme: Your Prophetic Pronouncement Is Due* *Text: Ezra 1:1-4* _1 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,_ _2 Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah._ _3 Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem._ _4 And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that is in Jerusalem._ *God Used King Cyrus, a Pagan King, To Fulfill Prophecy* The people of Judah ended up in the land of Babylon due to disobedience. Because of this, the people of Judah scattered abroad. The wages of disobedience is punishment. The prophet Jeremiah prophesied this before its occurrence *(Jeremiah 17:1-4).* In *Jeremiah 25:11*, he prophesied that: *"And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years."* Also, in *Jeremiah 25:12,* Jeremiah told the people what to expect. *"And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith the LORD, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans, and will make it perpetual desolation."* God, through Jeremiah assured the people in *Jeremiah 29:10:* *"For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place."* Since God deals with time, He gave the people time period for which they would come back to the land of promise. Beloved, everybody in the kingdom has his time and God alone controls that. In the case of Judah, when the time was ripped, God honoured His Word. He stirred up the spirit of Cyrus, king of Persia, to mobilize the people back to Judah's land and build the Temple. God used a pagan king who never shared same beliefs with the circumcised Jews. Men like king Cyrus did not deserve to build God's house. The reasons are that: *1. He was a pagan king.* *2. He was uncircumcised.* Yet this was the man God used to carry out divine assignment, because the time was ripped. Beloved, it is just the matter of time and your tears would be history. *God can use anyone to bring a change into your life.* They are called destiny changers or destiny helpers. Wait for God's time. Don't try to do overtaking. When your own time is due king Cyrus will show up. It is well my friend. King Cyrus is coming to rescue you. Remain faithful and committed. *"...and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah."* A pagan king, to build a house for God? Then prepare for your own. God doesn't need anybody's opinion before releasing your Cyrus to fulfill your destiny. Meaning anytime there is smoke in your marriage, then there is fire. And until you put off the fire, you cannot control the smoke. The fire is the main cause of the problem and not the smoke. Stop fighting the smoke, you won't succeed. You don't focus on the smoke, rather deal with the fire. Smoke in marriage is: 1. The fighting 2. The insults 3. The beatings 4. The cheating 5. The threatening 6. The unforgiveness 7. The denial of sex 8. The killings 9. The separation 10. The divorce The above are the smoke and are not really the fire (the main cause). If you want to conquer the smoke, deal with the main cause (the fire).
