Career Development

“Not everyone has to attend a four-year university to make a livable wage, raise a family, and have a rewarding career – IFG leaders are engaged in mentoring talent through our processes.”

─Adam Miller, Lewiston mill superintendent

Idaho Forest Group actively participates in our communities and supports educational priorities at the state and local level to provide resources for our current and future workforce. Career development is an organizational priority – we want to continue to recruit and retain top talent and remain an employer of choice. When someone is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and wants to grow with our company, we are willing to invest in that person, because we want to keep them, and we want them to grow with us. Our programs are not only intended to map out career pathways in the forest products industry but provide the tools to be successful and reach individual goals.

Registered Apprenticeship Program
