How to Add a Contact

Go to Manage → Contacts and click Create Contact. Enter the contact's name, email, and (optional) mobile number, optionally assign them to a contact group, and save. The contact then becomes available to add as a recipient on any reminder. Contacts receive notifications — they don't log in.

?
Bulk Import Contacts from Excel

Go to Manage → Contacts, download the import template, fill it in (First Name, Last Name, Email, Country, Mobile Number, optional Email CC), and upload. The group all imported contacts go into is the group currently selected in the Contacts view — there's no Group column in the template. Each row needs a name AND at least one contact method (email OR mobile). Rows missing those are skipped.

?
Edit or Delete a Contact

In Manage → Contacts, open the contact's row action menu (the dots icon) to Edit or Delete. Editing changes the contact's name, email, mobile, country, or CCs. Deleting removes the contact permanently — there's no Contacts Recycle Bin, and the contact is automatically removed from all reminder recipient lists. There's no "deactivate" option for contacts.

Create and Manage Contact Groups

Contact groups organise your contacts into named buckets — useful for client segmentation, vendor lists, or any other cross-cutting grouping. Go to Contacts → Manage Groups, then Create Group to add a new one. A contact belongs to one group at a time, set on the contact's create/edit form. The default group is changeable via Make Default in a non-default group's row menu. Non-default groups can be deleted only when empty.

Assign Recipients on a Reminder

On the reminder's create or edit form, add contacts as recipients and tick the channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp) each contact should receive on. CCs are not added per-reminder — CCs are set on the contact record itself. When a contact with CCs is added to a reminder, their CC list auto-attaches as CC recipients for emails.

Export Contacts

Go to Manage → Contacts and click the Export button. Options are Copy, Excel, PDF, or Print. The export captures the current table view — search and filter results, only the columns currently visible. If you want a clean re-import (e.g., for moving contacts to another company), reformat the export into the import template structure first.
