When LaRue issued shares back in 1978, each shareholder was given the right to have the exclusive use and occupation of a lot.  The documents that were referenced were

• Schedule A, and
• Articles 19-29

In 2005, 4 of the shareholders signed a new form of lot licence, replacing their obligations under the older Articles.  In 2009-10, the other 4 shareholders each signed a version of that 2005 licence.  Here is Arta’s signed copy for folks to take a look at.
