Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.) or at any INSIDE store of your choice.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipment you select:

How much will it cost me to receive my order?

Store delivery is FREE.

Home delivery is FREE from 30.00 €. For orders of 30,00 € or less the shipping costs depend on the shipping zone:

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can do it through "your customer account", heading to "My orders" where you can see the status of your order.

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order will leave the warehouse), then you will have a link in your account to track the shipment. And finally, the carrier will contact you by SMS or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of your order. If for any reason the order cannot be delivered after two unsuccessful attempts by the agency, it will be returned to our central warehouse.

What is the store delivery process?

If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going to leave the warehouse), and we will call you from the store when your order is ready to be picked up. If after 15 days you have not withdrawn your order, the merchandise will be returned to our central warehouse.

RETURNS
What should I do to return a product?

You can return your products in two ways:

  • At any INSIDE physical store. Valid for both in-store and online purchases.
  • Home pickup (only for online orders shipped to an address). Request it from your account, in the "My returns" section. Once the request is completed, we'll arrange the pickup with our courier.

For us to accept the return, the products must:

  • Be in perfect condition, unused and with all their tags.
  • Be accompanied by the purchase receipt or order form.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear, costume jewellery or cosmetics and perfumery items.

Note: home pickup only allows returns, not exchanges of size, colour or model. If you need an exchange, please visit a physical store.

What is the deadline to return?

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (or from the date you received your order, for online purchases).

Do I have to pay anything for my return?
  • At an INSIDE physical store: FREE.
  • Home pickup: 3,90 €. This amount is deducted from the total to be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the products and confirm that everything is in order (perfect condition and tags), we'll approve the return and send you a confirmation email. The refund is processed within 3-5 business days from approval.

The time it takes for the money to appear may depend on your bank.

How will I receive my refund?

Always through the same method you used to pay.

How long does it take to collect my parcel (home pickup)?

The courier will collect the parcel at the indicated address within 24-48 hours of you requesting the return. In exceptional cases and for reasons beyond our control, this period may be extended.

If I return an item, do I get back the shipping costs I paid?

Shipping costs are only refunded when the entire order is returned and for exceptional reasons (defects, sizing errors, products that do not match those purchased, etc.).

What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?

Contact us (clientes@inside-shops.com or +34 968 301 944) and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

INSIDE reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the established period, or products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered.

CHANGES
Can I change my items?

The garments purchased in INSIDE can be exchanged for another size or color in any of our INSIDE stores, as long as they are in perfect condition and we have the necessary stock in store.

If you have made an online purchase and want to change an item from your home, you must request a return and make a new purchase online or in store for the item, size or color you wish to purchase.

What is the deadline to make the change?

The exchange period is 30 calendar days from the date you buy or receive the product.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AN ORDER

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify your decision.

To do so, simply process the return in the same way as any other: at any INSIDE physical store or via home pickup (requesting it from your account, under "My returns").

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
