Daarna even gelunched met Yakisoba (Noodles).

Hoewel ik wel een beetje loop te stressen hier en daar. Vooral of ik alles wel mee heb, want ja, je gaat niet even naar huis om het op te halen... Dan heb ik ook nog wat last minute dingen... Ik moet nog een aantal ceedees in mijn koffer proppen (Acda en de munnik, onvermeidelijk als je zo lang zonder de Nederlandse tal zit...), meer rokjes, en mindewr spijkerbroeken (= warm!) in m'n koffer stoppen etc. Nouja, dat soort dingen komen morgen ochtend om een urrtje of 8 allemaal wel, voor nu;
Oyasumi nasai! (Weltrusten!) ~Ran
There, there, this is where I'm gonna tell you all about my Japan trip for over the next month.
Well, as you can see, it's ehr, kinda late here, but I can't seem to catch sleep... Well, that kinda figures, since It'll be the my first flight ever, I'm not even awake because I'm nervous or anything, I just can't seem to catch any sleep, actualy, I'm not really that nervous at all, Pretty unusual in my case, but it comes in handy!
Thou, I do sem to get a little stressed from time to time. I mean, I cann't just go home and get it. Then, I have some last minute things to do... Like putting some more ceedees in my suitcase (Dutch pop's something that just HAS to come with you when you won't hear Dutch for so long!), then I'll have to take some skirts, less jeans (=hot!) with me, but I'll be doing that tomorrow, 8 am, so for now;
Oyasumi nasai! (Good night!) ~Ran |

OMG, this is fun
I ordered a tablet, it should arive by mail, but it didn't, so I e-mailed the post office. A few days later I got the reply:
Dear Sir van Veen(<-My surname)
I am sorry you had to be waiting for a package that did not arive.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about it in our systems.
When you did not recieve your package yet, please let me know your adress and phone number so that we can contact you
Again, our sincerest apologies,(<- They really felt sorry...)

Bold as I am, I replied:
By this time, the package has already reached me, thank you for your reply.
However, I am not 'Sir' bud 'Madam' van Veen
The name Randy can be used bot male and female
Yours sincerely, (<- Yes, I did pay atention in my English class on buisness letters) Randy(f) van Veen
</u>Believe it or not, another 'post officer' (I thought of that word myself :p) actualy replied.
Geachte mevrouw Van Veen,
I am glad to hear that the package has arived safely. My sincere apologies for judging your sex wrong.
Yours sincerely,

But then, when I got it out them, I told my friend 'Gawd that man must be pretty embarased now' Turns out that the second answer came from another person, which is a woman... |

Ungh... I'm kinda down....
Down because I know no one is going to read this, or any of my other posts Down because, if they DO read them, they simply don't reply. Down because the weather is to good to be behind my computer. Down because every one of my friends is already doing fun stuff, or homework, except for me. Down because my 'I-hate-this-weather-and-I'm-gonna-stay-inside-all-day-and-anoy-my-daughter-with-stupid-questions-mother' hates this weather and stays inside all day to anoy her daughter with stupid questions. (huh?) Down because I'm making myself even more down while writing this.
There, now that all of that is out, I think I'll be climbing up for a while, in search of a friend who wants to join me in doing something fun ^^ |

But if my life is for rent and I don't learn to buy Well I deserve nothing more than I get Cos nothing I have is truly mine
While my heart is a shield and I won't let it down While I am so afraid to fail so I won't even try Well how can I say I'm alive ~ Dido - Life for Rent
I felt like some new music, and I realized I didn't have this song yet, and I never listened to it long enough, so I downloaded it.
But the lyrics hit me more then I expected. The text above, it's just, you know... ME Always clumsing around, try everything but with the slightest thing that goes wrong, I give up. That's why I never found my real talent 'Cos nothing I have, is truely mine'
So, now, I'm thinking about my real talents...you know, I was in a church once where they told that everyone has at least one talent, that hey will discover in their lives. And ever since then (I was 12) I'm searching for that talent.
I think I have found some, but I'm not sure... Please help me on this... People who ever saw me acting in a play, say that that's my natural talent. All my language teachers say that languages are my talent, as well as writing stories. In High school, some people told me my talents where drawing and singing, but clearly, I've lost those talents, because when I'm with my collage friends, and I'm singing (I love to sing), their like 'Okay, Randy, that's enough, stop it!' and when I draw something, they often can't even quite make out what it is... o_O
Anyway, I was wondering, what do you guys think about my 'talents' |

Hehehe.....
This is so beyond normal.... It's not even 7 AM yet, and I've already been awake for half an hour... *yawn* I need my sleep....
But there's no time for that, because today is the anual sports festival!!! At my student teacher job, that is, so I do not have to enter the competitions etc. I only have to judge them... -_- which can also be quite anoying with 8 year old brats. But still their the cutest <3
But who the heck thought of the rule that all teachers joining the festival should be there at 7:30 AM!?
Anyway, did I tell you I completely operate on pen now!? My tablet has finaly arived, so now I can finaly Oekaki all I want (Want to visit me? www.oekakicentral.com )
But now, I'm trying to find out if there might actualy be a program with which you can write letters on the tablet, by hand, and they apear on your screen in typed letters... o_O That's the way my dad's pocket Peecee works with typing, and I realy like that, because you can 'type' real fast then!
Does anyone know if such program exists??? |

This is a 'question' in Dutch...
Okay, so the question is, how many letters do you see red above? (The word rood meand red) The colored letters are the letters you have to count, allong with the letters that form the word rood every time. Don't count in any numbers or signs.
Does anyone know why the answer of this has to be 47??? My mom and I still don't get it... Help! |

Actualy, that title doesn't make the least bit of sence, since I hate every kilometer I have to walk...
But here in Holland, we have the '4 eves hike' or literaly 'The evening 4 days'. These are 4 evenings of hiking either 5, 10 or 15 kilometers an evening. Now, every child here in Holland did this at least once, lots of elementary schools organize something to walk the route with the whole school all together, so does my student teacher school.
Anyway, I'm to old to hike... realy... -_- So I didn't join in... BUT, the route happens to pass my house this year... actualy, the spot where they have a break and get an icecream etc. was straight across my house...
So, I met up with all of my 'students' again this evening :D Their just SO cute! It'll be realy hard to say goodbye when my student teacher period is over... They just couldn't believe they where standing right acros my house, and they wanted to see my cat (however, the lazy rascal refused to show up, she has been sleeping on my bed since I woke up this morning... I even got an icecream from the organisation, just because I made a jok about wanting one to ^^
But well.... the brother of the best looking guy I've ever talked with was also there (He's in my student teacher class...the brother of the best looking guy that is... -Don't worry, I'm not a pedophile, the 'best looking guy himself is 18-). And his mom was there to... The mother of the best looking guy I've ever talked to, actualy knows where I live! (Such a thrill, ne? :P) |

Today, we drove across a cycler who got run over by a car. It was a horible sight...
Not even because it was bloody or anything, because it wasn't. But just realizing that the girl on the street, was just a normal girl, like you and me. I mean, for a moment, I saw myself lying in the middle of the street, and I felt my whole body aching for a sec.
I mean, I'm not a person who thinks like that at all, but for a moment there, I realized how precious life really is... |

Honestly....
Today, I was visiting my Aunt. Now, my aunt has been saving up for a Chihuahua for quite some time now, and she has bought lots of stuff for it already(So much that she can't effort the actual Chihuahua)...
Now, she showed me some websites.... Well, once I show this, I think I need say no more... http://www.glamourdog.com/ (Say, Kat, wouldn't there be some nice stuff for your new pups there? ;))
So, well, inspired by all that, I went to look for something like that... but since I don't have a dog... I went to look for cat stuff, and found... this: http://www.jamiewhite.com/html/clifford_s_cat_hats.html
OMG You'll say, and OMG I say... I mean, I'm so NOT going to make my cat suffer like this... o_O |

I was just talking to, what you can carefully sstart to consider my crush on MSN, and well, we where talking about Jpop, and that he and his girl both loved it etc. I 'smiled' and told him how hard it is to find a partner who likes Jpop in this country... 'Yeah, I'm lucky' he told me. 'So is your girl' I replied....
And I just can't believe I said that..... I mean, it's waaaaay to late vfor a love confesion now. That should have been when his other girlfriend broke up... But back then, he was so down, and I didn't want him to think I was using the situation to get him, even thou I was... I mean, he even started to like me back...
But who needs a girl that likes 400KM away from you when you need her the most, right? So, he choose her, and their really happy together, so it seems to me. But by now, I think it's to late... I think I'm falling more in love every time I talk to him. Some would say I'm crazy, because I've never even seen him in real life... But it's just his way of acting, and his pictures, he's realy cute...
I should have told him that... no wait, I have told him that when he was unshure of himself because his girl broke up... but now it's to late... I'll have to face it...
Another Kevin, another Heartbreak... |

Well well... Seems like the computer is my only communication these days...
You see, for some weird reason, when I get a cold, my voice refuses to work. And so, when you have a meeting with all sorts of exchange students, that can be pretty much of a pain.
Actualy, we still had lots of fun, my parents came with me, because it was on the other side of Holland (Don't missunderstand, that's only 100KM...). Since there where a lot of people, another pair of parents with their son, and some kind of friend of them, came to sit with us...
Oooh, how sweet...hehehe... The two other man where acting SO important, and SO interesting, one of them was working for a TV station, and they where talking about the newest gadgets all the time.
Untill notes had to be taken... One of the man puled out a noteblock and a pen... And I pulled out my dad's handheld PC to take notes, and they where like O_O They've been quiet for the rest of the day...
So was I BTW, since every noise I have to make hurts like heel, and uses a piece of licorice (You know, the Dutch black candy, that no one likes, accept for the Dutch, they help when your throte hurts..) to recover. So, you can imagine the calories I gain these days... especialy since I'm to tired to extersize...
But I DID meet my travel mate... she's cool. she has done exchanges to Agentinia and Brazil before, and so, she has been on planes before.. Which is my main concern, I'm pretty scared to go on that huge flying object (HFO :p)... So, whish me luck in advance :p |

NO WAY!
15 mins of sun while 'playing outside' at my student teacher job, and I already got sunburned... How the (...) am I supposed to make it trough the summer at this rate, without people who wonder 'Say, shouldn't you try to get a little tan, you're so white...' While I'm like, constantly working on my tan... which either results in suncream or sunburns...
Yet, even worse, how am I going to make it trough Japan, for 4 weeks and 35 °C on an avarage day.... Okay, so I'm from the 'far north' weather here usualy stinks, and when it doesn't, you are SO used to the cold, that you can hardly stand the heat.... And, get burned...
Don't get me wrong, I love the sun, I love the heat, but it just shouldn't be so damn exhausting and, well, burning... o_O |

Yay! I think I'm done with the translation of the E-mail I got today ^^
Here it is, please, if you know Japanese, check if I'm right ^^
'Hoi'(Hey) (This is a Japanese letter)
Yesterday, the tests have started at school. My maths is horible, so studying for it was realy a pain. Today, I had an English test, it was realy hard. Tuesday, I have garden mathmatics, so I will do my best.
I realy love Miffy. But is Miffy realy just populair under kids in Holland?
Yes, compared to Holland, summer in Wakayama is pretty hot, therefore, you get tired realy soon once you go outside. But, try your best to describe your nature^^
Today, I sent allong my schools picture, please take a look. I have finished most of my tests by writing many English and Japanese E-mails. (Dutch is still to come, I am not able to read or understand it yet.) When you don't understand my Japanese, I will teach you. Then you will understand more Japanese.
