Live Oak Public Library Community Gardens

Live Oak Public Library’s Community Gardens offer welcoming spaces where neighbors can grow fresh food, learn new skills, and connect with one another.

Community gardens are shared spaces where people work together to grow vegetables, fruits, herbs, and flowers while strengthening community ties and promoting healthy living. These gardens encourage access to fresh foods, physical activity, and opportunities for neighbors to collaborate and learn from each other.

We have a certified Master Gardener on staff to guide programming and planting across the system and many green thumbs on our team and in the community to make our gardens grow!
