Watch out: Once you have connected your Nest security camera(s) to your local WiFi network, take care not to change the network name and password before re-setting your Nest Cameras.

On older Nest Cams like the one shown in my photo, we found that the built-in factory-reset (paperclip pushes into a pinhole on the camera back or side) didn't work and with the old WiFi network completely gone I was unable to disconnect and reset these old cameras to convert them from old to new WiFi connection. It was an expensive mistake.
