LaRue Investments Ltd. is a landholding company, incorporated in 1964.  The land is approximately 10 kilometres west of Sicamous, B.C., is approximately 50 acres and can be accessed from Bernie Road.  There were originally 2 shareholders (1964), then 8 (1978) and now there are 15 shareholders (2020).  Some of the shareholders also hold Lot Licences which give them exclusive occupation of their lots which are situated in a Land Use Contract of approximately 10 acres,   The rest of the land is for the use and enjoyment of all of the Lot Licencees.
