This verse speaks of Goliath
The same man that all Israelite men ran away from in fear is the same man that David called uncircumcised Philistine.

Sometimes the problem is not the "problem" but the "fear" of the problem
Goliath was never the problem. The problem was the fear of Goliath.
Face those uncircumcised Philistines coming your way courageously and you'll see them falling down

Gen.8.11 When the dove returned to him in the evening, there in its *beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf!* Then Noah knew that the water had receded from the earth. (NIV)

I can imagine the sigh of relief on Noah when he saw the freshly plucked olive leaf. An assurance that we are getting out of the ark soon.
After 120 years of building the ark + 40 days of rain + 150 days for the waters to dry up. Finally the olives sprout.
In whatever stage of waiting you are in keep hope alive. You will come out
