My name is Wayne Alton Cayasso Quinn. I was born in Corn Island, Nicaragua on July 20, 1994. I am the last child of Wayne Edward Cayasso and Wilma Joy Quinn. I got married to Mrs. Massiel Baltodano with whom the Lord has also blessed us with two wonderful children, Wayne and Ashley Cayasso Baltodano.
I completed my high school studies at Ebenezer Baptist School in Corn Island, Nic., where I was formed in the Christian character under the pastorate of Rev. Eli Simeón. Thanks to his support, I entered the Baptist Seminary of Nicaragua in 2012, Where I started my Theological Studies at the Bachelor's level. I recently finish my theological studies at a masters level at the Eastern University.
In 2016 I had the privilege of serving as a deacon and Sunday School Bible teacher for adults, under the tutelage of Rev. Danilo Molina at the Baptist Church "El Divino Redentor" in Diriamba. These experiences helped me become familiar with pastoral work.
In 2018, I was called to serve as pastor of the Baptist Church “El Buen Pastor” in Nandaime, where I served for two and a half years. I was then called to serve as pastor at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Corn Island, Nic., where I have been serving since December 2021.
As a young pastor, it has not been easy, but I thank God that at no moment, He has left me alone. Ever since I gave my life to the Lord, He has put extraordinary people on my path who have helped me to persevere and form a character according to God's calling in the Holy Scriptures.

- Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer, as I open my eyes today and take my first breath, may I be reminded of Your love for me. This new day is a sign of Your endless adoration. I have sinned and lived this life without gratitude, and yet You have given me a new chance this morning. My first breath is cleansed in Your grace. I am forgiven. I will live this day with faith and delight. I love You, Lord. Thank You for another first breath.
