Sir/ Madam
OMG, this is fun
I ordered a tablet, it should arive by mail, but it didn't, so I e-mailed the post office.
A few days later I got the reply:
Dear Sir van Veen(<-My surname)
I am sorry you had to be waiting for a package that did not arive.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information about it in our systems.
When you did not recieve your package yet, please let me know your adress and phone number so that we can contact you
Again, our sincerest apologies,(<- They really felt sorry...)
