🔥 When Home Training Became Religion Have you noticed how people now clap for normal behavior like it’s a miracle? A man tells the truth, and they say, “He’s a pastor.” A woman helps someone, and they say, “She must be born again.” But wait! When did decency, kindness, and honesty become a church thing instead of a home thing? The truth is, many of the lessons we now struggle to learn in church were originally meant to be taught in our homes. That’s why good manners now look like religion. And when someone starts living right, they think they’ve repented but repentance is simply returning to the normal, God-designed character we lost. We’ve turned good attitude into a badge of spirituality, forgetting that character is supposed to be our nature, not our ministry. Go abroad and you’ll meet people who’ve never heard of Jesus, yet they show love, mercy, and discipline not because of a sermon, but because their parents trained them that way. If we restored godly values to our homes, the church wouldn’t have to spend years repairing what parenting failed to build. Let’s raise families where righteousness isn’t taught as religion but lived as normal. Good character and right living shouldn't be left for church people only, the fact that you are a human being should inform you that you are responsible for showing a good example to others. Sometimes I use to get confused then people gathered to do certain things and then they will advise others to not bother involving me because I will not like to do it, that I am a pastor. My question is: you that is doing it are you not a child of God too? Before I became born again and knew God there were things that were already registered in my heart naturally as good and bad. My parent's grooming made me conscious of it whenever the needs arises. Religion online gives me the liberty or should I say the ability to EASILY practice those things I already knew. I bet everyone knows that what they do is wrong, but they believe they need to be religious before they start living right. Righteous living is never originally a religion thing, God says "I will write my laws in their hearts". By this whether religious or normal person has this inbuilt knowledge of right and wrong in them. Religion only came to show you how to use it to help humanity and to the glory of God. Is Christ Divided? When Jesus Christ came to earth He was not here to build a denomination, He was he to build a church (a body of believers, those that He has saved). I am sad that what we are now practicing and even teaching from the pulpit is division. As long as you are not my church members I am not your pastor. As far as I am not worshiping in your congregation you are not my pastor, so I have the right to talk to you as I like and even insûlts you. A few days ago I was scrolling through my Facebook timeline and along the way I say a body of “believers” as I supposed they are, they posted something that was interesting so I didn't mind or look at the group's name, I learnt my voice in the conversation and moved on. Some people responded to what I said also giving their own options which was fine. One even DM me and asked which of their branch I worship with? I let the person know that I don't worship in their congregation. Today I was so disappointed when I had a notification from the post, when I opened it I saw a comment from a lady who said that they should stop calling me brother because looking at my profile that I am not a - - -(I don't want to mention their name). As a believer that I am, I see everywhere where the name of Jesus Christ is mentioned and God the Father is worshiped as my home. For those who know my and would love to testify, they would agree with me that there's no church that I am invited before and I go there and behave as a visitor; it's not in my blood. It's now that I a resident Pastor in my church that I don't accept invitations to other people's church gatherings. When I was in Calabar 11 years ago a friend of mine invited me to her church and when I got there the way I behaved got people talking. I remember that after service one of the Pastor's came to me and told me that he was impressed by how I participated in everything they did as if it was my church. I told him that it doesn't matter where I worship God in, that when I enter any congregation/denomination and I feel the presence of God there, I feel at home knowing that I am in my Father's house. Why should I be a problem where I worship? As far as I believe in the same God and confess the the Jesus Christ that you claim to follow, why should I not be addressed as a brother? I know you people don't believe in going to heaven but, in heaven there's no denomination, it's only one church. This nansense should stop immediately! CHRIST IS NOT DIVIDED. What should really matter to us should be if a soul is saved, fed with the word and groomed for spiritual growth. If the person who suggested that they shouldn't call me a brother since I am not one of them, should boast, I have more things to boast about. I am not a Pastor by recommendation or consideration, I am by divine direction and instruction. I have preach and evangelise and convert many to Christ and they are in different denominations and congregations allover the country and beyond. I won't say because they are not in my church denomination that they are not my brothers and sisters according to faith. This mentality of everyone else is a sinner and not safe except my church people should STOP already. This is not the foundation that Christ layed down His life to build. WHAT GOD IS TO YOU MAY NOT BE WHAT HE IS TO ME. HE MAY BE A MERCIFUL FATHER TO YOU AND BE A CONSUMING FIRE TO ME. TO THE 7 CHURCHES HE WROTE TO IN REVELATION 2 AND 3, HE WAS DIFFERENT THINGS TO DIFFERENT CHURCHES ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN PECULIARITY. TO ONE CHURCH HE WAS WALKING IN THE MIDST OF SEVEN GOLDEN CANDLE STICKS, TO ANOTHER CHURCH HE WAS THE FIRST AND LAST, WHICH WAS DEAD AND IS ALIVE. TO ANOTHER CHURCH HE WAS HE WHICH HATH THE SHARP SWORD WITH TWO EDGES, AND TO ANOTHER CHURCH HE HAD IS EYES LIKE UNTO A FLAM OF FIRE AND HIS FEET ARE LIKE FINE BRASS. This goes to tell us that He deals with us differently, that's why 1. Don't follow people because what they do and go Scott free might be what would end you. 2. It's ignorance to condemn how people choose to address God. If they say what God cannot do does not exist, that's how God has revealed himself to them. If you think what God cannot do does exist, you are right too, maybe that's how He reveals Himself to you. What He is to one church (person) He may be a different thing to another church (person).
